lunch had poorer choice than breakfast or dinner but sufficient enough, room was clean and presentable, there were few faults from installation point of view, fridge door not fitted properly, wall chippen.

although I have paid and suppose to have kids club, it was canceled soo I could not use this paid facility.

The luxury of it the swimming pool area the whole surroundings of this hotel and the location. The room is nice well equipped English channels on the tv considering it's a German resort. The food is amazing from breakfast and dinner meals are well prepared and expertly laid out the staff are so nice and helpful in the reception and the restaurant .would stay here again it's location is definitely a help 10-12 minutes from the airport.

Nothin to not like

The food in the restaurant, and the drinks at the bar were absolutly fine, the foodselection was huge, the whole building was clean and organized, the staff were nice and helpful.

The hotel doesnt have parking lot, you can park only on the street, but its not a huge deal. But to be honest, the only thing what i didnt like: the other guests... The hotel was full of uncivilized uncultural germans, who were very loud, they were walking on the corridor shouting and yelling half drunk, even at 3 am, every day... I have never seen germans so rude... So we couldnt rest much during our stay. It would be the hotels responsibility, to make the guests keep the houserules... or at least make the doors soundproof :/ I dont know how usual this is, we were there only for 5 days and it was a constant thing.

I really loved my stay at Groupotel Orient, the staff was lovely and the food delicious with a great variety. I absolutely loved my spacious room with the balcony and beautiful bathroom, quality air conditioning and very comfortable bed.

It was not that easy to find the gym in the other building at first, but we got there at the end! No other complaints I really had a lovely stay, and already recommended the hotel to friends who will visit in August.

The stay was great (10/10) but the chock for us was when we checked out, the receptionist said we could stay longer for the day and enjoy the pool, etc… they just needed the room key to prepare for the next guest 🤗 we didn’t stay because we had other plans but thought it was a great policy.

The pool closes by 6pm and some people like swimming in the night (when there are fewer people) so that was a bit unfortunate

The reception and restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating. Room a fair size and overall really clean. We stayed in a number of hotels across Mallorca and opted to stay here ahead of flying home due to location for the airport. Well situated for getting bus to Palma and beach is a short walk.

Ants in bathroom, on 5th floor but were coming in through gaps in tile next to balcony - forgot to mention at checkout, would have mentioned earlier if we were staying longer. Whilst there is a good choice at the buffet, some of the 'hot' food options were barely warm.

Staff, cleanliness, food was good and varied. Location great.

The noise of young people . I recommend a quiet floor to be offered. Beds are too hard. It’s like sleeping on the floor. The young adults were not around the pool at the expense of others. More signage and clamping down on anti social music/messing around by pool required. Accommodation floors should have quiet floors or signs to confirm no noice after midnight - and enforce it.

Good value for money hotel..well spoken staff..lot of vegetarian options for dinner..room was clean and any small issue was attended by staff quickly..

Room was quite small..spa was available in the next luxurious hotel (located 75 metres away)which was not convenient..

Room was clean, comfortable and had good air con. Great views. TV channels. Lovely staff. Food in restaurant, especially loved the sushi.

Groups of young people acting stupid around the pool and bar, no respect for other guests. Staff member dropped bread roll on floor and put it back out to be served. Not enough elevators for the amount of guests.

I want to thank the staff of the hotel who deserved these 10 out of 10 points. After all, they created an incredible atmosphere for us to relax. Extremely friendly, always ready to help, smiling. We are delighted! Of course, I want to highlight the chefs separately - the food is beyond praise. We had breakfast and dinners. The food was very tasty and varied. I understand why almost every review mentioned this. I was very pleased with the spa center of the hotel and the heated indoor pool. The only pity is that it is open until 6 pm. The area around the hotel is small but very green. The location is great. In the heart of the party, but quiet around. The rooms are spacious and clean. We will be happy to return again! Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Would have liked longer pool hours. Before 6 pm is too little. And probably leave more shampoo / shower gel. Everything else is wonderful!
