The staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They really made our stay special. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, with plenty of choices for different tastes. We appreciated the effort put into the meals. The atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming, and the communal areas felt inviting.

The rooms felt quite outdated and could use some renovations to match the rest of the hotel’s charm. While the rooms were clean and functional, a bit of modernization would make the experience even better. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I’d still recommend this hotel for its service and food. A big thank you to the amazing staff for their hospitality!

Never more trust bad comment we have fantastic time with our family and friends, stuffs was very kind and frendly ,view take a breath ,food was tasty even it not was much but what we try everyyhing was in good taste , we liked coctails so much , we was two times in Gran canaria before in 4* hotel and we can said that Riosol was better , room was cleaned every day , we get much towels every day , on TV we was can watch YouTube and netfliks so kids was very happy , even we liked much stairs its helped be in shape on holiday 😀 very confy beds

Its be good if be there more easy with babies because every Time take baby stroler with a lot of stairs are bit hard

Amazing and delicious food, staff really made a lot of effort to provide variety of all sort of foods. Including mini canapes for diner! Stunning views and close to 2 nearby beaches. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fun and entertainment in the evenings. The views! Wow! You will be trully amazed and probably have to get used to the space and lift is pretty much in the air.

Over the weekend hotel allow local people to use the pool which means there was no beds for us staying in the hotel and security was throwing our towels to allow others to use it which wasn't fair. There was some confusion with whats included in all inclusive food and apart from main meals which were really amazing! We didn't really know whats included in snack time in between. Sometimes stuff allowed to order food from separate bar, like fancy pizza and some days you wasn't allowed... Lastly only 1big and 1kids swimming pool is allowed for regular guests. There was stunning upper deck with fancy sun beds and sofa pools but you had to pay extra €18 per person per day...

Great swimming pool and room, it's not decorated to a high standard but can't complain for the money. 3min walk from Europa and 5min taxi from commercial and amadorus.

decore in the room is a bit dated and looks rushed, showers need a refit and no designated parking for hotel guest but I won't put me off coming back

The food was varied and always tasty. The staff were amazing, so helpful and polite. The hotel was always clean as was the pool. Great that we could store our luggage on the last day. Really appreciated the use of showers even after we had checked out.

I felt there could have been some air conditioning inside the hotel lots of stairs which I appreciate it simply down to location.

Second inclined Lift was not functioning for the duration of the Stay. The additonal charge for A/C was a little steep for the two rooms and not immediately visible when you are booking , should be explcitily stated. The Inflatable kids obstacle course additional Charge of 10e was a bit mean. But overall positive. Thank you

POOL - Outdoor heated pool was 100% a plus for us. Meant the water wasn't too cold, so kids were happy. Would rebook and return to this hotel for this reason. LOCATION - Fantastic location. Really handy for local shops, bars and restaurants, but far enough that its nice and quiet. Again, would return to the hotel for this reason.

ROOM - The room was a little dated and in need of a refurb. That said, we'd still return to this hotel, due to the positives of the pool and pool area and the location.

Beautiful hotel could do with the rooms touching up, but it's the 2nd time I've stayed here and would come back again A BIG THANKYOU to the staff, my little girl was poorly and let us have a late check out until our transfer arrived. They couldn't do enough for us !!! So welcoming from the minute we arrived to when we went Brilliant choice of food and brilliant for everyone's taste Entertainment is good different things during the day and night for both adults and children ( mine are 3 and 1 ) Highly recommend hotel

Great location spacious and relaxing reception area and great pool and sun terrace.

WiFi was poor and didn't know there was a better paid for version. Cutlery drawer dirty and cutlery provided was sparse not even a knife to cut bread??? Asked for dirty sheet to be changed and maid didn't return

The location was great, it was on the upper hill and within walking distance of a shopping centre which had restaurants and bars and a little playground for the kids. We also took a quick taxi journey a few times during our stay down into the main centre of Peurto Rico (it costs 5e in a taxi for 4 of us) this is where the beach was, more shopping and bars.

Sofa beds were very uncomfortable - if travelling again we would book an apartment with 2 rooms. We would definitely return
