very friendly to kids. 6 swimming pools and kids playground. there were interesting shows and activates in the evenings. food was ok. it was not top quality but thanks to many choices, you could always find something you want to eat. 5 minutes walk to the beach. free parking on the street. convenient store close by. 30 minutes to Palma city. it was a nice holiday for my family.

rooms were small. toilet smell bad. Walls were very thin. you could hear kids screaming in the hall way in the middle of the night.

The staff was great - particularly the animation team that works at the pools. They were awesome with the kids. There were lots of food options, but not a lot of choice for vegans unfortunately.

The rooms weren’t very comfortable and not that clean (I had sand inside my bed when I checked in), the pools were in need of maintenance (several broken tiles), and there were lots of queues for the lifts.

Great hotel for families with children, big swimming pool area for kids, kids play room, evening activities at the main saloon. We traveled with our family and 10 months old baby and it was fantastic, would definitely come back with my family.

Breakfast was the same everyday, we have stayed 7 days and by the third day we did not feel like eating the same thing again. They should have a better planning of the menu instead of offering the same options every single day.

Great hotel for families with children, there are plenty of activities and events going around the property. Very nice pool area for kids as well as a nice kids club play area. Breakfast was good but could have done with different options, we have stayed 7 days and it was everyday the same, kind of got tired of having same options everyday.

More breakfast options, as in different menus every other day at least.

Great food, clean facilities, very nice entertainment program, and the entertainment staff ar so good at involving everyone. you cannot get bored during your stay. We were there for 14 nights and we are very happy with the decission. the fitness program also a hit, amd so dedicated trainers that you simply cannot ignore to not participate. sometimes queue at the entrance to the restaurant, but the staff were really doing their best not to make people wait for long.

Elevators busy times were very painfull and being on the 11th floor it wasn’t easy with kids to just take the stairs. Therefore we really felt it when we needed to queue there. And even when these were full of people, it would still stop on other floors making it really time consuming to get where needed. Another minus for the property I would say is the airport transfer. When I asked the property, they asked alsmost the double price compared to mytransfers.com. I think the property would really benefit a lot if they would try to compare themselves to other on the market and offer this service(full service of booking with them).

Rooms were clean and spacious. Lovely balcony. Good choice of TV channels. The rooms were cleaned daily. Food was nice. A good selection. Lots of pools. Although only 2 and a baby pool open in April. Once season starts in May all the others will open. A handy location. A slow 10 min walk to shopping area. There is a spar mini market directly over the road from the hotel, which is handy. I would definitely stay here again. Loved every minute.

Honestly, apart from all the pools not being open. I couldn't grumble.

Buffet was slightly different every night, so there was a good variety of food. Kids’ entertainment was great. There were staff that came around every day to inform us of the various activities throughout the day. However, the entertainment stops at age 12. There was not much to entertain teens with and my 14-year-old was bored while her brothers went to the kids’ entertainment. The location is not too bad. It’s a short 10 minute walk to an area with a plethora of restaurant and bar options. Transport for 5 to/from the airport was €67 each way through Booking .com. But booking sightseeing trips from the hotel through a third party is pretty expensive.

Unfortunately our room was the first room by the elevator and other guests were loud throughout the night. Some even hanging out, talking right by our door around 11pm. While rude, inconsiderate guests are out of the establishment’s control, soundproofing on the doors would be great.

The facilities were good, staff very helpful and polite ( thank you so much Mamadou and girl with the glasses). Rooms were clean, food was good despite some negative reviews. Shop opposite the hotel, bus stop in town nearby, would definitely stay here again. Can’t really complain as such apart from early breakfast on the day we checked out.

Early morning breakfast was practically non existent. Breakfast was provided alright but it was bread with no butter or anything, donuts, muffins and cappuccino from the machine which had no hot water or hot milk. It was a let down especially when we had a basically nice time at the hotel however this was the only down side.

Beautiful spacious hotel with great facilities. The pools were excellent. The best All-inclusive I have ever experienced. Great food and premium drinks. The kid’s entertainment was brilliant every day around the pool with paddle boarding, walking the plank, water basketball and huge bouncy castles. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach and all the bars. All in all a great holiday

the only criticism is the pools closed at 18.00 when it was still very hot and the kids wanted to stay in the water
