Everything was wonderful. A fabulous room. With a seaview including from the bathroom. The reception has an amazing view of the sea and a lovely, relaxing, homely feel when entering. The breakfast and dining room also had a fabulous panoramic view. The terraces and bar areas were all kept well with chairs and tables prepared for use even though we were still out of summer season. The staff were very helpful starting with a lovely German lady when we arrived who gave us lots of Information of the local area and a very helpful and friendly man called Raoul who spoke very good English and Italian. We would definitely go again. It was a shame that we only had one night there.

The pictures are confusing. It looks like pictures of the room. But actualy it's just the lobby. A bit disapointing. It also must be annoying for the staff to have always the discusion about the room are not what you expect after seeing the pictures.

Fantastic location with a view across the bay of San Jose. The bedrooms with terraces are large, the terraces huge with modern sunbeds and chairs. Beds extra big and extremely comfy. Watching the sunrise from our terrace was a wonderful experience. Public spaces are full of light with beautiful views, and the hotel terraces lead to steps leading direct to a small beach with swimming and snorkeling right in front of the hotel. We were here at the start of November's with few tourists and temperatures still of 23 degrees. We were delighted to find this excellent value and lovely hotel.

The bathrooms could do with a refurb perhaps but the shower worked fine with lots of hot water and everything is spotless.

Nice hotel on the coast with a great view. Large private terrace, equally pleasant sitting area right in the hotel. Large bed, bathroom too. Good room. Friendly staff. Direct access to the beach, close to the center.

Quite poor breakfast, but otherwise everything was fine.

the views are stunning . breakfast was excellent . it has a nice bar /terrace but was closed . easy walking to the town . helpful staff . great location for doing hikes or walks in the Cabo de Gata area .

no tea or coffee making facilities in room and when asked they can't be provided . room 107 is on ground floor and very noisy as people pass or staff are cleaning (8 am in morning) . would return again but ask for room with balcony as they are behind the main block and would be quieter .

- This hotel has the best view and good access to the beach. The staff is amazing; they will do everything to make you feel at ease. The apartment is great to apart from some minor issues. I expected parking to be more challenging, but we found good spots near the hotel.

The airconditioning was not well programmed and stopped working at night. We could not let the door open for ventilation, so it was a bit unpleasant at night. The receptionist was very eager to help but wasn't able to. The building, although well maintained, showed it age. And ants could easily access it. Sometimes it was swelling with them. Fortunately, it did not cause a major inconvenience. However, we paid the hotel handsomely (double in high season) and this is why I think the above points should have been addressed.

It was beautiful! The decor, ambiance was very peaceful. The staff were very nice. The sea is crystal clear and almost like your private beach.

The bahtrooms could do with a renovation. The wifi was not strong enough from my room.

The location and view is truly nice, upgrading your room to have sea view and a large balcony is really worth it.

The breakfast is ok, dinner rather chaotic service with one server present. It gives the impression of a “full board” concept restaurant.

Beautiful little apartment style rooms with amazing view at the sea!!! Also the drinks at the bar were very good and the menu at the restaurant good for the rather low price (20,- EUR)

The furniture and bathrooms need some reforms/renovation over the coming years. They were still ok but not very good for this price class.

very close to the best beaches. also has its own beach which was very satisfy,ng for a quick swim. very beautiful view from the terrace. the room was very nice and the location is very good
