Location. Quality service with a responsive and respectful staff. Extremely impressively quite room, even street side.

The wonderful view of people watching the main street is lost without a bar top table and chairs in the room. My breakfast was perfect on the first day. However, on my next breakfast visit, the eggs were undercooked for my taste. First, it was suggested the cheese gave the appearance of undercooked eggs. Although, I had the same egg and cheese the day before. Nonetheless, what I received in return was not eatable due to over-salting. I did not have breakfast there again; thus, take what you get or go elsewhere.

Not much to say on that front, as it was pretty much all excellent. Although the hotel isn't the newest, it's very well maintained and the cleanliness is genuine and spot on. The only significant short-coming was the lack of an in-house gym. Fortunately, the location is such that there are very good options within walking distance, only that meant an additional 20€ per day expense. Still, the hotel is worth staying at.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vincci The Mint in Madrid and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff, especially Nerea on the front desk went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with a classic and elegant design that reflects the rich history and culture of Madrid. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a luxurious stay. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. I also loved the hotel's bar, which has a cozy atmosphere and serves up some of the best cocktails in town. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Madrid, with many of the city's top attractions, restaurants and shops within walking distance. All in all, I cannot recommend the Hotel Vincci The Mint highly enough. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience in the heart of Madrid, this is the place to stay.

The staff at the hotel are a huge asset to the business, so friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with. The location was an excellent base to explore Madrid with plentiful transport links within a short walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was a good choice and no issue ordering whatever was required off the menu. The roof top bar was a hidden gem and a very lovely space to while away some time. We had a minor maintenance issue in the room with a poor draining shower which was immediately and efficiently resolved and the nice touch of the card being left by the staff member as we were out when they called was a reassurance that the issue had been dealt with.

My minor quibble was whilst I loved the toiletries in the room, some hair conditioner and body lotion would be fab, as we had to go and buy some as it was an assumption that they would be provided.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it's in the middle of the beautiful Gran Via. It's in a classic building that impressed us the moment we walked in. The interior is tastefully designed, modern, unique and relaxing. No matter how busy it is outside, you'll always feel serene inside the hotel. Staff is warm and professional, service is swift and cheerful. Breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast are delightful! The room is cozy, the bed is huge and comfortable and everything is spotless. I particularly like the huge bathroom and the view of the Gran Via. My 5 yrs old daughter loves the place because "people are kind". We were pleased we stayed here. I can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you to everyone who made our stay lovely!

Absolutely lovely design of the lobby and bar area in my favourite green shades. Extremely helpful staff. Very nice a La carte breakfast that is available until 2pm! My favorite place was the rooftop bar in the evenings. The location is very convenient - main sites in 10-15 minutes walk.

The design of the rooms is a bit modest. I was offered to upgrade our room to the Tower Room with a roof terrace for 22 euro/night. But the terrace was nothing special, and the only plant there has died quite long ago. No point to pay more.

The hotel is located at the Main Street of Madrid. For museum lovers, the good news is that it is walking distance to lots of main museums. The room and the hotel are all in green themes; cleaning lady does cleaning every day; staff Ivan and his colleagues are very helpful in assisting me to get around the city. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot!

The window has do its best to be soundproofing so even though I was on the side of the street, I couldn’t hear too many noises. Tho if you do mind, probably ask for a room not facing the street.

The entire experience was amazing. Fantastic location, lovely room with balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the Gran Via, clean, modern functional space with lovely bathroom, delicious breakfast, and fun roof top bar for an evening cocktail. But it was the personal touches that made the experience memorable. The complimentary chocolates with personal hand written note, the call from reception after arriving at our room to check everything was ok. The help from staff. Highly recommend Vincci The Mint. It definitely deserves superb as a rating. You won't be disappointed.

Everything was excellent.

The hotel is charming in every detail inside, and has a wonderful location. But what I liked the most was the receptionists' care for guests. My passage through Madrid was quick, it happened by chance due to a problem with the flight connection, I was tired of waiting at the airport and decided to go to the city, it was my birthday and I was a little sad about the whole situation. The receptionist Juan (I think that was his name), saw that it was my birthday from the documents and sent me a champagne and a cake with a candle to my room, and also gave me a room upgrade, what a nice surprise, he made my day much happier and I felt special. Many thanks to the hotel for keeping such kind staff. I will definitely come back to stay longer in this hotel that I LOVED in Madrid.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. I could get to all of the sights on foot. Beautiful decor, especially the entrance and lobby. Loved the gin bottles in the entrance. Very nice and helpful staff! They are there to help you around the clock.

The room was nicely decorated, but the lighting was a little dark. The light switch didn’t turn off the lights near the bed, so I had to walk to the front of the room to turn off the lights. The bathroom was spacious, but the room itself was rather small, and I couldn’t manage to get the safe working to put my belongings inside.
