Nothing major but we expected the bottled water in the room to be replenished each day- it wasn’t. Also we left early so had to miss breakfast, the hotel said they could give us a picnic breakfast to take away. The contents were sparse and not great- Wish we would have have taken the refund we’d been offered rather than the picnic, as it wasn’t good value.

Small boutique hotel. Excellent location, on the main pedestrian street leading to Constitution Square (3 minutes walk to the cathedral). Despite being a very busy pedestrian area the room was very quiet as the terrace window was soundproofed. Extraordinary friendly and helpful hotel team. The day before arrival they called to inform us that there would be a film festival in Malaga and it might be noisier than usual (in the end there were no problems as, despite the crowds on the promenade, the room was quiet as soon as the terrace door was closed). They helped rent a car with delivery to the hotel door. Excellent English. Greetings to all the afternoon Team, especially Javi. Very good and varied breakfasts in the rooftop restaurant with a great view of the old town. A nice rarity in hotels: drinks and snacks available in the hotel corridor all day . Reference cleanliness in the room, restaurant, lobby.

If you arrive by car or rent a car for a few days, be sure to secure a parking space at the hotel (there are not many), the underground municipal car park, although very close located, is relatively expensive ar €27 per night

Amazing staff! The outstanding service provided by staff made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff we have ever encountered. We’ve been stayed at Park Hyatt or other hotels which offer nice service but superficial. If you are tired of this kind of service you can visit Vincci Larios Diez. I cannot recommend it enough. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were always available to answer any questions I had, offer recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. They also took the time to ask about our day and genuinely seemed to care about our experience in Malaga :)

I wish the floor in the room could be cleaned a little better

Breakfast was complete and super fresh! The chef would always checking whether everything was to the best standards. Service was excellent! Views from the breakfast terrace stunning!

location was central and safe. but we were unfortunate with our room as the street under the hotel is the busiest shopping street of the town and on top of all, black friday crazyness and events with a live satage and band for the christmass lights opening - that were literary under our window! too noisy for us, as all the towns celebrations happened right under our bed! and we had a 6 year old with us which didnt help the whole situation!

Beautiful, clean room. Both elegant and practical. The sound proofing was impressive, central Malaga can be quite noisy, close the windows and it's non existent. Roof top breakfasts were excellent with first class views of La Manquita. This space doubles up for the perfect pre-dinner cocktail. We had a very early departure flight home, reception organised a very welcome 'packed' breakfast for our journey to the airport.

The fifth floor has coffee and snacks for guests, just wished reception had told us about it on check-in.

The staff were outstanding. I travelled with friends for my birthday and since I booked the hotel for us,I did not bother asking for anything. But the following morning. We were surprised with a chilled bottle of champagne and a piece of cake in our room. So generous and we really appreciate it!❤️ They even called after like 10mins we were in the room to check if we were okay and if we need anything- We only asked for slippers. Oh! They also managed to accommodate us earlier as we arrived earlier than the check in time. The place also excellenty placed in the town centre. Few minutes walk to musuems, cathedral, stations and of course from hundreds of yummy restaurants.

Nothing really. Since we booked a hotel in the centre of the shopping district, we already expected the noise from outside. Not from cars but mostly from people late at night.

Everything was great - very friendly staff, very clean hotel. Excellent design of both the common areas of the hotel and the Essense rooms. Hotel is in the center of Malaga - it's hard to be even more central than on the main pedestrian street and next to the park :) Also It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. Nice terrace at the rooftop. We loved our own terrace, our room, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. It is worth noting that the hotel has an application where you can order breakfast in the room or dry cleaning of your things, report a breakdown of something in the room (we didn’t need it :) etc. It is very convenient. A personal touch in the form of a welcome inscription on the mirror was especially nice.:) Thank you! PS. I also want to mention that during our stay we were staying in the room quite a lot in the mornings and it was sometimes a bit difficult for the staff to find the right moment to clean the room. The idea of arranging a specific cleaning time was just great and worked out in the best possible way. Thanks to the person who suggested this!

Warm welcome and extremely knowledgeable and helpful reception team, it was busy at check in but we were still made to feel very welcome and the team ensured we had all the necessary information needed for a great stay. Lovely breakfast area,even when very busy, great breakfast choice, great rooftop views, especially of the cathedral and bar service throughout the day. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, great night sleep even though you’re in the heart of the city. Fab bathroom great shower plenty of products. Nice touch to have welcome box of mini pastries and complimentary water. Smooth arrival and departure would definitely stay again

A really minor point, it’s little cramped round the coffee machines at breakfast and water needed refilling quite often. However this is really a minor point. Would be lovely to have a little more seating outside but it’s still an amazing rooftop.

Breakfast was good, I liked that there was enough to eat as an vegetarian and I liked that rooftop floor was used for that restaurant purpose, so that all the visitors can enjoy the views of city from there. Staff handled all the conversations smoothly and were always friendly. AC system was silent, efficient and easy to use. Location of the hotel is just very good, close to everything what saves time especially as a business traveler it was really nice.

As a chemical sensitive person there was horrible scent/perfume at reception area what made it difficult to breath on that part of the hotel. Lucily hotel room was quite neutral and AC made the air in the room quickly fresh. There was a bug walking on the floor on my room what was not that nice to meet.
