Room was lovely, cleanliness was fantastic and the staff were amazing.. Location great too

We were put on 4th floor which was beneath eh bar/pool area so there was a fair bit of noise (like dragging barrels across the floor ) in the morning time before the pool opened at 11:00. The pool area on the weekend was sooooooooo busy to the point of no seats. we stood at he bar and was ignored totally the bar people never acknowelged us, we then asked a waitress to serve us and was ignored, 25 mins later I finally had a strop and said we have been waiting 25 mins please can someone serve us - when we eventually did get served.. Not at all what I expected.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel! From the moment we first arrived and all the small personalised additions, the room, service, location was absolutely fantastic. We had a balcony for our room which looked over the port, beautiful palm trees I can't fault the quality or service. I'll definitely be making this my go to hotel when in Malaga. The beds were massive and comfortable, the pillows were great for me also. No noise from the street or neighbouring rooms. Just absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was good also, so many fresh options to choose from, pancakes, pastries, the staples, detox shots, yoghurts. Just what is needed. Great water pressure and hot water from the shower also. 👌🏼

I love to train but the gym was just cardio equipment. But for the majority I don't think impacts their choices. But it doesn't change how great the hotel and rooms are.

Where to begin? From the delightful reception staff of this exceptional establishment, with their warm welcome, outstanding service, friendly and attentive hospitality (special mentions although I know I must have missed some names: Javier, Ramón, Manuel, and Belen), to the beautiful room with the stylish and elegant decor and a very equipped bathroom with the best rain shower I have ever used - I also booked a room with a view and small balcony overlooking the gorgeous port so this was an added advantage and despite it overlooking the port, the soundproofing was so efficient I could hardly hear any noise from the outside - to the cleaning crew who alway left the room immaculately clean and smelling so fresh (also a special shout-out to Johana, Luz, Estrellé, and Vauesa) - to the location of the hotel, a mere two minutes away from the port promenade and then further down to Muelle Uno, and a short distance to the historic Center and main shopping street (Calle Larios). I stayed at Room Mate Valeria for a whole month and each week, when I came back to my hotel room, I would find a little something waiting for me as a nice gesture from the hotel staff, it was so cute. The hotel’s motto is “mi casa es su casa” (my home is your home) and they follow that motto to the letter. A didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that, but it is definitely a hotel you would love to stay at as your home away from home! Great hotel with very friendly staff always happy to help with any needs you have. Great location close to air, rail and bus links also at the edge of The Old Town and close to the beach. The hotel is very clean and beds done daily and fresh towels, amenities on request. Beds are big and very comfortable. The rooftop bar is an excellent addition to have.

The cost of drinks and dining are higher than the surrounding area. The rooftop bar prices took high. The rooftop bar at weekend nights filled with local young people and like a club night so not as suitable for families or couples who want to chill at the end of the night in such a lovely space. The room was a bit dull lighting especially natural due to being internal looking into an open courtyard, an external looking room would solve that issue.

Location of the hotel is great - only a short walk to the old town, promenade or the beach. The port bus station is also just across the road if you want to use the local service for travelling along the coast. We had a twin room with two big beds and a balcony looking out towards the port area. It was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were great after a hot day of exploring! There were plenty of sun loungers and so space was never a problem. The staff on the reception and in the bar were all very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find any fault with the hotel!

We had a wonderful stay in Malaga. the staff were amazing when we arrived without our passports having just left them in a taxi from the airport. They spent ages ringing around to locate the taxi driver and by the afternoon of the next day we had them back. They were so kind and patient with us. The hotel itself is in a fabulous location and is very clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well equipped. The roof terrace bar and pool are lovely places to relax. We could not fault this hotel in any way and heartily recommend it to anyone visiting Malaga.

ridiculous bath and shower configuration. you had to get whet to turn on the taps ..

1. The location was fantastic. 2. The staff were kind and spoke English fluently. 3. There are two fast operating elevators. 4. There was a welcoming bottle of water and some cookies which I found cool. 5. The room was not so big but very clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable. The light is great. There is safe, water kettle and complementary tea and coffee. Electricity outlet on both sides of the beds. Fridge. Extremely good AC. 6. The barh was clean and chic. 7. There is a pool on the floor which is open 11 to 9 pm. It is not big but enough for chilling. 8. The bar on the rooftop is perfect. Open to the public and fresh drinks. You cannot charge the drinks on the room. You should pay by card or cash. 9. The breakfast was complete. From vegetables and fruits to croissants and cheesecake. We chose to eat at the hotel as it was perfect and had a reasonable price. Overall. Extremely satisfied with the hotel. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed, very good bathroom, water temperature and pressure, very clean, modern and amenities in very good condition. Very good location at intersection between city center and port

The room was missing natural light, due to the layout and window giving to the interior court. Not very critical, but we had to use light during the day, and not very eco-friendly. There was no ironing tool in the room, which was available in all the 4stars hotels I have been in the last 2 years.

Upon check-in I paid slightly extra to be upgraded and it was worth it - for a huge room, with a view and balconette towards the harbour/port and on a higher level. The double-glazed windows were so beneficial and really kept the outdoor noise out. And I didn't hear any noise from the room above or on either side of me. The room was really tastefully decorated with bottle-green colours, including the metro tiles in the bathroom. Staff were super friendly - both at reception and upstairs at the rooftop pool. Location is fabulous as its a jump across the road to the centre.

The only fault is that a good bottle of bleach or mould killer needs to be used on the tiles in the shower. I have no doubt that the amenities get cleaned, but the tiles had quite a bit of black mould in certain parts and really need a seeing to with an old toothbrush and bleach.
