The grounds are immaculate with beautiful flowers and the external maintenance of the property is fantastic. It's never overcrowded and the staff are so friendly and happy all the time. The apartment has everything we needed and the beds are super comfortable too and the air conditioning was fantastic! Taxis to Playa de Ingles and Maspalomas were only €6-8 and there is a decent sized spar shop for groceries just 2minutes walk around the corner too!

Just one minor improvement would be some of the internal decor is looking a little tired, but that definitely is very minor as the facilities are amazing!

Atmosphere! While you are entering Club Vista Serena area you already can feel relaxed and energised! Lovely, colourful and alive! Most apartments for guests in Maspalomas are in white colour, but here every house is colourful, a lot of flowers and pool in the middle, it really made us feel great! Good food at pool bar.

The hotel is in "the bubble", if you are travelling without car, let's say it's a bit ungrateful location. We were a bit disappointed about included breakfast - even though food is very tasty, but you can chose only from ready meals/from menu, but portions aren't very big..

Enough sunbeds, nice staff, you could also eat diner, lunch and breakfast (kind of expensive for what you can choose from) there instead of going out. They made sure the bathrooms was cleaned. Cleaning ladies came everyday. When there was an issue it would be taken care of fast.

It looked bigger than it was. Really surprised when we entered, it was very outdated. But if you don’t care about that, it’s fine.

The place is really cosy. The apartment was ready for us to settle down after a busy day, it really felt like home. There is beautiful swimming pool and you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner right there. What I truly appreciated was the kindness and willingness of the receptionist (guy with glasses). He was 100% professional and really ready to help! On the top of it he reminded me a friend of mine whom worked with me on the reception as well! Thank you!

The room was really close to the restaurant, so it was quite busy in the evening. And the Wi-Fi didn’t work, but it wasn’t as big deal for us.

The venue was a hidden gem. The apartment was clean and inviting with a lovely outdoor space. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. The chill out reading area was a lovely touch too. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and super helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommended - will definitely go back 😃

The only issue I had was the tiled floor in the bathroom was quite slippery but it wasn’t a major issue

We wanted a week sitting by the pool and reading, and Club vista Serena suited us perfectly. The sunshine helped of course. The staff at the bar were really friendly, the breakfast outdoors by the pool was a delight and every day we looked forward to a smoothie, after a hard day reading and lying in the sun. The apartments are far from new, and the process of continual maintenance is evident, and generally on top of things. There is a SPAR just a few minutes walk around the corner, and whilst we didn't eat in, we could easily have done so. There are many restaurants a short car/taxi ride away, and the staff helpfully made recommendations. We arrived late (10.30pm) and tired, and the bar staff, just packing up, welcomed us and helped with our luggage. We hired a car, and always easily found parking in the street outside every day. On our return-home day, we drove through the central elevated and rocky part of the island, and this yielded wonderful views, and would recommend a hire car, if only for this reason. Important to note that the wind was quite strong some days, and yet due to this resort comprising many low-rise blocks, sitting by the pool, we just felt a gentle breeze.

We didn't see more than 20 residents on any day, despite the site having 50 apartments, and so hope that this place survives.

Bright, clean, friendly staff, nice pool and bar / restaurant, family-like atmosphere. Food in restaurant was super tasty! The pool bar was open whole day which was nice.

The neighborhood was not nice at all, totally nowhere to walk, so you need to take car / taxi / bus . Water in pools was super cold, at least kids pool could be warmed up. We took accomodation with breakfast included, but it didn't really have any added value, all items could be ordered from the menu and it was not any cheaper.

The pool, bed and pillows and location were amazing. Very clean and well maintained. I love the sofa area with the books - very calm and relaxing.

Communication wasn't the best at times. We tried to eat at the restaurant in the hotel but the opening times in the website were not the ones we were told once we got to the restaurant.

The hotel was amazing. The apartments were looking out on to the swimming pool in the middle of the hotel complex. The apartment itself was very nice and clean, had all the necessary things for a stay. There was also a bar next to the swimming pool. The hotel is in a very quiet neighbourhood, which is ideal if you want to stay in a calm place and relax.

Everything was exceptional. Athmosphere in the place and around the pool, good food at reasonable price, personel very friendly, cleaning all the time. Really exceptional for very good price. Enough parking place. Peacefull area of Maspalomas.
