Location was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of banus!

Great customer service, hotel was clean, good facilities, late breakfast until 12pm was a god send, great choice for breakfast, with proper fresh juice. You cannot beat the location for getting to the beach or the shops.

Can get a bit noisy in the evenings but depends which side of the road / promenade are your room is facing. But this is part and parcel of where the hotel is located in a vibrant and popular area.

The hotel is beautiful. The highlight of this property was the breakfast buffet. It was amazing. Two Nespresso machines, All sorts of bread, pastries, brownies, croissants, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, Jamon, cereals, fresh juice. They even had carrot cake for breakfast.

The hotel was fantastic. We did arrive to two twin beds, but just pushed them together.I would stay there again

Loved our stay here, would completely recommend! Amazing location right on the sea of Puerto Banus, 1 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the yachts and close by pool clubs. Staff were all so lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. Breakfast had a really good range. Room was so chic and clean, with everything we needed. Glad we weren’t put off by some other unpleasant reviews as this was honestly the perfect place for friends to feel a bit of luxury and ensure we were safe getting home after nights out, as were were a walk away from clubs like Mirage and Tibu! Just perfect, thank you!

Rooms very big and airy and extremely clean. Bed were extremely comfy - slight noise from outside at night but nothing too loud (didn’t stop sleep ) but this is to be expected due to the great central location . Breakfast had cold and hot options and a large espresso machine and was served until 12pm! Wifi available for free if you ask at reception for password . Really would recommend the hotel !

Could have had bags brought up to the room on check in but apart from that no complaints :)

Hotel was old hotel recently renovated beautifully…. Modern twist Staff were very nice

So so so noisy….. cocktail bar outside the hotel went till 3am, night club belted till 4:30am and smoking area for club was right across from hotel. Noise was Constant till aprox 5:30am and then the work trucks, bin trucks etc started 6am. Not hotels fault and If we were there for nightlife I’m sure we would have slept thru… but we were there more for sea sports, day trips, night sleeps etc. however ear pod with calming music got us some sleep, but we are heavy sleepers!!! Stayed 3 nights and was constant woken up 20+ times. Hotel in august was fully booked so we couldn’t change rooms but think tourist location, central town, we were bound to have some noise, just didn’t expect so much.

Really nice and modern, smelt amazing, the location was perfect right next to the harbour and also facing the beach, breakfast was really good also.

The member of staff that crochet is in was a bit rude but all the other staff we spoke to were really nice and helpful, not having a pool wasn’t great but that’s our own fault for not double checking.

The room and property were cleaned and well maintained. Loved the location within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shopping, night life, etc. The breakfast provided a good variety of food.

Did not like how small the beds were although they were very comfortable.

Great value for money. Good location (just a little loud until the warly hours but to be expected right by the port) very clean, impressed with the amenities and little touches such as clarins body wash

Excellent location for visiting Puerto Banus marina area and beach. Good view from the room on the 3rd floor. Very nice breakfast. Got an upgrade to a higher floor probably because it was my birthday.
