The staff were helpful and friendly The breakfast was varied

The shower was over the bath with central position The glass partition was partly fixed and you were unable to get into the shower as the shower partition hit the tap There was no slip mat in the bath and was dangerous especially for people with limited mobility The air con had obviously been regulated and could not be altered and was at it most efficient in the middle of the night

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance into the old town and the Bull ring. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.staff were friendly.

There was tea in the room but no coffee. Asked at reception but they did not have any. For a four star hotel you would normally be able to access coffee. You had to wait at the bar for quite a long time .... It seemed the hotel was short of waiting staff.

this was such a lovely hotel & super affordable. we had such a comfortable stay & the view from our window was incredible. The pool area was really nice and relaxing. It’s also not too far from the centre of Murcia only about a 20 min walk & there are plenty of supermarkets & convenience stores beside the hotel. would definitely recommend.

the selection for breakfast wasn’t the best & the hot food was cold and wasn’t enjoyable.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was nice and kind.

Shower head in the room was not comfortable because water was not fully coming out but just dribbling. Also, reception was not picking up the phone time to time, so was not easy to reach them in case of urgency. Lastly, pool is not open until June.

Stayed one night only as we saw Simply Red at the Bull Ring, only €7 in a cab there, and many cabs available…good value for money, eggs and bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages & much more for breakfast . Beds v.comfy..staff helpful and friendly with good English..defo stay again

Spacious rooms, well-prized, friendly staff

Access cards for the room stopped working (this happened almost every day). The staff was more than willing to fix them again, but it was a bit of a hassle.

great location 1.4km walk to city centre. spotlessly clean. really lovely welcoming staff. dogs welcome. Good breakfast selection. great value bar menu for lunch/evening dining

balcony door would not close properly, shame no entertainment over the Christmas period

Friendly staff, good / quick reaction to faults raised. Facilities matched the boking.

Our first room had three problems with it one being the sink was blocked. Be up front and state you will be charged for parking.

pool and location were great, also had a kettle in the room.

Great or have a kettle, but not much with it. new shower heads, but they were too big, which reduced the water pressure too low. which also kept going hot and cold.

Seating area in the bar / reception not very inviting or comfortable. During our 2 night stay, two cars seen to have smashed windows whilst parked outside the hotel (pavement side) appeared to be subject of crime.
