Ants at our apartment, only 2 lift causing long waiting.

Extremely comfortable, huge sofa bed. Excellent breakfast with chef cooking eggs and omelets, great pool areas (one quieter for non-smokers), shop onsite with essentials. Amazingly helpful staff in reception that went the extra mile at check in, check out and during our stay. Modern chillax style with many sun beds. Apartment had all necessary cooking facilities, microwave and fridge. Soundproof bedroom to lounge. The general manager Carlos was caring and professional always making sure we were comfortable during our stay. 5 min walk to the beach and Magaluf strip.

Lovely modern hotel. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was roomy, modern & with a large balcony. Staff were happy & helpful. We didnt use the pools but the areas looked really well kept.

It is Magaluf so most of the guests were 18-30 but on our floor, our neighbours closest to our room were so noisy going out 10pm - midnight & coming back 2am - 6am. Shouting, screaming, football in corridor, banging & knocking random doors. No issues during the day as they were either in bed or by the pool.

The food is not good only breakfast was top Reception staff er the best in the hotel Good hotel for the young and people how like party

Swimming pools are great 👍🏻 Everyone is great in the hotel.

Very bad room cleaning, really bad... Lots of people complaining about bad rooms cleaning. They cleaning your room for few minutes, what you can expect... Very very dirty towels !!! They change towels every day, but new towels are dirty also. All inclusive means - no limit on alcohol drink ? In this hotel you can take 9 alcoholic drinks (only beer, wine, and sangria. per day.) You can take only 3 free drinks for breakfast, for lunch, and 3 for dinner. Beer in a very small glass.

Pools are fantastic with a different vibe at each. The value for money was incredible, we didn’t quite expect it to be as nice as it was! The room was a perfect setup with a breakfast table and double balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and had a nice selection of Spanish delicacies if you wanted to try. Staff were excellent and inviting.

I can’t think of anything better they could have done per se, except maybe making the pool available before 10. It is also a lively hotel, I probably wouldn’t stay with young children as there is a lot of drinking throughout the day and parties before the club. We went as a couple and for us it was brilliant entertainment.

Twas a lovely hotel great location.

I booked a 1 bed apartment and was given a hotel room with no reference to it not being an apartment- when I raised it they said they didn’t have an apartment- and offered me their all inclusive package which I had no option but to accept- it was ok but did not suit my requirements so I didn’t really avail of it - my group was going out for meals so I was joining them and not using the restaurant .

The breakfast was exquisite, so much choice and very tasty food. The swimming pools were also big and clean, very nice area to chill during the day

The room was very noisy, I could hear it every time someone was taking a shower or flushing the toilet - also, there was a lot of shouting in the middle of the night / early morning, which woke me up, but I can only assume that was because of the drunk guests and not the hotel's fault.

overall appearance was great of the hotel. very sleek and stylish inside the public areas

a few issues in the room but didnt mind as much due to the low price of the hotel. a/c not working but also not needed as it wasnt that hot. no washing up facilities provided and was told that this needed to be bought, despite staying in a room with cooking and eating facilities.

After reading other reviews I was a little nervous. Yes, the area has a lot of night life but the noise was never an issue. The rooms and facilities were very nice and they have 2 good size pools with lots of seating. The location is close to the beach and all of the restaurants and nightlife. All in all definitely an enjoyable place to stay.

The cash city tax was annoying. Just charge it with the room, I hate paying for stuff when I arrive when I have pre-booked.
