great location, right on the strip and next door to the big BCM club and across the road from Panama Jack. takeaways, restaurants, Burger King, kfc and McDonald’s all within a 2 minute walk. No need for transportation, everything is walking distance unless you are leaving Magaluf and going to the Capital which is Palma. While I was there, early April 2023, you could get the bus A11 directly to and from the airport to this hotel. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. the Hotel also has activities throughout each day like rifle shooting, dancing, archery etc available to guests for free if you want a relaxing day or don’t feel like leaving the hotel. 10/10 would recommend this hotel!

online it says additional meals like dinner or lunch are €12, maybe it’s not been updated but it’s it actually €15. Not much of a difference but it would be much to have the right information. If I had to nitpick, I’d also say breakfast could start a little later or run until 11, instead of 7:30am-10:30am. if you buy the inclusive breakfast bear in mind that you’ll have to wake up early from your night out to get any or you should just skip it if you’re not interested in waking up early.

The hotel doesn't provide swimming pool towels. I booked it only for 3 night and has a small travel bag so couldn't fit a towel . I expeted that 4 stars hotel will provide guests with swimming pool towels. Disappointed with food. Bathroom in my room wasn't very clean and all the mirrors in the room had some marks. The floor was dirty . Internet connection in the room was weak. Photos of the rooms on the internet and the hotel are well better that it looks in real.

Kinda nice staff,good gym,nice pool activities.I would reccomend to offer people who going to gym free water.

Very poor internet,pillow sheet had a foundation stain.It was not cleaning properly.A lot of british people, all nights they were shouting, screaming and singing between 12-6 at night.Around hotel is only fast food places.Also,someone stole our towels that we took from home,not sure if its staff or our "neighbours".When we wanted to rent a car the hotel staff was the first to reccomend rental agency,but when we had a questions they didnt knew anything.

Great hotel in good location. Just in the centre of Malaluf. Next door to BCM Club. Few foots to McDonald's, Burger King and KFC. In 900 ft there's Aldi store when you can buy everything you need on holiday. I love breakfast in Samos hotel. There are 4 lifts, one of them is external and you can see sea from lift. Wifi is very fast. In hotels where are many people is very hard to install fast wifi network. In the Samos Hotel everything works excellent. People on reception are very friendly.

Such thin walls that my snorring neighbour woke me up from my sleep...every night.

Location is very convenient with supermarket and restaurants available around the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Smooth check- in and out with no hassle even late in the night and early in the day. Breakfast is decent with a good spread to start the day.

Walls are quite thin, I was able to hear the room beside as well as the streets even with the balcony door closed but nothing to complain about knowing that it is a busy nightlife area. Furthermore beside a huge nightclub.

The faciliteter the lokation, beautiful beach just behind the property, unfortunately hundreds of shops and restaurants that surround us we're mostly closed all the periode i was staying in Hotel Samos. I came a week too early. Breakfast was ok. The swimmingpool and the sunbathing place is great! The smart tv was also a hot for me and my cousin, where we can log in to my Netflix online and see some films before bed times.

The room was clean enough but we could see that it was bot well cleaned since there were some hairs on the bed and also the floor, like it was not being swipe enough or vacumcleaned.

Great value for the money, excellent and helpful staff: I asked to call me a taxi at checkout, and the staff member even gave me suggestions to not get ripped off and an accurate estimate on the cost. Aldi is 300m away. The room itself was modern with great lighting. There are even wireless chargers for your phone.

The fridge inside the room could barely keep a beer above room temperature. Elevator wait times can be long at times, there are quite a few old and confused guests. Nothing against old people, it just seemed that some were unfamiliar with how elevators, coffee machines or automatic doors work. The included breakfast was good with alot of options, but horrible coffee

Food, staff, quick check-in and check-out. The room was clean and cozy. It is great that you can access the pool from the terace.

There is a lot of noise coming from the hall and also from another rooms. I think that is the main con.

We stayed for a week in Hotel Samos. Reception group was very good and helpful, especially a sweetheart girl named Sandra❤️. The only issue was with the old negative security man, we got kicked out straight from shower from our hotel room like rubbish because playing music, by an old negative security man, treated like we did the worst crimes there, and when asking if it is possible to wear clothes first before heading to reception, he didnt accept but forced us to go with towel in reception, and again the girl was just politely asking us to put music lower. Unrespectful behavior for two innocent girl who in the end of the day just there to enjoy their time, so the security team needs new motivated men stuff, not old and angry men 😉 Ms .
