FYI if you take the bus from the airport, it is a walk up a hill to reception level (I’d recommend a shuttle that drops you at the hotel entrance, trust) The hotel is great, rooms spacious, little balcony to dry your towel and bathers Another fyi, you don’t get a room key you have a wristband attached to you, not gonna lie it was odd to us but I definitely understand with the ‘Brits abroad’ in the area why it’s done. Just be prepared to be tagged The rooftop had spectacular views. You can even catch the sunset. The pool was great and going into the ocean off your own cliff was cool Included breakfast was great

Everything was amazing. Best comfort, wonderful view, perfect location.

The only small thing I didn’t like is that the majority of the gustes occupy the sun beds of the pool/ solarium area from early morning and they don’t use them until late afternoon. I think is not fair for the rest of the guests who would like to relax as well and enjoy that area which stays unused for very long time. I think management should take an extra attention to this small detail and do something to avoid it.

set into a cliff over the sea with steps leading in. very modern hotel clean and comfy with outstanding customer service especially from reception ,cleaning staff and pool bar staff,beautiful view,central to everything I travelled with my teenager and it catered for both , we had the best of both worlds turn one way when coming out of the hotel and you have the bars and shops magaluf beach, turn the other way and you have beautiful beach beautiful restaurants and an older crowed of people .Everyone very friendly great large modern room great aircon free cold water filter machine for all bus stop outside for anyone wanting to travel .would recommend this hotel to everyone ,cant wait to return

hotel guest being allowed to put there towels on sun loungers and leave .i only got a lounger 1 in my week .Rooms are large enough for sofa/bed or small kitchenette room service would of been nice and for the price robes and slippers but none of these minor things would stop me returning

All staff, without exception, was very friendly, kind and professional. They made us feel very good through our entire stay. The food was top 10, very tasty and with lots of options to choose from, including dairy free milk, gluten free diet and many more. The ocean view was extraordinary and the near beach had cristal clear water and white, clean sand, only 5 min walking from the hotel.

The car park was way too expensive, asking 15€ per day. There are some free car parks in town, though. The beach towels should be free for the customers. One of the 2 lifts was broken for couple of days and one didn't stop to our floor for a while. Also, the doors were closing too quick, making it dangerous for people who were almost got cought between them.

Welcoming, attentive, polite and truthfully pleasant team. Since reception until departure, the lasting impression was remarkably nice. From the lobby to the breakfast and dining room, from the kitchen to the pool bar, with no forgetting of the cleaning and maintenance crew, we found some professionals worth treasuring! Taking time to appreciate the view, the (relative) tranquility at the hotel creek and to pleasurably enjoy Stand Up Paddling afar from the not so quiet ambiance of the surroundings. Meals available both as buffet (breakfast and dinner) and chosen on the menu (lunch - tasty and well served portions). The Game Room with Air Hockey! Those after-dinner moments unexpectedly became some of the most laughable and light of the week.

Not providing basic and customary oral hygiene items as complimentary amenity. Even attending on the sustainability purpose it aims to assure, it falls short and suggests either lack of proper investment or a slight excess of unnecessary greed. There are currently several "green", "ecological" and "recyclable" options which are readily available for hospitality venues. Those could be a wiser approach to it than selling in place regular plastic items that could just as well end-up being "single-use".

Location and sea view; room was comfortable, air con worked perfectly (it was a hot week in August), food was good. I liked that there was a tea kettle in the room.

The default TV volume setting is insanely high (like 27 or so, when 10 is enough to watch TV), so every time you switch TV on, you literally jump of how loud it is... not sure who programmed it that way, but it was really annoying. I was also surprised that if you have dinner at the hotel, it is not possible to get a glass of wine, there is no such thing on the drinks menu, they sell only by bottle; I have never seen that in any hotel, usually there is at least one kind (aka house wine) you can buy by glass.

very good food considering that hotel buffets gets a bit boring after a while. I have to say that the food was one of the best of any hotels I have ever been. it’s with ti include half board into the packet ! The overall cleanliness was another good trait about this hotel.

If you want water you need to pay for it. If you fancy a cafe or tea cup, sorry they don’t serve it in the afternoon as it’s only during the morning. If you want a glass of wine, they can’t serve it , you need to buy a bottle. if you need a towel for the pool, you need to put a deposit cash and also rent it per day!!! I was surprised as this is a 4 star hotel , never had to do that before.

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The quality of food and drinks is exceptional, staff is extremely friendly and polite and will always try to accommodate every request. Prices in the hotel for meals and drinks are fair and are in some cases even cheaper than in the city. Rooms and terraces are quite spacious and the sea view is simply amazing irrelevant of the floor in which you are staying. Rooms are cleaned every day and in each floor hallway guests are able to pour free drinking water. Every night the hotel organizes events, so there is always something fun to do even if you are staying in the hotel for the evening.

The only downside is that the property is at the top of the hill, so the climb can be tiring for some people. Also the area around hotel doesn’t have a lot of available parking spaces, so during the season can be very difficult to find a spot (although it is possible to find a spot in the range of around 10-15min walk).

We arrived late and tired to the hotel, but we were welcomed by some very friendly faces, who made the check in procedure go smoothly. The room was a stylish little space with all the amenities that we needed, great wifi, nice shower, fluffy towels, amazing lighting in the bathroom for makeup and a huge flat screen tv that you could hook your phone to scanning a QR code for movie nights. Never had problems with cleanliness or loud noises. The AC worked perfectly. The hotel had a FABULOUS variety of continental breakfast, fruits, pancakes and everything you can imagine, paired with an outstanding view of the Mediterenian Sea. The gym was great for what you could need on a holiday. They had either a DJ or a live band playing every night for entertainment. The hotel is designed in a way that every social segment of it has an instagrammable view. What we enjoyed the most was the direct access to the sea: a small terrace carved in the cliffs with a simple stairway in the sea. We had a great minimoon for a reasonable price, better then expected.

If you want to catch a sun bed by the pool you have to wake up early. The coffee is just really bad, no matter witch espresso machine you are using. There was this one time that we woke up to the suffocating smell of cigarette smoke. We didn't know where it was coming from but it didn't last long and it never occured again.

The location on the cliff is very beautiful. I liked the sunloungers overlooking the sea. Keep in mind that there is no sand beach and you can enter the sea by ladder, which was totally fine for me, but for someone this walk downstairs may be a bit steep. The breakfast selection was excellent, also nice and tasty options for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had late arrival and early check-out and it was perfectly taken care of. Would definitely love to come back.

I had a room with a sea view, which was perfect, but overlooked the restaurant terrace - I felt a bit the lack of privacy, when people were having breakfast/dinner right in front of my balcony, but this is not a big problem though :)
