No air con in living room only in bedrooms

For us what brought us to the location initially was the proximity to the finish line for Transgrancanaria Race (10 mins walk to Parque Sur), the style of accommodation (individual bungalows with kitchen - v well equiped and outdoor space) and half board.. Friendly helpful staff, breakfast & eve meal, simple but tasty buffet with some items cooked to order (omelette in morn, eggs, bacon) or in eve, fish, steak chicken etc. Very well stocked supermarket on site too. Evening entertainment we only availed on one eve, female singer vg. It's a good 30 minutes walk to Sea, Lighthouse and choice of bars and restaurants but that suits us as we like walking.. Quieter area. We would consider returning, yes.

Small problem with some dampness in bedroom on lower wall.. but once we opened all windows, the smell disappeared... we have seen this in other accommodations too (no damp course allowed for in older builds)..

Very helpful staff. Poolside bungalow excellent. All ages but not noisy. Heated childrens pool and unheated ?30 metre pool. Evening meal taken in hotel. Large selection of self service dishes. A little expensive if not on a package deal but good food. Good location.. free bus x 4 per day to Maspalomus beach. Excellent bus service along coast. Would recommend.

Hotel was very clean all around the resort. Poolside was cleaned most days and the pool was always well maintained. Pool side bar food was good and reasonably priced. Good assortment of kitchen facilities for self-catering.

Don't like having to pay for extras when you have paid a fair price for the rooms. This included the safe, air conditioning and even just for a TV remote. It is a shame that you aren't allowed any sort of balls in the pool as children see this as an activity on holiday.

Good size rooms and they clean your bungalow every day providing clean towels. It's quiet and safe also and AC worked perfectly.

You're not allowed to have any visitors from outside of the resort although it's not mentioned on their page and nowhere as I've looked everywhere. That was really disappointing yet I've survived without it. Cleaning is good but it can be improved. The most annoying thing is that we had a toilet that kept leaking on the floor. The resort is nice but needs updating although the staff is doing the best.

The place, the people (mostly in July, while in August the guests were a bit more impolite). The waiters were great and the receptionist always helpful. Unfortunately the maintenance technicians couldn't fix the problem of an annoying stink coming out of the shower. The holiday was great for us and the kids, family friendly place, awesome pools. The cooks are great, exceptional food, freshly cooked fish every day and a good selection of vegetables and cakes.

The customers in August were more rude and there was a stink coming aut of the shower. The first three days we were in a bungalow with air conditioning broken.

The breakfast is great and the staff (especially the chubby guy) that works in the restaurant as well as the pool bar. The lady that does the eggs is also super nice. Great variety of food for breakfast. The bungalow was very nice and comfortable. Nearly sound proof. And I would like to thank the management for accommodating my birthday request to put me in a place facing the swimming pool (Room 106). Location is good, not too far from Yumbo. Cost of taxi therefore is minimal. Most importantly, the measures implemented to screen for COVID 19 symptoms are adhered to by reception staff on checking in.

The towel were like sand paper. Cleaning a bit hit and miss. The gents toilet at the lobby has no lock.

Really nice place, easy location to take public transportation and go to the beaches or to the nearest shopping centers. The pool was big and clean. The dinner and breakfast had a variety of food at very good prices.

There is garden, lots of nature and trees sararounding every bangalow/studio apartment which is really nice but our place had ants in the bathroom and kitchen coming from outside!

Clean, tidy and beautiful garden areas. Staff all friendly and hard working. Great pool area and the bungalows are more than perfect for a holiday stay. Food was lovely too.

Location didn’t have much around. Not really anything you could walk to. Would have been nice to have some children’s entertainment a couple nights a week too

Not all bar staff was nice. Joan is the best. Kind and friendly. One of bar staff came up to us on New Year eve, telling us that we ordered 2 cocktails 2 days ago and never paid for them. But he doesn't remember what cocktails and did we drink them at all. I know for sure we didn't ordered any cocktails. Anyway we paid as it was New year eve, but to me it's nonsense that he came up to us on New Years eve altho we were at the bar ordering food the day before and he never mentioned anything. Other than that entitlement was great Brian is lovely, funny and friendly! Swimming pool was 28 degrees! Great hotel! 👍
