lived everything about the property. it was perfectly located. everything g was a 5 or 10 min walk away apart from the Port and the beach which was about 15 -20 mins x. Felt lovely and safe always

everything was wonderful but if there’s one thing I’d say it’s a bit odd being a solo traveller and the reception is closed from about 8pm with no one around. nothing happened and all was good. there we systems in place. just felt a little odd that there wasnt anyone working at the property 24/7

Location is perfect, 15 min walk from train station. The room was clean and the bathroom was ok.

I had to pay 100 euro deposit, and there were very strict terms & conditions (empty garbage, no make up on the towels...) so I was a little bit afraid that they would take my deposit , but everything was ok in the end. Also I had to sign the contract online and it was all complicated. They paid me back deposit 2 days after departure.

It was very clean, good shower and excellent location.

I was charged €35 cash because my room had a balcony. I explained that I'd already paid for the room at booking.com but told that the fee for the balcony had nothing to do with booking.com. I found this strange because surely my contract was with you?

The location and feeling safe. The 24 hour reception is a great help when you come in on a late flight arrival time.

Nothing, it was a great hotel to stay in.

The hotel room was small but had everything we needed. The room and the whole hotel were very clean. Breakfast was basic but met our need and the whole stay was good value for our money. The girl that checked us in was very nice. Most probably the best part was the gentleman working at the front desk the two days of our stay, including out last day. I believe his name was Damien.(not certain I have spelled it correctly) He was pleasant and very helpful - answering our many questions about the area during our time there. He was very professional but somehow made us feel very welcomed - it really made our last two days very special even though we were sad to be leaving Spain. I would recommend this hotel and the staff there wholeheartedly.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Location is wonderful - a two or three minute walk from the Alameda Principal in Málaga, and maybe a one minute walk from the market and all the cafes and bars and restaurants beside it. The staff are fabulous --- I've stayed here many times because it's so convenient from the airport and bus station --- and I've always found the staff to be really helpful and friendly

I don't like dealing with codes and PIN numbers to get in to a hotel, I much prefer it when there is a person in Reception. I know there are staff there till 18'00 or maybe it's 19'00 but there wasn't anyone there when I got there and I hate faffing about with bits of paper and my phone and keying in numbers in order to get in. However, I return here again and again because it's so very handy for bus to train station etc

The room was very clean, with air condition that needed some persuasion 😊 but in the end it worked fine. The bed was big and great, comfortable! Bathroom was perfectly clean and equipped with big towels and hair dryer and courtesy shampoo and soap. Also, the room has balcony and hotel has a terrace in 5th floor which we used in the evening 😊

The only thing - the system of electricity with the use of the card was unclear in the beginning and we had the feeling that the receptionist (who was very helpful with everything!) thought we were morons which we maybe were, who knows 😂, but since we have never seen this system before, I think we can be forgiven

We were staying for 7 days so wanted an economical solution. Trebol met that need while placing us near the old city for sightseeing and travel connections (railway/busses/and walking tours). Also we were near a selection of good restaurants. It is a working part of the city with the fantastic daily market only a block away. The downside of this, but also fun, was it started bustling at 6:00am on the streets. The Hotel was manned during the day but you had access at all times no problem. A simple foyer with breakfast bar after 9:00am but we always find a café outside in city's for greater atmosphere. The rooms are small, clean and in good state of maintenance with great shower. Perfect for our needs with nice staff always ready to help.

There was no refreshments (tea or coffee) during the day in the hotel and restricted sitting area in the Foyer but that is probably why only a 1*. There were local cafes only metres away. We had corner room which is probably a little larger if you can get one also higher raises you above some noise.

I love the staff, and I love the location, which could not be bettered. I adore the market, and the best cortados in Málaga are to be had in the little bar-café opposite one of the entrances to the market. The hotel is only a few steps away - I had no problem at all getting there, and I was using a crutch at the time. It's also within easy walking distance of La Canasta and a wonderful, very old bodega on the Alameda Principal from where you can get buses to the train and bus stations, and to the airport.

I do not like hotels that have no staff on the reception desk after 8pm ---- on this occasion i hadn't been able to pay by online banking, i don't know why, my connection kept failing, and so i had to be at the hotel before the lovely young man on the desk left at 8. I see it happening more and more that there's no one on the desk after 7 or 8pm, and I am not a fan of this new custom.

Very clean rooms. Location is perfect, close to train station to airport and to city centre. All is walking distance.

Elevator wasn't working when we arrived and had to carry luggage up the stairs. Cleaning lady opened up the room to clean without even knocking and just leaving door open. Then whem she saw we were there, apologized for having opened wrong room.. But one should always knock first! Regardless if you are checking out that day or not. This was before check out time. The amount held on the credjt card takes 5 days to get back after check-out. The rooms are quite small, so perfectly fine for a 1-2 nights stay. But not longer.
