THE VIEW was breathtaking, pool was amazing, private beach with hotel resident access via a lift! Close to bus stop and local amenities, gym looked small but was usable for basic workouts. The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

Beds could use a bit of updating, AC wasn’t super great, it was making the room hotter than the outside. Bare in mind this hotel is on top of a cliff so there are steps or a hill to climb.

I loved the staff, everyone's nice and prompt to help. The hotel and rooms are clean, the view is amazing. We had half board, not too many options like a resort but honestly it's enough!New options everyday and the food is tasty.The bar by the pool got such a lovely staff and the food is great!!!! we loved it! I want to mention the beautiful pool (different with black tiles) and the lift that drops you at the beach and you take it back to the hotel.Honestly never been to an Hotel with a lift that stops right at the beach, saves you from that hassle of coming back exhausted from a long beach day. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was comfy and had a nice view from the balcony . The cleaners did a great job of looking after the room. We only had breakfast in the mornings which was fine.

The beds could be more comfy, I found it difficult to get a proper nights sleep. The boardwalk to the swimming pool could do with a tidy up.

Location was really nice, beach is nearby, supermarket as well. Our stay was really nice, it’s good if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice, nice staff working at the bar and restaurant, always welcoming and smiling.

Sofa in our room was uncomfortable and seemed broken, it was room for 3 people but how to sleep on that sofa🤷‍♀️. We’ve asked at the reception about extra bed and later housekeeper brought it.

Balcony overlooking sea was amazing. A lift down to the sea from the property with a sea view was fantastic. Spar a short walk and very good restaurant facilities nearby like restaurant ole. The flat was roomy and two people were perfect for 9 days but for a shorter time a third person could sleep on sofa. Breakfast and swimming pool were excellent.

We didn’t have a stove in the junior suite - this maybe should have been mentioned. However we had a microwave, hairdryer (no iron) and a fantastic coffee maker!

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. It's just we were expecting one big terrace, like in the pictures, but we had three small balconies. The size of the room was excellent, we had a lot of space and a good thing that two of the bedrooms had a bathroom and one bathroom was for use of all (together three for six people)

We stayed during Christmas and hotel prepared lovely Christmas Eve. Pool was clean and heated - there are nice two jacuzzi beds in the pool. And just to clarify few things we read in previous comments: yes - in the morning there is shade on balcony but it doesnt't matter as there is sun from morning to evening on the pool deck and you can see lovely sunset from balcony; yes - the view from bedroom window overlooks corridor but you spend time in living room area that overlooks ocean; breakfast - is fantastic, you have vegetarian option as well as English breakfast, dinner is olso tasty beach - one of the best ones as it is wild sauna - is ok, really small and you have to book

Two things: It was three of us and unfortunately one person had to sleep on the couch which wasnt very comfortable (but it is described in the room that this is not a proper bed). Parking area is small and we parked one day just in front of the hotel on the white lines as we saw other people parking there before and when we woke up in the morning it turned out our car was taken out by police. We had to pay a fine 165 euro and go and collect our car from Puerto Rico.

The lift to the nice beach was great. The pool was also splendid. Plenty of sunbeds available, nice room and balcony and located in a generally rather nice and quite bay

No ballgames in the pool was not appropriated by our little one

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view and lift to the beach was a plus. The beach is very nice and not so crowded.

The restaurant was mehh, worked well for breakfast, but there are better options around with no restrictions in the timing. Also the facilities are a little worn out.

The three bedroom suite was massive and had two and half bathrooms.two balconies good size...location quite..if you wanted to go to a bit more lively place to eat and drink a cab was only 8 euro which we did most evenings

Thought the breakfast could be better. But ok Did not try the half board option so can not comment
