No air con in living room only in bedrooms

We really enjoyed this holidays, the hotel was great, the staff was very nice and polite, the pool was big and such a relaxed enviroment. The food was great asweel very good selections for breakfast and dinner asweel. I enjoyed that they always had a person available to grill fish or meat on dinner. And eggs in the morning.

However i think they should add more parasols because in the morning people start grabbing them and then you cant even find one that is available. The bungalows should have air con in the living Room asweel it gets very hot to sleep. And there is no blackout curtains in the bedroom. I did struggle a bit for the first few days to sleep well because of the light coming in at night.

It was very easy to find the hotel and check-in. No problem with parking outside of hotel - plenty of spaces an free. The location within Maspalomas is great. The flat in our bungalow was clean and tidy. Everything worked as expected, good wifi signal and fast connection. We only tried the smallest pool as it was the only heated one. The water temp in the main pools was way too low, which is expected in December. You need to get pool towels from the reception for EUR 10 (deposit).

Not that I didn't really like, but was promised bathtub and got shower.

Liked and appreciated the politeness and helpfulness of the receptionist on arrival. Both breakfast and evening meals was really good value, quality and variety. The Accommodation could not be faulted it was excellent.

Only one fault the receptionist on Friday evening had deficulty printing of my boarding passes on request at a usable print size, he initially printed it of far to large with the bar code displayed on two separate sheets. He then told me astonishingly that it would be OK to use like that.

When staying here we really liked the little apartments that everyone had different pool area's for adults and another for children happy hour 5-6pm

Not being told that you have to hire the remotes for air con and telly location seemed very remote, couldnt walk anywhere had to get taxi's to places no wifi on site even though it is stated when booking

Spotlessly clean everywhere and houses cleaned almost daily with fresh towels. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful pool and plenty of loungers.

Could provide a dozen more umbrellas to avoid the morning rush to secure one. Aircon in living area or a fan provided for the person on the sofa bed would be good.

Second time staying in Caybeach, 4 families all enjoyed our stay, complex is spotless, rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great selection of food throughout the day. Pool has a chilled atmosphere plenty of sunbeds etc. Aqualand 10 mins in a taxi, holiday world 10 minute walk, main bars and restaurants 5 mins in a taxi Highly recommend Caybeach Princess

As regular visitors to the Maspalomas area for over 25 years, we have chosen to return to the Caybeach Princess, where we have found the staff to be courteous, friendly and helpful. The accommodation in the complex is spacious and suited to both couples and families. Dining is buffet style and the selection of menu items is varied and appeals to both young and old alike and very good value for money.

Mobility access, while good, could be improved.

The staff, rooms and general facilities were good. Staff were pleasant. The hotel grounds are maintained nicely. Enjoyed the entertainment.

The food was often cold. The breakfast food also felt very cheap. Waiting service was limited. The hotel need to work at this. The beach shuttle bus was shared with other hotels and very crowded and not well ordered.

We love the pool. Staff were also nice.

You have to have a deposit for everything like remote control for tv and ac, extra keycard, safety box and telephone which I find weird. I never experienced that in any other hotels, resorts or airbnb.
