Breakfast and dinner were great, good taste and selection. Apartments are very clean and comfortable, cleaning service makes very good job. Design of the hotel is very nice. The bus stop is very close, 2 minutes, beach is also max. 5 minutes walk.

We had to have breakfast early due to an excursion, and also on the day of leave. Once it was not possible at all, on the day of leave it was possible, but not very good experience, we had very limited things to choose. (7:30!, so not extremely early). The place is advertised as "beachfront", which is partly true, you have to walk 1-2 streets down to the beach. (I regret that I have not chosen a sea view room, it would have add to the experience, but it is of course not the fault of the hotel, just a recommendation to others.)

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Even prior to our stay they answered questions for us very promptly. As requested, they put a cot in our room for our toddler but also put in a baby bath for us which was a lovely suprise and very useful. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of variety. The location was very convenient. Close to beach and a small playground as well as a convenience store opposite. Swimming pool was lovely with a section cornered off for little ones

We went half board. 2/3 nights were good but the other, it would have been nice to have more traditional food options.

Excellent reception welcome from Toni- thank you Toni ! Friendly, courteous staff during breakfast. Excellent choice and variety for breakfast. The freshly baked breads and churros were yumners!! Storage facilities for bikes was excellent!

Overlooking roofs wasnt great in the studio room. The kitchen was bare. It woukd be useful just to have basic like salt/pepper- tea/ coffee. I was hoping exoexting a coffee nachine lije a nespresso or similar but had none:( I was also expecting toiletries fir tge entire stay but was only available for day 1. Blankets only had 1 sheet between so felt a bit conscious of how hygiene thdy were.

Location was fantastic. Shop literally across the road. Bus stop to Palma or Airport and the strip full of shops and restaurants just around the corner. Beach minutes away. Also, the accommodation was unbelievably clean and the choices at the buffet breakfast were fantastic, even accommodating for gluten/dairy free diets.

Our room was advertised as a large sea view apartment with the large balcony with the blue sun loungers. We got a room with a very small balcony with just a table and chairs

Breakfast choices were quite good. The bar by the pool is also nice. On the last day the receptionist offered us a late check-out because the hotel was not full and they didn't need our room, so instead of keeping our bags in the storage we could just stay in the room until it was time to go to the airport. The hotel is near the beach (a couple of hundred meters) so it was very easy to go there with our kid.

Wish we were on higher floors as the view must be amazing from higher up. We could also see the sea, but not very well.

Nice hotel in a good location, exactly what you want from a beach holiday. Staff were friendly, and were able to answer any questions, plus gave information on what was available in the town when we arrived. Everything in the room functioned as expected. We asked for a quiet room and this is exactly what we got, and with a view of the sea which was lovely. The rooms were a good size, with a corner to keep the suitcases out of the way which is always handy.

Bearing in mind this is 3-star so we're not exactly expecting the Ritz, but small things that can be improved are: There were a few stray hairs around when we arrived and lots of cobwebs around the air conditioning, so a better deep clean is required between guests. However the room was well kept on a day-by-day basis while we were there. The kitchen isn't really set up very well for anything other than the simplest food prep. No shade on the balcony. Not a proper double bed. Design of the shower meant that water went all over the floor when it was used.

The staff were so helpful, and friendly the place is so clean and in a great location,. The room was very comfortable ,.Great choice of good food for breakfast and dinner,. Pool and area was very clean,

Hotel had just opened Friday so things were still getting back in the swing. It meant that there were very few guests there which was ideal but breakfast options limited - as the week went on and more people checked in the options grew, which is to be expected. The staff are lovely, very accommodating. Only a short walk to the beach and there is a Spar opposite. The bars and restaurants around were opening up too.

WiFi is not great here. In the room zero, in the common areas/ pool you can log on but super slow. No pool towels are provided so bring your own. Pool was full of bugs on the first 2 days - assume this is not normal as the hotel had just opened and half way through they cleaned it all!!

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were also very courteous. The room was quite spacious with large balcony, sitting area, kitchenette.

I had to work and found the wifi to be rather slow since I was connected to VPN and had to do video conference calls. I also tried to do on-demand exercise class and it kept freezing up. Internet speed is fine for regular browsing but slow if streaming/VPN. I also paid for oceanview room but my view was obstructed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful / modern Aparthotel complex / perfect location in Paguera / Good breakfast.

Internet could be better and be improved specifically in the higher floor
