Room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Bathroom had a rainfall shower. Good Air Con. very friendly lady at breakfast... young man at reception who helped me with luggage and put it in room for my return was a great help . The location is brilliant, if you are getting the A bus to the Airport it's the first bank of bus stops just to the left of the hotel on the main road, so quick and easy if walking with luggage . Great Pizza place a block behind called Gusto.. Great for nearby Cathedral visit too..

Bit of door slamming in my corridor, but not late into the night so not too disruptive...( Doors need a hard pull to shut from the outside) handle doesn't seem to lever downwards...

Decent aircon though a bit noisy. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom and nice to have a bath as well as a shower. Really well located in central Madrid. I was very happy to have a one night stay here. Easy to get to within a 100 metres by bus from the airport. Short walk to marina/beach and very short stroll to the beautiful old cathedral. Didn’t try breakfast here but went to the nearby square for a lovely coffee and breakfast. Super quiet for a good night’s sleep

Slightly noisy aircon, you could say the room was a little dated but that didn’t bother me. I had a quiet room facing the inner courtyard but that meant no view

Everything was perfect. We arrived via car and were a little hesitant as the satnav appears to direct you through some pedestrian only roads once you are a minute or two away but we were wrong and it all turned out ok in the end. You can park just outside the entrance whilst you offload your luggage and then they direct you to a nearby underground car park (plaza del marina?) and you pay for parking via the hotel at a discounted price so it was excellent as we had hired an SUV and the Carpark was very spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious (especially the Spanish tortilla and the potato whirls ). Best of all is the location. You will not regret booking with this hotel.

Excelent location in the heart of the city, near the Cathedral and the port. They have parking lot ( 20 Euro/night) and they will park your car. Probably is a narrow one Very good Internet if you need.

Small room, with a certain smell. Probably of not being used. The bathroom is covered with wallpaper in the shower area. Also the sink. A much to obvious improvisation. For the breakfast at 10 Euro / pers you can have a nice one in the area surrounding the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is cheap, with the worst cofee I have ever experienced. They do not have a regular expresso machine to be able to buy one. Overall is too expensive ( 159 Euro/ night) for what you get

Couldn't be a better location. Very busy hotel with lots of "overnighters" but staff were extremely efficient. Had excellent lunch in the dining room. Air con didn't go off with the lights so it was possible to keep the room cool (very hot weather during my stay).

Needs updating but the rooms are big. Needs grab rails and a walk in shower rather than a bath. No English Tv except for news channels. Steps at front entrance could be a problem to some people.

The location is perfect for the centre of the city either for restaurants or shops. Only a short walk to the port. The hotel which is three star is better than some four stars in the area. The staff are more the helpful and go out of their way to help. The breakfast is Excellent with hot food and everything from cereal to bread and meats. The cost is good value and we would have stayed longer but the hotel was full due to its popularity. If you get a chance at this hotel just book it. Excellent all round ************

Location was perfect, right in the centre, hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, from arrival to departure, especially Carlos I believe his name was (Bell Boy) which makes you want to come back again… in fact I booked to come back again whilst there!

Very little I did not like. The hotel public areas maybe a little dated, although the rooms were fine and the bathroom was fairly modern. Can be a little noisy in the night, due to location, but it was to be expected and it did not bother me.

we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everyhing was almost perfect. The breakfast was good. The only downside of the breakfast was that all meats were from pig. It would have been nice if you also have chicken fillet for example. The location was excellent. It was in the centre. The family room was also really big.

There are no parking places in the neighbourhood so we parked our car a couple of streets further. So we had to walk to the car or the hotel for at least 10 minutes everyday. Also as mentioned we would have liked if all the meat wasn't pork.

Excellent location already planning to stay again until in the future. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Good selection at breakfast although a hot plate for the bacon would have been a good idea. Excellent selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Close to all main attractions.

A coffee machine or kettle in the room would have been useful especially after a day sightseeing and you need a cuppa but that’s probably very much a British thing.

Fabulous central location with all the best of Málaga on the doorstep! 3 mins walk from airport bustop. 3 mins to the marina, same again in the other direction for the cathedral and palace. Enormous room, clean and comfortable and staff were super friendly. Didn't visit the bar/ restaurant so can't comment on these.

A bit of noise from the street below (not bars/restaurants thankfully) and pipes/showers from other rooms could be heard in ours. A kettle in the room would have taken the facilities from very good to excellent!
