it was modern, great location, breakfast was excellent.

no tea/coffee facilities in the room, there was a little kitchen area but no kettle, cups or glasses, nowhere to get a coffee or drink downstairs

the property was lovely, everything has been newly done. great location can walk down to the harbour in less than 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.

In the rooms there was no plates, glasses or cutlery, when we asked for some we were told we had to pay €25 for the week, I have never heard of this before I though it was very strange. The TV in the room had Netflix but it didn’t work. there was also no ashtray on the balcony. and they could do with providing body wash in the shower.

BREAKFAST! this one was my favorite thing about the hotel. OMG, really really good, a wide variety of food, GUACAMOLE, CHURROS like 😍😍 delicious. defined next time going to puerto banus this will be my hotel of choice. LOCATION is absolutely the best, really, like 5min walking to the port, and close to all the shops. perfect and perfect. and the hotel smell delicious, I wonder what fragrance they use

the only thing was that the swim pool was empty and close, I know is winter in Marbella but, hahaha in Ireland that is like SUMMER, so i would have loved been able to sit in the swim pool with a piña colada :(

The Hotel is well located in close walking proximity to the Harbour, entertainment and shops.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and small. The room temperature could not be controlled adequately and made the room uncomfortably warm whilst in the room. We were forced to leave the balcony door open at night and the traffic and noise from the motor vehicle caused a disturbance to our quiet and sleep as the hotel is located across a busy highway. There were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. Coffee condiments were limited and not replenished adequately

Location is amazing. Staff are nice. The lobby and downstairs area is very nicely decorated. The rooms are basic but spacious and comfortable.

The staircases and the corridors are really not nice (dark and not the same vibe as the downstairs). The clientele at the time of our stay at this hotel was very bachelor/bachelorette party style which I didn’t like. More staff are needed at the reception during check in time. Only two reception desks and they were working as quickly as they could but there were just so many large bachelor/bachelorette parties checking in. It took over an hour to check in.

The hotel rooms are renovated. They are spacious and have all the main amenities. Though the photos in Booking.com are slightly confusing as from photos it appears that there is a kitchenette and sink in the rooms however the sink is not connected and the kitchenette non existent. Our reservation said “apartment” but it is just a hotel room. Despite of this misunderstanding we loved the hotel. It’s in a great location. You can find beach, pharmacy, supermarket, shops etc. within the walking distance. There is a parking on site but it’s for additional 25euro charge. The restaurant is really nice. Breakfast and dinner buffet has a very nice variety and food was very tasty. Overall it’s a really nice hotel which I would totally recommend for a stay in Puerto Banus.

Couple things that I could mention is the noise. The windows are not sound proof and at night it was difficult to sleep cause of the noise from the street. For some reason the bathroom had a strong sewage smell during the night but it was ok during the day.

The hotel was more expensive than we would normally go for but it was walking distance to shops/restaurants/nightlife/beaches and the most stunning marina with best restaurants in Marbella. Perfect for a long weekend or a family break. Rooms :and bathroom were clean, modern with huge beds and fresh linen. Plenty to do around the town with friends and family. Very safe environment and great for a quick bite and a walk or a full on meal and drinks.

Quite a young crowd so we had a bit of noise early hours in the hotel corridors. A few negative comments on this website about the pool but there were enough beds for all (the staff were extremely helpful) and the main road that runs behind the hotel was not at all an issue and you forget it’s there after a while. The sun beds and large pool made up for it as well as a very good food and drinks menu at the poolside bar. The lifeguard was in attendance all day to help with towels and the gym was also near the pool so you could gym/swim all day.

The location and value for money was by far the best about this hotel. It is close to the front, shops, bars and everything you need. I have stayed here before and the rebranding has massively improved the quality. The breakfast was lovely, every option you could think of. meats, cheeses, bacon, sausages, eggs, crepes, churro, cooked tomatoes and beans, leek frittata, fresh fruit, pastries, toast and breads, all the coffee and tea, juices! really good variety and was a highlight being included with the room. The options altered daily slightly too. the room was lovely, really big and mostly clean (some weird hairs on the toilet). The beds were comfy and the balcony really lovely to have. There was a little kitchenette but no tea and coffee facilities which I didn’t realise when booking. not sure if they had them if you asked though to be fair. There’s a mini fridge which is great so having a kettle would have been good as you could go to the shop across the road to get the other bits.

No kettle in the room. the check in staff on arrival were not very friendly or particularly welcoming to other places I have stayed but as you just see them once to check in it was ok. Other staff you see walking around were very friendly however.

location is excellent, beautiful and clean, gorgeous large room, bed so large and comfortable.

The replenishment of tea, coffee, sugar, spoons we insufficient.

Huge spacious rooms with a balcony, mini Kitchen area and a TV that works. Nice wardrobes with a free safe. On arrival we had free Easter sweets and water etc. The breakfast is very nice lots of variety and the restaurant is clean and bright. The outside pool area is nice with a good bar. We also had a room on the front corner which meant we had little road noise. Ask for rooms numbered 1 to 7. All of the restaurants, shops and beach walk are 10 minutes max away great location.

The pool is freezing cold no one could use it for more that 2 minutes and because there’s a main road behind it’s a little noisy. Parking is €25 a day which is expensive.
