The hotel facilities are great, and the short distance from the beach (just a few mins walking) makes it even better. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had, with a good variety of food. And the staff is really friendly and professional.

The room was not soundproof. There were moments when guests were arriving after midnight and it seemed that they were right inside our room. The air conditioning temps were not very low and, sometimes, it seemed to be colder outside during the night. It's probably related to some regulations regarding the A/C temperature, which we found out later via Google. Also, I got a link to personalize my stay and requested flowers in the bedroom, but I didn't get them.

We stayed at the Paradiso Garden Hotel in October 2024, it was a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel with a modern style throughout. The outside provides excellent areas to relax and sip a cold or hot drink. Free use of the Spa is a big bonus and we loved relaxing there. The hotel is 200m from the beach in a quiet cul de sac. The 25 local bus takes 30mins to get into the beautiful city of Palma. A trip we did a couple of times. The food was excellent. The staff at the Paradiso Gardens are extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention must be made to Pilar in the dining room. A lovely lady who greets everyone with a smile to start their day. Cloe, the guest services manager, was also so helpful and friendly. She was a delight.

We loved the room its was very clean and had a pool outside the balcony which was a treat. The staff we incredible and made us feel special everyday. The hospitality was fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful from start to finish. The food & drinks were reasonably priced. The cleaning staff were great and cleaned our room when we were ready so we could feel relaxed. The breakfast was included in our room and didn’t finish until 1pm which we have never experienced in hotel before so we felt very relaxed. The breakfast was nice and lunch at the pool was nice too overlooking the main pool in the hotel. The facilities were amazing and clean. We thank you Paradiso Garden. We will 100% be back and we will recommend you to all of our clients.

Nothing we loved everything from start to finish.

- The entire staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful, everyone spoke English and even helped us improve our Spanish which was rather lacking, definitely the brightest spot of the hotel. - The rooms are cleaned every day and are very clean. - Superb breakfast, great quality and variety. They will even go out of their way to provide early breakfast if you need it. - It was really quiet and calm at night even though the entire neigbourhood is full of German alcohol tourists. Plus the bed and pillows were really comfortable so we had absolutely no problem sleeping. - We rented a car and there was plenty of free parking near the hotel.

- Our room was extremely small, nowhere to put your clothes or suitcases, not that comfortable for longer stays. - Huge queue for the pool every day, although the atmosphere and music are really nice if you manage to get a sunbed.

This hotel is an oasis in a busy area. It must have been recently renovated as it is maintained impeccably and is always super clean. It is decorated with great taste and lots of plants. Rooms are very spacious perfect for families and the common areas are lovely. The spa is super clean and lovely, we received excellent service from the ladies there. What stood out for us was the staff: from the manager who looks after each detail and ensures there is a pleasant and calm atmosphere, the very helpful people at reception and the very friendly and flexible ladies at the breakfast who were absolutely lovely with the kids. This hotel is incredibly well run.

I loved everything - the facilities are new and modern, practical and just nice. I had a room next to the staircase, which yes you can hear people/noise on occasion, but usually people take the elevator. Its not 'sound proof' but for my needs, this was all perfect. I was honestly a bit worried having accidentally landed in the German Ballerman scenery, but this hotel was quiet, despite having several groups of young people clearly there for fiesta. Regarding breakfast - it has enough vegetables, which is what I was personally after. There was cheese and meat, but no fish. The dinners - the best was the bbq they had one night, super super tasty. Other dinners were very nicely presented, but taste wise unfortunately a bit bland.

The location was good, but maybe not the best for a family. The area in front of the beach is more for young people who want to party. Bar, restaurants and discotheque. The hotel is located in a quiet area though. The triple room is nicely decorated, very big and very clean. Breakfast was good too. The staff was overall very friendly. Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay in your hotel and in Mallorca.

Suggestion, a bottle of water as a welcome gift would be appreciated. To park your car, sometimes you find spaces in the hotel street or on the main road, it was never an issue.

Amazing hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi, they will call one for you. Breakfast had a live omelette station, which was very nice. The food is also delicious. Facilities are really good, the pool is great, and I would recommend a visit to the spa. They provide free towels daily. Overall the hotel is very hygienic and the atmosphere is laidback and relaxing. The hotel is walking distance to the Beach. I would definitely visit again

Although there was a lot of variety at breakfast, I wish they labeled all the dishes for people with food allergies or if it's halal/kosher for people with different dietary preferences based on religion. While the towel are free, the hotel doesn't provide a vanity kit, so if you need ear plugs or forgot to pack a toothbrush, you will have to try you luck at the supermarket. I also wish that the pool was open later than 7pm, especially in the summer months when the sun is out longer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job every day. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the nearest city beach, and the sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. It’s also a cyclist's dream, with a dedicated storage room for bikes and three bike rental shops close by. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!
