The location of the hotel is amazing in a lively street. There are many brand boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafes on the street plus there are many nearby nice streets and the corniche is 10min walk. Plus its central you can reach many places by walking. We have upgraded our room to suite to get a terrace for street view. The room itself was nice with modern interior & we loved it. The hotel has a valley parking option which was great!! But you need to pay for it since the hotel is parking in the underground paid public parking they dont have thier own parking. The hotel staff was soo friendly and they provided with great tips whenever we ask plus they are always smiling and helpful.

I wished if there terrace was a full glass, you need to stand to see from the terrace window.

Location : You cannot get more central - fantastic. Main (posh) shopping/eating street 30 seconds away. Roof terrace: Superb view of cathedral and Palma rooftops. Breakfast onn the roof terrace every morning (food v good happy to provide my wife endless "oat flat whites" )Thursday's rooftop saxofonist drinks/food all excellent - what a lovely place to be. Fit out - Room felt luxurious , well designed , many nice touches. Service - Polite and quick on every ask. Day one, as we left the hotel there was a heavy downpour , so we halted briefly for a few seconds, deciding what to do ... in that time a staff member appeared with an umbrella..that is good service ! Our main waitress Ale came in early on our final morning to facilitate an early breakfast - 7.30 (breakfast is normally 8-11). She was a joy.

The mini bar could have been colder. Thats it.

The hotel is a relatively small yet very charming establishment. The staff were very courteous and took every means to make the stay really comfortable. It was amazing that while checking in, they noticed my date of birth on my passport...it was on the day that we were checking in. So they surprised us with a fruit platter and celebratory birthday song. The amenities in the hotel are exceptional and the location is really great...very easily accessible to restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were always available to make recommendations to tourist destinations as well as plan out an itinerary for us.

This small gem of a hotel is fabulous. From the staff to the rooms and facilities, it's perfect in every way. It is ideally placed in the centre of town, yet quiet at night. The top terrace is a must, especially when there is music and a beautiful sunset. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and well designed, and the public spaces beautifully decorated. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and always eager to advise or help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return some time soon.

There needs to be a master switch by the bed so that when you go to bed you can switch off all the lights in one go.

Staff was incredible. Super friendly and polite. Kudos to them making the check in and our stay comfortable. Nice touches in the room with hand written welcome note and a complimentary bottle of wine.

Unfortunately the only bad thing to say was that 2 twin beds was pushed together to make a double. Was not comfortable, maybe a double mattress topper could be considered to keep the two beds together?

The staff are extremely friendly, hand-writing messages of greeting, producing a complimentary birthday cake, and leaving high quality chocolates on our pillows. The valet parking service is also nice and the price is competitive versus leaving the car overnight in the city's underground car parks. Rooms are small but immaculate.

Palma is overall an expensive city, and the hotel is no exception. The rooms are narrow because the building is narrow. One small irritation was the quality of the bed, understandable in an extra bed for a child but not the main bed for the adults.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, even after 10:00 PM. Stalin, who was on duty at night, helped us a lot with a smile all the time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book. The restaurant food is a must-try. We tried several dishes and all of them tasted very nice and were exceptional compared to the prices at other nearby restaurants.

Personel very friendly and helpfull. They tryied to please any wish, deferent but no fake warmth. you feel as if they were your personal butler. my girlfriend got a personalized gift and I, as it was my birthday (i did not mentioned it during booking) got a little birthday cake (they probably checked birth date on the booking doc). I really and honestly recommend the place.

nothing of relevance. But if I really want to find something to write I can mention the lack of a box of paper tissues in the room.....and that's really it.

this is an exceptional hotel, we stayed in the princess suite which had a small ‘balcony’ facing the Main Street. the bed was huge and really comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked with small extras eg dental kit, a local perfume etc. There were a lot of small touches that really elevated our stay. we arrived quite late and were welcomed with a home made ice tea and although the rooftop bar was technically closed the 24 hour staff accommodated us by re opening and serving us beers and cocktails. we also paid a small extra fee to check out of our room at 6pm instead of 12 which was invaluable to us as our flight wasn’t until 11.30pm. Nice hotels in Palma are not cheap and neither is this one but I feel we really got what we paid for and more. The staff were amazing, arranged airport transfers for us last minute, were incredibly friendly and personable the whole time. We couldn’t recommend the hotel more. The location is also excellent, no more than ten minute walk to pretty much everywhere you’d like to go in Palma

The soundproofing between rooms could be better but it wouldn’t put us off staying again.

The personal attention was very nice. All of the staff was very nice and even if you would travel alone you would not feel lonely here. The small conversations and small talk was very heart warming.

The taxi was not able to drive up to the front door so make sure you are on time to send the flight details to the front desk to arrange a taxi from the airport. The staff will be happy to escort or help you.
