nice property, went during the off season so it wasn’t as busy and didn’t had any trouble with sleeping. breakfast was good and my room got cleaned everyday. in the area there are several restaurants and pubs, so it can get pretty lively during the high season

personally I feel like you shouldn’t be charged extra to use a Iron. including it in the price would’ve been better

it was very clean and modern. was a lovely space to be in

the one thing that was disappointing was a very unfriendly member of staff at the reception desk. She was very rude to our party and even sweared at us when we asked politely about a taxi that was late on our way to the airport. she was very unfriendly and did put me off going to ask questions when I needed to. need to get more helpful, friendly and welcoming members of staff. apart from that everyone was fine

Everything is nice, and hotel so nice . But!!!A lot of people so noisy!! Come back at hotel at 3.00 , 5.00 morning! Drunk And scream ! One time even call in our room at 4.00 in the morning when we are sleeping, they just mixed up room. For people 15-20 years old it’s ok. But not for gest , who didn’t go on party over night. And I not recommend this hotel for family with kids. And so sorry , because hotel is very nice.

The location is perfect, near to Magaluf Street where the party is always going. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores, tattoo artists, and car and bike rental shops were all just a 2 min walking distance away.

It was very complicated to reach the rooms, the lifts were sometimes not working properly, and the room was much smaller than expected. The AC in the room was not working and they made us wait till the next day for it to be fixed as we called at night after 9PM.

The room was really modern and well equipped and spacious. The beds weren’t the comfiest but still okie. We stayed here for 4 nights room only. Deposit paid for safe. Supermarket right next door which is ideal and just off the Magaluf strip. We got a last minute deal here at a really good price. Overall good stay at this hotel.

The property is up a steep hill so consider this when booking. It wasnt something that bothered us though really

Not the fault of the hotel, sleep was difficult due to some very aggressive and rowdy young groups arriving back to party in the rooms until the early hours. I can't really complain as I've done the same at that age. I have noticed that the current generation have become far more aggressive and more likely to start inpropmptu MMA fights on the street lol

Lovely and helpful staff, the hotel is very clean. Very good breakfast and dinner, lots of options to choose from. Swimming pool area is very well organized, the pool is cleaned up every single morning. The room was big enough with a very comfortable bed. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel doesn't have any parking facilities, finding a parking space can be tricky sometimes but I usually managed to find a space no further than 200m from the hotel.

It was my first time to Mallorca , and i didn't really know what Magaluf really is. I booked at another hotel prior to my arrival but minutes after checking in i realized that's its impossible to stay there, so the journey of finding a hotel at at 1:00 am started. I was fortune enough to pump into this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful, he wrapped up everything in no time. The avenue is brand new, everything is clean, i couldn't raise a single red flag during a week of stay! What really needs to be highlighted is the " feeling home " although all the staff were amazing, some of them are just exceptional, i unfortunately forgot her name but the little sweet girl on the pool bar " I'm extremely stupid with names and i just forgot her name " , she took every service to another level , when she knows that im travelling alone she was checking on me all the time, she is one of the sweetest persons ive ever met.

just one small thing that was a bit annoying to me, the very big organized group of young people comes to the pool area to do exercise or so on , in a quite sunny day it feels like an innovation with lots of noise.

Espero regressar! / Very modern and spacious 4* hotel located just a few stones throw either from the Strip or the 2 beautiful beaches one can find nearby - Magaluf and Palmanova. The staff was brilliant and extremely helpful, especially Almudena and her Argentinian colleague. I'd definitely come back!
