Great location for tourists to go around the centre and the beach, in front of Calle Larios . The breakfast was good with a variety of options and fresh foods. But on the total experience, the stay was perfect and very well worth the money

Could've been a bit cleaner for such a hotel. The room we were in was a bit too small. The complementary water wasn't given the next day .

The food at this hotel is out of this world! As a local, I wanted my father to enjoy real Malaga fair and he said it was one of the best meals we've during our travels. The room size was surprising, compared to other hotels in Europe and even the AC Lario across the street, the rooms are big and spacious. The view of the historic center is like waking up to a postcard view each morning.

Only had breakfast once and it was fine with good service. All staff were helpful and very good; general cleanliness of the hotel was also good. The dinner and dining experience on the one evening we used the associated restaurant was SUPERB...particular thanks to amazing staff. Location was perfect for me too...I could even get the bus back to the airport from a stop only 2 minutes away from the hotel!

Only disappointment was the pool and surrounding area which looked limited, and not very pleasant so was not used as had been anticipated - think the facility is made to look better than it is in advertising!

The hotel was amazing with spacious rooms and super nice view. Our room was facing the city centre and we enjoyed a nice scenery from the bedroom straight to the city centre. Despite all the commotion from the city centre, the windows/rooms were very good isolated hence we were not bothered by the noise from the outside. Overall, the room and its amenities was perfect, I could not ask for more.

I have just one area for improvement but for me and my family this meant quite a lot for our stay: The breakfast was quite poor with small variety of food. Fried eggs, omelette, cheese, a plate with fruits and A LOT of sweets. I missed having vegetables (tomatoes, pepper, etc.) and other related foods to enjoy a light breakfast.

Location is perfect in the exact center of the central district. The shower is a large walk-in with a rain shower head and strong pressure. The buffet breakfast is excellent (although the cereal selection is limited to Corn Flakes and a cocoa puff twin). The bed was firm and perfect for me.

The television is awkwardly placed in the room without an adjustable arm and I never was able to modify the choice of language. I arrived late and stayed only one night so that my inability to access the WiFi was not an issue. There’s no password necessary but apparently the required data (full name and room number) was not recognized…verify before you leave check-in at the front desk.

The location of the hotel is really good. I was surprised how big the bathroom is. 2x times bigger then my bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Hotel is nice new renovated i would say. I was surprised i omost like everythink there.

Breakfest its not to good. Very unffriendly women working down there. You cant order eggs in your way. Variaty its average. The room was good but the courtains are to far away from the wall so you have so much light in the room all night. The was no toilet brush so after p.... i couldnt clean it and i feel so shy when i was leaving the hotel and was thinking about pure houskeepers cleaning that. Really terribl. I never saw toilets withou brush. But omost so far so good all hotel. Will defenitly be back if i go to Malaga.

The hotel was well located within walking distance of the main tourist sites in the historic center, as well as the port. it was well appointed and the rooms were comfortable, and clean.

With only two elevators, it was sometimes frustrating when the housekeeping staff would monopolize them both when servicing rooms. Also, only the first two bottles of water were complementary, after that you had to take them from the mini bar (we found it mor economical to buy as package of bottled water from a nearby mini mart). there was one day when housekeeping didn’t leave any bath towels and when we informed the front desk, they were a bit aloof about the situation.

Location was amazing. Despite being next to a main road there was no noise in room at all. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely shower, always hot. Room temperature was comfortable at all times. Had regular clean towels. Room had hairdryer, safe, mini fridge, coffee machine, usb by bedside to charge phone

Shampoo/body wash in shower were only toiletries in room. Anything else had to be requested I believe. I took my own so didn't ask for anything but I think it always looks nice to arrive and see all the toiletries on offer, whether or not you use them all. I also take my own tea bags and would have liked a kettle in the room. I tried making a tea using the hot water in the coffee machine but it tasted odd. Think more could be done with bar on 7th floor to make it more cosy/inviting. Preferred the bar on the ground floor

Efficient reception. Very central, right at the bottom of Larios and beside the tourist office and Port. Nice interior design. Clean, comfortable. Coffee pods provided, there is a safe in the room as well as usb charging ports. The hotel stores your luggage for a late afternoon flight, or early checkin. We were provided with an upgrade which meant we had a view of Calle Larios. We did not try the additional facilities ie bar, café terraza, beauty treatments as it was only a 1 night stay.

There was nothing we didn't like, all was as expected for a hotel with this rating

Where to start ? Location is perfect, right in front of the plaza, easily accessible to all the must see places, loads of lovely places to eat and drink. Staff were super helpful with any queries leading upto the trip and while we're there. Super clean facilities, the balcony of our room overlooked the plaza and street even though right next to busy area, there was not much noise when we closed the doors, windows. Clean and spacious room Absolutely loved it. The terrace pool is small but we were not expecting to do a full length swim anyways so all good. Infact it's right size for family to relax. My daughter loved it. Overall, if we come again to Malaga, we will certainly stay here again. Absolute value for money.
