Third year staying in Porto Drach and won't be the last. Even Studio Apartment has sun beds on balcony ! Kitchen well equipped with full fridge and freezer too if you want to buy in food and ice etc. Supermarkets in the town or up steps behind the Hotel by the caves. The Hotel also sells water, ice and some other items if you don't want to carry too much. We find that everything from location, staff, rooms is perfect here. Quite a taxi ride from airport if you're doing it by yourself rather than a package holiday, but A42 bus runs regularly from outside airport, takes just over an hour and costs only 13.50 Euros each. Good option if you don't have loads of luggage and are fit enough! Get off bus at Carrer del Mestral, turn left down Carrer de la Marina or the next turn and and only about 20 mins walk through the small streets to the town and to the harbourside. No problem when the sun is shining!! Up steps behind the Hotel (5 mins) there is a bus stop by the Caves of Drach which will take you to S'illot, Sa Coma, Cala Mayor and Cala Bona if you fancy a day out (425) too.

We ate in the restaurant on the Saturday evening. My daughter chose peking duck cannelloni. The sauce tasted really bad, rancid and very unpleasant. I tried a small amount and agreed. We spoke to the main waiter who offered her another meal but was also rather sarcastic suggesting that because we were English, we only ate chicken or fish & chips. Less than 12 hours later my daughter was violently ill on our return journey home and remains unwell today. I only had one mouthful and also felt unwell but not as bad as my daughter.

location with really nice views on the port, close to the town center, yet far away from all the noisy places.

The water in the swimming pool could have been a bit warmer, yet given the time of the season, I understand it made no sense to start the heating yet. Otherwise the pool is really nice, has a lifeguard sitting next to it and a table service from the nearby bar. What I really disliked, was the noise from the marina nextdoor, however to be fair, they operate 9-5, so if you are a big sleeper, or a fan of after-lunch naps, this won´t be the best place for you. I believe 90% of guests won´t mind this at all.

This location was central. Spotlessly clean apartment as were the restaurant and pool. Staff very polite and helpful. Apartment was roomy with large furnished balcony overlooking marina. Fully equipped if you wished to cook yourself. Pool was very clean with showers and toilets. Pool was attended by lifeguard. Great adult location with very few under 15s.

Our balcony at the front overlooking marina was also above the restaurant. The cooking smells were ok but the constant thump of deep base music from 10am to 10pm was quite irritating.Bar service in restaurant at night was quite slow with some staff chatting to guests( friends) for long periods and ignoring others requiring service. Had to go to bar and butt into conversations to order drinks. Drinks quite expensive and not generous.

What stands out the most in our stays is the services. The staffs (Pasqual, Toni, Anna, and others, including all the housekeepers) have been super friendly and very helpful. They actually can help with almost anything that you need during your stays. In fact, I especially recommend that you arrange the transportations (airport transfers and car rental) with the Apartment directly as the car will be waiting for you at the Apartment on the day you want it. The location is very good as it is in the walking distance from the city center; but far enough to shield you from all the noise. It is also very closed to Cuevas del Drach. The Apartment's own restaurant is also quite good (although the service might be a bit slow during peak hours). We had a wonderful experience and strongly recommend this place, especially for family holidays.

Our group stayed in different types of room and I actually liked to room in the extended building (room #7) a little bit more. It's not a huge different but the noticeable difference are 1) the partition between bedroom area and the living area. 2) the shower room has better construction and the indent to prevent water from leaking out. However, the main building is more convenient when it comes to access. So, it's little bit of trade off you have to make. Then again, it's not a issue that impact our overall experience.

Excellent location in the marina. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Great views across the marina from the balcony. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel and apartment very clean. Rooms were large, beds comfortable. Adequate kitchen area with enough facilities to self cater including fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery. Large bathroom. Room cleaned everyday to excellent standard. Plenty of sun beds around the pool which were available at any time of day.

Kitchen area in room could do with modernising as it was showing signs of wear and tear.

Location was great nestled into the corner of the port beside the marine storage and repair yard. View over the marina to the sea was excellent. Good for people watching in the restaurants and walkway opposite but far enough away so it wasn't noisy. Watch the comings and going to the boat yard was also good. Our room had a large terraced balcony, lovely to sun yourselves on the supplied loungers and table with 4 chairs. Large apartment nice cooking area and bathroom with two sinks. Aircon quiet but efficient. Safe and secure parking

No tea or coffee, not even to get you started. No condiments. Not expecting a whole cupboard full but a few sachets would be good as what was brought was then wasted. Paying for parking at €10 when it's free out the front or in local roads. This wasn't explained to us.

Property was great with a lovely breakfast and clean rooms. The staff were great.

Upon check-in we were given a room with no door separating the bedroom and living room, despite agreeing with the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival that the room needs to be set-up for 4 people. When we arrived around 11pm, only the main bed was set up therefore we had to go back to reception and receive bedsheets which we had to make ourselves. However, this is not an issue as the next day the hotel promptly amended the error and we were given a fantastic room. A small error did not affect our trip.

Our flight was delayed by five hours and I emailed the reception who in return reassured me someone will still be available to meet us at the apartment which put my mind at rest. The apartment was great, really clean and comfy, there was everything we needed for our stay and great place to relax on an evening after a busy day. The location is perfect and we enjoyed walking into the Centre of Porto Cristo which takes only 5mins. The restaurant at the hotel is really nice and the staff are so helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Apartamentos PortoDrach and we'll certainly use them again on our next visit.

Everything was great, even the weather in March was good.

Lovely location just a few minutes walk from town, beach, restaurants, bars but on the other side of the harbour so not too busy. Our room had a big balcony with a great view over the harbour. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and lovely seating areas. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

The room decor was slightly basic and the hotel layout means there was a lot of walking, including steps to get to our room (not a problem for us). Also, the onsite car park costs E10 a night but fortunately we were able to always park on the road.
