4* I recommend the hotel. This review is from a family perspective, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. This hotel is dated but well maintained and very very clean. Staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Pool was very clean and big enough. 30min from the airport €40 prebooked one way. What’s good Rooms are massive with a big balcony. Cleaned every day apart from Sundays. Pool towels replaced once a week. Very small soap and samples of shower gel and shampoo (not enough). Hairdryer included. Beds are comfortable in the bedroom only. Extra beds in the living room are very uncomfortable (you can feel springs) and kids were complaining every day. Kitchen is massive and well equipped with a big fridge/freezer. Pool is open between 8.00-18.30 and if you reserve sunbeds beforehand your towels will be collected by staff (fair enough). Restaurant is nearby within 1m walk from the pool and is closed in the evening. 2-4-1 cosbktails 11~12. Plenty of plants, whkat makes it look good. Jacuzzi is not heated. Couple of pools for kids and adults with a small and safe water slide. Small playing area for small kids and mini golf and tenis (booking required at the reception). Pool table €1 charge. Gaming room (2computers) and library. Slow WiFi everywhere. Food-> drinks are not included with your mains(you pay for everything). I was shocked that there was no water or juices available for free. Water €2 house red €18 bottle. Breakfast-> the same every day but I can’t complain. Free tea coffee and juices. Dinner-> nothing spectacular, basic. Sometimes meals were missing and definitely cold. Very weak entertainment (solo singer) no bar. A bus goes everyday to a beach. I was overcharged but this was fixed and money returned. Taxi available €8 to Dunas of Maspalomas. Aldi across the road, few shops and bars where you can eat a fantastic pizza (2large pizzas, 3 beers, 2 juices-€35). Theme park 15min walk (€13 kids, €16 adults was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).

Hotel is beautiful and clean, room was one of the best with view to pool and outside of the hotel area.

Pool water should be a bit warmer, at least in the Jacuzzi area.

The apartment and facilities were very clean and the setting was brilliant. The plants and landscaping were magnificent. The pool was clean and well monitored. A.short taxi ride from playa del ingles. Big Supermarket across the motorway. We had a 2 bed apartment, and when our child didn't want to sleep on the fold out sofa bed, the housekeeping team set up another camp bed in the 2nd bedroom, on their own initiative. This was really appreciated. Huge balcony on the ground floor apartment. Washing machine and dryers on site for guests to use, free of charge with detergent free to use.

The mattresses were too firm for my husband and I. The children slept very well. Not much in the way of entertainment in the hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the pool area and the lush gardens. We were lucky enough to get one of the roof top terrace villas on the left hand side. Which meant for 8 nights we had incredible views of Maspalomas. There is a taxi rank literally outside, so don’t be put off by the location a little out of town, the views are worth it. Also a few bars and restaurants outside hotel. Hot spot areas such at the Yumbo centre and Lighthouse area cost 6 euros each way in a taxi. Also there is a newly built Aldi literally outside the complex. Entire complex was cleaned top to bottom each day and the gardens looked after very well. Underground parking available at 3 euro a day. All staff were polite and helpful. Never struggled to get a sun bed. Excellent value for money. We will come back here and recommend to friends and family.

Just a few points to make this stay even better but very minor suggestions would be - The pool was very cold to get into, even in 28 degrees boiling day it was freezing!! Potentially warm it up a bit? Especially in winter months. Bed a little hard but just our preference A few evenings there is entertainment but I feel like it’s not in the correct area as there is not really any seating to watch the live music, so perhaps the hotel should rethink where to hold live music.. Again these are not bad things just what I’d change as ideas.

Loved most things about this place. Absolutely beautiful area. Wonderful pool area, tropical feeling and great pools. Rooms spacious, clean and with comfortable beds and very good kitchen. Lovely terass. Very lovely staff all around, really top notch giving a very friendly atmosohere. Exceptional! Very good also with the large food store close by. Would definitely return!

The food quality in the restaurant is very shifting so I would not book half board next time. Breakfast quite limited and all dinner buffet (even deep fried food) seems to be prepared by opening. Its then kept in a luke warm environment, so doesnt taste good if arriving to buffet in the later seatings. Also it doesnt feel safe from a hygienic standpoint. Dinner in general feels more like school dining than fine dining, so even on good days not very exciting. Also be aware its very far to the beach and the shuttle bus time table is very limited compared to other hotels i have stayed in in Maspalomas.

Loved the apartment, we stayed in the 2 bed apartment, spacious for a family of 4 . Cleaner every day , it was nice to return to a really clean apartment after a day out in the sun. Pools were great , lovely temperature , fantastic pool side bar to get delicious food , drinks and ice-cream for the kids. Staff very friendly and professional 👌. Great bus service just across the road to bring you to the beautiful beach in maspalomas. Taxis are not too expensive either . Nice restaurants nearby also , great little cafe across the road . We had such a great stay and hope to return .

Large apartment, simple, but with all you need in view of eating out a lot etc. Nice terrasse. Big bathroom with big sink and bathtub. Good size fridge and a nice size freezer. Minigolf, tennis, beautiful pool areas, very classy in the layout. Plenty of sunbeds (but I was there in February, so perhaps one reason). Good internet connection (worked remotely the whole time I was there, no problems). Quiet but with easy access to grocery stores, some small restaurants etc. Nice and friendly atmosphere.

A bit dated. Bathtub a bit difficult to get in and out of. Far from the beach and on a steep hill which made walking a bit of a challenge at times.

We spent 8 night at Palm Oasis during Christmas. It is a great hotel, quiet, with a little oasis, palm trees, and pools. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious with a big terrace. The cleaners did a great job; they even came on Christmas day. The kitchen with all the basics, but we didn't use it as we ate out. The food at the restaurant was really good, there were options for everyone. Definitely, we will go again.

The sofa bed in the living room was too small to accommodate 2 adults for sleeping. It's OK for 2 children. The beds in the bedroom were twin beds, I would have preferred one big bed instead Next time I will book a 2 bedroom apartment. Parking at the hotel is not free. It was 8 euros per day, it was underground parking, and you needed good driving skills to maneuver around as it was tight. Maybe some more entertaining in the evening.

Very spacious apartments, very clean, very attentive staff, very helpful and efficient staff. Beautiful grounds and swimming pools, nice and warm. Amazing view from our apartment. Quiet in the evenings:)

Property was lovely, not much happening in the evenings, but it didn’t bother us. Beach quite far but again we had a car and it didn’t bother us at all.

This property is a fantastic choice for a quite stay. It’s situated in a quiet area, yet just a short drive from all major attractions, making it both peaceful and convenient. The beautiful gardens add to the charm. The pool is spacious and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make you feel at home. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available, which adds to the overall convenience. Highly recommended for a quite getaway and enjoyable stay!

Some minor downsides we noticed during our stay: traveling with a small child, there wasn't much for him to do on-site, but with a car, we easily explored nearby attractions. Our room’s balcony rails/concrete pots were a bit low, which caused slight anxiety about our little one possibly climbing over; however, the balcony doors had high locks at doors what he couldn’t reach, which helped. Also, the kitchen lacked oven trays, which would have been useful. Despite these small issues, we had a great time and look forward to returning!
