One floor with lots of rooms, but there're also lots of bathrooms so everyone has space. There're fans in each bathroom. It was clean and nice. There's a place to sit and have rest on the 1st floor. There you can eat breakfast (6,5 euros you can pay at the reception) or just use kettle, microwave or drink water. The staff is lovely, and the location is perfect. Rooms are big. And they give you the locker ( you pay 5 euro, and then they'll give you back after check out). These drawers under the bed are very big, so everything could fit in there. Also the bed is very comfortable and there're curtains so you have privacy, also you will have a towel without extra charge. The reception is 24 hours, so it was not a problem to check out earlier in the morning. I loved staying at this place.

At the shower, there are not enough shelves to put staff or clothes. You have to press the button every 15 seconds to have a shower, but it's common for the whole Spain. Just be ready. It takes time to get hot water, and there's none in the sink, so to wash face or brush teeth, you'll use only cold one.

Very convenient, clean, size of the room, location.

Breakfast is awful, the worst breakfast I have ever had, won’t have it for free. I have to mention that it wasn’t included but it’s cheap (6$), not even the Coffe was drinkable

The staff were very helpful and communicative. They let me store my luggage before my check in time and after my check out time in their luggage storage room for free, so I can explore Madrid some more. The facilities were exceeding my expectation: comfy bed with block out curtains, spacious storage under the bed (my cabin baggage only occupy less than half of it), clean rooms, and amazing common room. I got the bottom bunk bed, but even with my room mate sleeping on the top bed, the whole bunk bed was very secure with no worrying noise when she moved around.

Unfortunately, there were a group of students staying at the same night as me. They were very noisy and disrespectful in the common areas. Be mindful that this was a rare thing to happen and the staff handled it well because the next night I barely notice them.

Convenient location, clean room, clean bathroom, very polite staff. It is very convenient that there is a 24-hour reception ! I recommend this hostel❤️

I liked everything

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore Madrid's main attractions. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. The main common area was cozy and a great place to relax or meet other travelers. A special shoutout to Gary and Adriana from the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made me feel so welcome. Overall the hospitality truly stood out! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Madrid and will definitely stay here again.

The location is just awesome. I felt comfortable and safe in this area even at night. Plenty of markets, shops, transport stops, and restaurants are around. It is close to most tourist attractions. The stuff was super nice and friendly. The room was tranquil, and I loved the little balcony. The bed was comfortable.

There were no tables, chairs, or clothes hangers in the room, so figuring out where to put my winter coat was quite tricky. At least hangers would help. Showers had a lot of hair on the floors at all times, but I guess it's hard to avoid in a big public bathroom where multiple people do their hair. Anyway, shower shoes are a necessity. Besides, I really didn't find the water faucets convenient. You can't even regulate the water temperature because it keeps turning off every 15 seconds.

Great Location, very comfortable bed, impecable WiFi, and good AC. Location and comfort of the bed is the absolute no brainer for this hostel to become my go to every time I go to Madrid. AC also worked great, which later becomes a con Bathroom was cleaned daily, but unfortunately people don’t try to maintain them clean around the sinks. General coffee area is great if you need to work WiFi worked great at all times!!

AC was working brilliantly, however it was a per room situation and the people that went to sleep later would put it at 17 degrees. Making it very cold and too dry/sore throat. It’s not the hostels fault, but it could be better regulated. As it was also just too cold in the hotel.

This was one of the best hostels I have stayed in. The 8-bed dorm was in a decently sized room with a balcony and window. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains were very good. Felt very secure and comfortable throughout. Needless to say, the location is just golden as its quite literally in the heart of the city. The staff was happy to offer me a bottom bunker after I was initially given a top bunker as well.

This hostel can be easily elevated if the bathroom and toilet area for the larger dorms can be kept a bit cleaner. That would make this hostel one to beat!

It was located in the centre of Madrid, close to the shops and a short walk to the museums. The rooms were comfortable, had windows that you could open to get fresh air and there was a day light. The bathrooms were sufficient. The staff was helpful especially the lady with long curly hair (I didn’t catch her name).

The bathrooms were a bit dirty at time due to other travellers not caring about keeping the place clean for others and leaving their rubbish around the sinks. Maybe there should be a sign in the bathroom to remind them of that. I didn’t like the music in the common room, more neutral one would be better. The kettle in the common room was plugged in to a broken electric outlet that didn’t look safe.

I stayed in a dormitory in a top bunk bed - if I stay again, I’ll ask to stay in a bottom bunk. Like every hostel, there are always inconsiderate people who forget there are others trying to sleep at 3am and leave the main light on every time they enter the dorm - this isn’t a problem in the bottom bunks here, but in the top bunks you wake up every time… So, my tip is to stay in a bottom bunk!
