First, the location was phenomenal. Ultra quiet neighborhood and many attractions within walking distance (e.g. Prado Museum, Retiro Park, etc.). They offer a complete breakfast with omelette, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, orange juice and coffee for only 12 euros. I should add that the wait staff were highly attentive and personal. There were also various coffee shops, tapas bars and restaurants with differing cuisines in a one-block radius. The desk staff were very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The room itself was on the small side but very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The floors creaked a bit (but that often comes with the charm of an older building) and some of the hallway carpets could use replacement.

the location was fantastic. very nice, relatively quiet area, given how close to the city centre is. Plus some very nice restaurants/cafes/bars nearby. Stuff was helpful and the design/aesthetic of the hotel is pretty nice

only small things. They could have done even a little better with cleanness. (it was still pretty clean). another, even more minor is that hotel of the same level may provide some more hospitality products, such as batonnetes, slippers but still, all the essentials were there.

The room was small but as i was there forwork was not an issue - it was quiet and clean and that is all i really look for. The room had ample storage for cloeths and was cleaned daily as one would expect.

The hotel location is excellent. There are a number of very good restaurants and bars very close by so you will have no issues dining out.

The suite wittje bathtub was AMAZING definitely worth the extra pay for an amazing and relaxing bath. The bed was so comfortable. The whole room was amazing, needed up extending the stay for one extra night because we didn't want to leave!

Even though it's worth it, was a bit pricy, would be good to have complimentary items e.g. Water bottles, etc in the room rather than paying for each one considering it was a deluxe suite but it's a small thing. The hotel is lovely.

The hotel was great. Really lovely location, walking distance from all the points of interest but away from the tourist hub in the beautiful suburb of Salamanca. Great restaurants and bars . The rooms are very comfortable & quiet, modern and clean. The shower was amazing I would highly recommend this hotel. Alba at reception was fantastic and really helpful with suggestions & Spanish lessons 😀.....thank you Alba for making our stay so much fun!.

Perfect location, comfortable, excellent WiFi.

Semi-open bathroom, with glass partition for toilet and shower. Therefore impossible to use at night without waking one's partner. Not unique to this hotel, and regrettably common in modern hotel-room design.

The location of the hotel is great, it is in an expensive neighborhood next to metro station. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and internet was fast.

We had the standard room and there was no natural light because it was a ground floor - windows were looking inside of an interior patio (not the best)

This hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy The Hyde Park of Madrid - Parque del Retiro. If you stay here be sure to eat at Raimunda (need to book ahead) and Le Club Sushita - two great restaurants. The museums - Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen are on your doorstep too. The only annoying thing was that there was no hotel bar but Uber Eats managed to provide all the supplies you need after hours. If you like techno then check out Lulu Club nearby on the Gran Via 🕺🕺🕺

Clean and modern. Comfortable bed, good shower and quiet. Will stay there again as great location and very reasonably priced. Didn't take advantage of breakfast but it looked very nice. Only improvement would be coffee making facilities in the room

Liked the location close to The Prado and walkable from Atocha railway station if you have light luggage. Good clean rooms and liked the breakfast.

Possibly the room was a little gloomy. You went downstairs from reception and it overlooked an internal courtyard but I can't say that this was a problem.
