Location was excellent, right in the centre and very close to all the main sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area too. The hotel itself was lovely, very nicely furbished and proves you really do get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were big and the beds were comfortable. Staff were generally kind and helpful, and the restaurant served really delicious food, especially from the breakfast menu. All in all, we would stay here again, thank you!

The lack of plug sockets in the room (or proximity to the bedside tables specifically) was slightly annoying, we also had a problem with our air conditioning which wasn't resolved after telling reception - from looking at older reviews for this same type of room, it seems like the air con in this room has been an issue for a few years now. The room got very stuffy every night, and opening the balcony door wasn't an option as the street outside was noisy at night (this noise couldn't be heard with the door shut). Soundproofing was also questionable, we could hear the elephants walking around upstairs and furniture being dragged across the floor.

Exceptional location on the prettiest square, perfectly positioned for exploring other parts of town. Stylish from top to bottom, elegant but not too old-fashioned, nicely furnished and very clean. Very pleasant staff – front of house, waiters, cleaning staff, all of them, but special mention to Tom, David and Deia. Delicious food. They also have a nice policy of keeping the best seats on the terrace for hotel guests.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Cappucino Hotel in Palma and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect. One of the best things which we looked forward to every morning was the breakfasts which are AMAZING. The best we have ever had in any other hotel. The service and and staff are wonderful and really helpful. We can highly recommend The Cappucino.

We had a bath in the room with a shower over the bath but no separate shower which may be an issue for an older person. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was great. Although a lively area, the double glazing shut out the street noise in our room. The aircon was the perfect temperature and the reception staff were lovely. The decor feels stylish and contemporary and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

We didn’t opt for breakfast as 70€ for both of us to eat there seemed a little excessive. We also received a charge on our tab for a €185 meal that wasn’t ours but had been charged to our room. Neither one of our signatures was on the bill, in fact no one had signed for it, so someone had made a mistake somewhere. Also, the music around the pool was a bit intrusive after a while, but loved the complementary towels and waters. It would have been great to have had more teabags and maybe milk in the room but fresh milk was brought up as soon as we asked for it.

I have been lucky to travel the world for many years there are now t many hotels staff locations that Have that magic touch Hotel Cappuccino and location does . The genuine friendliness of staff the atmosphere created I would return in a heartbeat The square the hotel is on is full of life it’s full Of interest and you really can watch the world go Past . Food and cocktails excellent the truffle fries to die for . Thank you for a true escape and giving us an experience we will NEVER forget BUT we will be back Soon 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

A beautifully decorated hotel in a central location, facing onto one of the main squares. Sitting at their outside tables and watching the life of the square was a pleasure. Our room was stylishly furnished, simple but elegant with high quality finishes and a view over an adjacent small square. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. The evening restaurant menu, although also excellent, was limited to bar food style options (which actually suited us on the evening we eat in).

Excellent location. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Room was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. Staff weee friendly and attentive

The room we were in had two large flags on the balcony and it was very windy one night and the whole night they were banging and clattering which was not conducive to a good nights sleep. We mentioned this when checking out but the member of staff showed no interest. Wasn’t overly impressed as this was one of their most expensive suites.

Wonderful and friendly service at the reception. We were introduced to all facilities at the hotel. We had the hotel´s spa privately just for us for 1,5 hours. Nice small sun terrace at the top. The room was very clean and spacious. The shampoos and shower gels are luxurious. Drinking water and coffee included in the price. The hotel is located in the heart of everything within in walking distance to main attractions. We have stayed in many 5 stars hotels, but the service here exceled all of them.

An incredibly pleasant place to stay that justifies the price you pay. We loved the curated individual breakfast service instead of the abundance of a buffet. Putting on a good hotel changes everything when you dive into visiting a city.

There is no particular in-house restaurant - except for the classic Cappuccino menu card which is of course available here. But wouldn't this extraordinary place merit a special opportunity to dine, too?

We really liked the location, the decor of our room and the hotel as well as the friendly and helpful approach of the staff. Tom on reception deserves special mention for making us welcome on our arrival from the ferry at 5.00 am! He made a special effort to ensure that we were as comfortable as possible whilst we waited for our room to be available.

The shower over the bath was not ideal with the risk of flooding the bathroom ever present. It came as a shock after having separate showers in the previous two hotels in Madrid and Barcelona. The bathroom was plenty big enough to accommodate a separate shower. Housekeeping was a bit haphazard in cleaning/making up the room with no meaningful evening turn down service.
