The place was nice and comfortable. As we chose this one because of the close location to the festival Mad Cool, for us it was super comfortable and also we used the metro to the center which was pretty much close. Also there was a big supermarket and cafes close to us. The price was high because of the festival week, but in the regular time I think it's a good cost for these apartments. We enjoyed it :)

The bed sounds! The mattress and pillows were very good, but the bed was too noisy and creaky.

Clean, bright and spacious rooms. Had a modern design. Well lit rooms. Comfortable for a family with 2 older kids. Did like the automatic opening of gates from mobile. Though a bit clumsy to install and setup, it worked ok.

Keys. Only one key given , no backup and no support in the night. We missed the key in the night and had to call Booking.com support to get support. Finally after many hours we got support , thanks to support staff who helped us through the night. Finally we were charged additional for the temporary room and for losing the key. Which is unfair - when the business model should have thought about these kinds of scenarios when they do not have late night support.

We specifically selected this hotel because we were driving out of Madrid (toward the south) right from the airport, so it was the perfect location for being a 20-minute drive from the airport (vs. going further into the city) and being able to hop right on the highway for Andalusia. Property was very clean and well decorated, with a comfortable bed, and conveniently located near many cafes for breakfast as well as ~10 mins from a Costco to load up on water etc. All in all, I’d recommend this for anyone doing as we did: arriving in Madrid by air for a larger road trip.

The checkout process was slightly chaotic, though I’ve yet to experience a smooth one in Spain. It seems every property uses apps and WhatsApp now to “ease” the checkin, but things get complicated when the app is broken or when you arrive at night and have no idea how to get into the building, as we did. All was resolved but I implore Spanish property managers to go back to a more personalized – or at least simpler – methodology, and I say this as a tech-savvy person in their 30s.

The room was very clean, spacious and full of light. I loved the high ceiling and large windows that allowed a lot of natural light. It was super clean and modern looking. Entry to the building & how to retrieve the key was instructed by the hotel staff in advance - it was easy to follow & we had no problem getting in. We asked to reserve a parking space, which is underground right under the building. You need to install this app to open the main gate & garage door - once you figure out, it's easy. Staff was pretty responsive - we found bunch of ants when we first arrived at the hotel, but as soon as we reported, they took care of the problem immediately. The location is a bit away from the city - about 20 min car ride to Prado Museum, just to give you an idea. It's in a residential neighborhood - there's not a whole lot of fancy restaurants nearby, but you can find lots of local supermarkets and etc. There's a coin-operated laundry machine in the parking garage in the basement, which we used a few times.

A good location not very far from downtown. A cooking pot was provided immediately upon our request. Very responsive staff.

Bathroom hooks were constantly falling off, dropping bathroom towels on the floor. When we hung a card to clean the room, bedroom sheets were not replaced. Washing machine is not available in the room, instead you are to proceed to the basement (floor -1), and it costs 6 euro for washing and 3 euro for drying up (prices as of April 2024).

Great room, good location, the front desk / receptionist was very nice. She was great to work with and answered all our questions. We really appreciated how kinds and helpful she was. The room was good.

Cleaning could be improved, there was a full kitchen but there weren't lids that fit the pans so grease would go everywhere when cooking. I didn't like that if you lock the door with the key anyone inside is trapped inside. There is no way to get out the door without using the key. In an emergency I can see this being a huge issue.

Very clean, very big, located in a very good neighborhood. The building is secured, they provided us with a remote access to the main entrance of the building which was so cool. Our flat was in the ground floor. It was a private car parking in the basement. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp if you need anything. It was a coffee machine and everything you may need in the kitchen except washing machines are in the basement. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again.

The apartment we got was so clean and well organized, thanks for the hospitality they offered. The kitchen tools are more than enough. The bed is so comfortable. All the details are enough to make us recommend this hotel apartment. I would like to highlight the quiet neighborhood, the high standard of security, and easy access to the apartment at the same time. The location is far from the CBD, but do not worry, the metro station, bus stop, and train station are so close.
