The food was good, pool opening times are a joke... Disappointing... And in the room no sandals and empty fridge,.. Never saw that.. That's not 4 Star like.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family with our 4-year-old son, and it was a wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the mind-blowing seaview from our room—absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has a great aquapark that our son thoroughly enjoyed. If you’re traveling with younger children (around 4-5 years old), there’s no real need to go to the bigger aquaparks in the area, as this one has everything you’d want for small kids, and it’s very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the location is the excellent beaches within walking distance. We loved how easy it was to spend a day by the sea. The hotel food was also very good, with plenty of variety, but we highly recommend trying the restaurant on the beach. We had an amazing paella there paired with sangria—it’s not to be missed! For attractions, the nearby Drach Caves are worth a visit. However, for anything else, like aquariums, bigger aquaparks, the dolphin show, or exploring Palma de Mallorca or Alcudia, you’ll need to drive about an hour.

One drawback we found was the lack of clear information on the entertainment options. It wasn’t easy to figure out what activities were available and when. For example, we later discovered there was a football and volleyball field, and that we could rent balls, rackets, etc., but it wasn’t well communicated.

- Pool facilities were great for all ages. - Very friendly and attentive staff. - Very clean. - Food was very good, always plenty of choice. - The Cala Romantica Beach nearby was excellent and accessible via steps / footpath from the hotel.

We booked our airport transfers through the hotel but the transport was not waiting for us at the airport on arrival. The transfer company at the airport had to arrange a taxi instead. Then on the way home, the transfer driver was on time but very rude and didn't have the baby car seat fitted as requested. So avoid arranging transfers through the hotel. The site is very hilly and many of the ramps are difficult to navigate with a pram / buggy. The ramps would be far too steep for wheelchair users. The outdoor play areas were a little rundown.

The breakfast and lunch are amazing, we found it interesting that a Spanich hotel has an Italian kitchen but it was excellent. The gardens in the area of the hotel are fantastic and clean. We did use the spa aswell it was a good deal. Language is never an issue. Someone is always around to give a hand. A few members of the stuff are the highlight of the hotel. Most of the stuff from the reception spa and the bar are fantastic.

In both our rooms where ants ( 1 floor both times). Cleaning is OK, but not spotless. Rubbish under the bad, hair in the shower. The hospitality skill of the stuff ranges from excellent to poor. The safe in the room has to be paid (5 euro/day)

Mostly very nice. There was a huge choice of food, which was different every day. Some was not the highest quality but some was, so there is always something good. There is a good variety of facilities. However, the spa is quite basic, and needs to be reserved, for. max of 1 hour per day. The water slides are separate from the swimming pools so you can't just spend the whole day at the pool and have some waterslide time as part of that, so we only used those once.

quite noisy. Doors always banging every time someone nearby enters their room or leaves their room (the door needs to bang in order to lock), and all noise in the corridor can be heard loudly in the room. The cleaning staff seemed to not spontaneously refill or replace items which had run out, like soap or toilet paper: we had to try to catch them to ask for it, and this was not easy.

Beautiful location! Quiet part of the island, better for a relaxing trip or family trip. The buffet had many options, although it was the same everyday.

Everything seems to be geared for children. All the activities are for children. There is no night club like most resorts have. If you are looking for a family vacation this is for you. But if you don’t want to be surround by kids constantly, avoid. Also, they have an annoying system where you need to purchase chips to exchange for the plastic cups used for drinks at bars. If you don’t have the chips they won’t even give you water. Also beware of dress code required for the buffet.

The location is great, just inbetween two beautiful calas. The Zen pool was lovely too with really nice views and a great option for the ones that did not travel there with kids. The buffet surprised me in a positive way, we had the breakfast and dinner included and they were both really good with plenty of variety.

There was A LOT of kids, haha I get it though, its a kids paradise and so much for them to do, but if you travel without kids yourself it was challenging at times being surrounded by them. So if you want a kid free place, this is not for you.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Very comfy beds. Beautiful location. Catered to most needs. I really enjoyed the food, the serving staff are fabulous. The rooms, while lovely, are small but perfectly formed, with everything you need. No rush for beds by the pool.

This is a huge hotel spread over a large site. I wouldn't class it as suitable for those with mobility issues, some interesting path/stairs shapes. 2 food allergies are covered, lactose and gluten intolerance. Ingredients aren't listed on other foods so those with other food allergies may struggle.

We loved everything. The large, clean, well-maintained grounds, the pool area, and the location—close to beaches and hiking trails. The views are stunning. Great children's entertainment and an amazing evening program. Delicious food. Thank you, Blau Punta Reina staff, for your hard work, which made our vacation so pleasant and relaxing.

Great holiday time, lovely hotel, great food, selection of drinks, Staff very friendly from reception, waitresses, barmans (the best Jerry), cleaning ladies and animaton team with prime of Pepe - very friendly and funny man making everyone feel welcome and inviting to activities, very recommended, love Mallorca!
