The hotel is in a very convenient location for the old town and main tourist attractions. We arrived by train from the airport and the directions were very good; however we did have to ask someone when we were in the area but couldn't see the hotel. The place to look out for is Bendito, which is the hotel bar/restaurant and turn up the side of the building into an alleyway. We did notice, much later, that there is a small sign with the name of the hotel, on the wall by Bendito but we hadn't seen it. The room was spacious and had everything you could need, including tea/coffee making facilities! However, a fridge would have been useful. The bathroom looked to be new and had a very good walk-in shower with fantastic shower heads. Everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel has a roof-top bar. However, in the afternoon it was very hot with not much shade and with loud music that was not particularly easy to listen to! Later in the evening it was so busy that we couldn't get served and decided to go elsewhere. Maybe it was a large party, we're not sure.

This is a very smart, wonderfully located modern hotel (in an old building) with a truly wonderful roof terrace bar. The location is very central but atmospheric overlooking, as it does, a small square and an ancient church. It is within a stone's throw of the market with its vibrancy and great food and a two minute walk to main shopping street (Larios). it is five minutes from the marina and 8 minutes on foot to the beach. The hotel is very well staffed and the receptionists are all very helpful (and multi-lingual). Our room had a huge balcony with chairs which was just fantastic for people watching. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor served very good breakfasts at a reasonable price. The roof terrace bar was exceptional (it was a visit to this some time ago that alerted us to the hotel) and is plainly the place to be in town! We could not fault this hotel

Perfect room for our family of 5 - plenty of room to move around with all our bags following a fortnights stay in Nerja. The hotel is perfectly situated in the old part of the city with loads to see and do, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean, tea/coffee facilities, two large bottles of water, plenty of clean towels and a huge shower - we really were very pleased with the room. It was also quiet which was great as we have a lively 4 year old. Breakfast was fine - plenty to eat but wasn't fantastic, the waitress that served us each morning was absolutely lovely though.
Honestly very little to say here - we really enjoyed the stay I can't think of a negative at all.

I was looking for a room for a group of 5 friends and I don't regret choosing the Málaga Premium Hotel. Location first of all, very central, close to everything and absolutely quiet! Staff: super friendly at the reception and in the restaurant at breakfast, always smiling and available to any request we had. Cleaning: room and shared spaces super clean; we requested to have our towels changed and we found the room completely tidied up. Breakfast: very interesting breakfast at a very reasonable price. Rooftop: a plus that makes the difference.
Some improvements could be done to the bathroom: sink faucet and shower head holder were a bit loose.

Location was perfect. We have a room with a balcony and as the weather was lovey this was an added bonus to sit outside. Although I made an error and didn’t book breakfast we did pay each day. Breakfast was fine but not a buffet, you choose from a menu so things like orange juice, tea and coffee were limited on how many you had. All the staff were helpful and extremely friendly. Rooftop bar was was an added bonus. The hotel also had an ground floor bar with outdoor seating another added bonus.
There was nothing about this hotel not to like.

Lovely breakfast in relaxed, stylish surroundings. Dining room staff were welcoming and efficient. Great start to our day. We fell in love with Malaga itself. The hotel was so close to the inviting sea front and beach, historic buildings, wonderful museums, shops and cafes and restaurants. The city has a friendly, exciting vibe, a truly great location to explore on a short stay. Returning to our hotel after the day's adventures felt like going back to a private haven.
I can't fault the hotel in any significant way. From the central but private location to the friendly, always helpful hotel staff we really enjoyed our time at Hotel Malaga Premium. On our second night there was some noisy street cleaning for a while and on our third night there were noisy folks in the street having a good time for a short time but I can't see how I can blame the hotel for that.

Location is really excelent. Room was nice and clean, comfortable beds. Staff is very kind and helpfull ( both reception and bar/restaurant). Definitely good spot for exploring Malaga as well as day trips ( bus/train station is 15 min walk). Breakfast is not buffet style, you can choose from menu - croissants, sandwiches, eggs, yogurt, coffee, jouice- was very tasty amd it is served from 8-12.00. Rooftop bar is definitely worth visiting, great drinks and view
No negatives for me, but keep in mind before booking: - city center, hotel is not accesible via car, taxi will drop you approx 5 min walk from hotel ( also bus is located on the same street, 35min drive to airport +5 min walk) - roof top bar get noisy fri/sat, we had room on 4th floor right under bar and it was very obvious there was a b-day party ( I can sleep well and booked it with this in mind from other reviews so was not a problem; if you have trouble sleeping make sure you dont get 4th floor) But the bar is definitely worth visiting, great drinks and view. - room has approx 12m2, double/twin bed, desk and chair, closet. Do not expect fridge, minibar, kettle or anything like this ( but its exactly what is included in description/photos, so what you see is what you get)

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location in easy walking distance to many of the main attractions. Breakfast was good and was included in my cost so a decent value. The shower was a good size compared to many places I have stayed and modern. Overall my stay was good for 1 night. (FYI...I am an American living in Spain so my tastes may differ from European residents.)
My room was overlooking a small square which had a lot of lights and foot traffic. At night it wasn't too noisy with people but the next morning workers (possibly trash collection) woke me up around 7am. Black out curtains would be helpful with the light. The recommended parking garage was challenging to find but that isn't a hotel issue.

Loacation is perfect! 20 min walk to the beach, hotel in the heart of old town, all places to visit near, it is saving time, when you have short visit :). Nice roof bar and very deliciuos coctails on the top!
As hotel located in the center, nights were very noisy :(, sound isolation very poor, so almost taking party while laying in the bed :))).

The hotel is very well located, nearby there are plenty of options for food and drinks. As well to visit touristic places. The rooms are spacious and modern.
I visit Malaga with my family, including my 10 years old niece. We have requested in advance for the rooms to be closed, and we were in different floors. My niece and my sister were below the rooftop, which had loud music until 4 am, depriving my family from sleeping. The street is quite noisy at night, but the rooms are well isolated.
