Excellent location for access to three beaches - two on foot within 5-10 minutes and a third one 5 minutes drive away or a slightly longer walk in the heat. Pool access was from 10-19:00 but reception staff didn’t mind when YouTube’s the pool as long as you were respectful of other residents.

Secure parking incurred an extra charge. However, plenty of on street parking available. Restaurant / bar was great, but not water tight during evening showers and cool on windy days if staying in October.

Great location for beach holiday. 2 amazing beaches just few minutes walk from the apartments. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff, really nice rooms and facilities (you get everything you need)

The public transport is very limited. No taxis. You will need to rent a car if you are interested in some activities which are not within a walking distance from the apartments. The buses run every 45min and are often late

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, peaceful, comfortable beds and pillows, functional and well equipped kitchen (some minor improvements possible), smart tv, comfy couch. We were here out of season and the staff preheated the room and left us a small radiator for the bedroom, which was a nice gesture. Easy to check in and check out. Plenty of free parking on the street (out of season).

The pans (teflon/non stick) were damaged (scratched) and need changing. A wooden kitchen spoon would be great. They have their own laundry, which is welcome, but there are only one washing machine and only one dryer for the whole complex - can get busy in the evening. Wardrobe in the bedroom and drawer in the bathroom smelled a bit musty (mold?).

Super nice facilities. The cafe/bar/Restaurant at the entrance ist superb, and the staff is absolutely lovely. Barista skills are next level ❤️ Our two-bedroom Apartment was perfect for our group, although it cold use some renovation-love, it was for us a perfect stay. Nice pool area. Just a couple of minutes walking to get to two different but stunning beaches. Parking places on the street, but I guess this could get challenging in high season. They offer private parking for a fee if needed. Anyway loved our stay and would come again! Absolutely amazing vibes from all of the employees! :)

Bathrooms and bedrooms could use an update/modernization.

Fantastic accommodation for a family vacation, seeking convenience and tranquility. It was so great to have a pool and two different beautiful beaches in very short walking distance. I also appreciated the hotel cafe, so I could always pick up food if we needed to. I would recommend a car to visit a cheaper supermarket about 10 minutes away. The apartment was also very comfortable and clean.

Some of the appliances need to be upgraded and a cleaning of the apartment once during the trip would have been appreciated. The kitchen also wasn't very well stocked. Some basic kitchen supplies like paper towels would have also been appreciated.

We were very close to a lovely beach. One of the best we saw on the island. The resort had a nice pool too.

We were asked about our arrival time twice. I provided it. I was told keys would be at reception. When we arrived no one there. They had given me a phone number which I called. A "grandmother" answered and had no idea what I was talking about. Found phone number on door. Called it and someone said they would be over in 3 or 4 minutes. Took much longer. Person who arrived seemed annoyed. Not welcoming. Very disappointing. Everything in apartment other than the beds which were great was of very low quality.

We arrived late, and thankfully, the keys were already in the door. We received a short video guide on how to reach the apartment, which was very helpful given that it was dark and we had been traveling for a long time. The pool was lovely, and despite our bedroom facing this area, it was very quiet. The available laundry service was very convenient. The complex is extremely family-friendly, and you can park your car safely in the parking lot (though there is a fee). It's just a few minutes' walk to either of the beaches.

The first room we were given was not clean, so we had to switch. The second room was better, but we found bed bugs in the mattress, which was quite unsettling. However, this issue was resolved promptly. Overall, considering the price, the quality is reasonable, and we were probably just unlucky to encounter two issues during our stay.

Everything is new, clean and very comfortable. Location is very quiet, occupied mostly by families with kids. Very close to the very beautiful beach which however gets extremely busy around 11am-6pm, but very pleasant in the morning hours and in the evening. Grocery store and bus stop are also very close. Good public transport connection with Porto Cristo. Big thanks to Maxi for being so responsive and helpful.

- kitchen could be complemented a bit (there was only one knife - for bread, no food turner) - if arriving in the evening to Palma, rather book a direct transfer in advance, the last bus from Porto Cristo to the hotel leaves at 21:50 and taxi service in Porto Cristo appears to be absolutely unfunctional - impossible to book the way you would expect it in 2022 (no uber, no other app, impossible to reach them by phone and stop at the street)

Great location 10 minute walk from the best beach in the area. Excellent brunch/dinner place on the premises. Nice clean pool. Beds were good. The apartment itself was clean. Air conditioning was functioning. Overall a feeling of a simple, cozy, well-maintained getaway.

Water pressure from the detachable showerhead was meh. Seems to be a problem on all the islands that I've visited. Other than that nothing really to complain about.

The pool area was incredible - so clean, well kept and with a lovely lifeguard so it always felt safe for the kids. The baby area of the pool was amazing for us with a small child too. The bar/cafe was incredible - such friendly staff, amazing coffee and really delicious food. We didn’t want to leave!!

The bathrooms weren’t great with a few plugs missing etc and the kitchen was rather small for five of us though was fairly well equipped
