The rooms are clean and the apartments are spacious. There are plenty of sunbeds and pool areas. A strict 'no reserving sunbeds' policy was in place during our stay, meaning there was no need to get up at silly o'clock to put towels out. Food was good with plenty to choose from. The entertainment team were fantastic, they spoke many languages and were always working hard to entertain the children.

Some of the pool areas are too shaded from the trees, great for kids, but frustrating for those looking for some sun on holiday. At meal times you can help yourself to soft drinks and water, but alcohol is only served by the staff which can be a long wait during busy periods.

-Food, -Location, -Rooms(kinda old, but good), -Staff is nice and polite,

-Lack of electric plugs, -Pool temperature was cold, -After breakfast/lunch/dinner rushing to tidy up (The restaurant is open until 10:30 for the breakfast, 14:30 for lunch, 21:30 for dinner, but they start tidying up 20 minutes before closing.), -Even if you are all inclusive you have to pay for several things (popcorn and food at pool bar, bottled drinks, iced coffee, towels for pool, safe in the room, only cheap alcohol drinks are free.)

Abselouty fantastic service from everyone. From the receptionist to the servers and cleaning crew. The food was very varied, and of great quality. We stayed at the apartments on the other side of the road, and it was quite nice with a smaller crowd around the pool. The hotel is a great place for families with kids, but also for friends or family without! Although just a warning: don't expect the apartment pool to be kid free. Also, there is a bus stop 2 min from the apartments where you can take the bus to Palma or Andratx, hop on there instead of on the main street where everyone else is.

The location is a small walk from the beach, and a bit of slope which can be tough with small kids in the heat.

Never had difficulty finding sun beds even though we would go to the pool late morning or afternoon. Loads to do and all listed when you scan the QR code. Really close to a nice beach. Excellent kids club, pool, playground, disco. Really enjoyed the entertainment. Delicious food. Really friendly staff who always go above and beyond.

There were a few games that needed to be fixed. Blackout curtains didn't stop light completely.

This hotel is on a great size plot with two main pool areas , pool bars and surrounding gardens. The food is excellent and there is a large terrace for dining. The hotel and grounds are always very clean. The staff are most helpful.

The only disappointment this year (I've been twice this year and this is my 8th visit in the last 5 years) is that the children's entertainment got moved from the large stage outside to the indoor stage. This meant that there was nowhere for adults to have a peaceful drink until it finished. I've no idea why as the weather was good.

The resort is huge, the pools are great, the facilities are so diverse, the fact that it is a mere 10 minutes walk away from the beach, the buses, we loved the quiet place we were staying at (the apartments). The mini club is so great for small children!

The meal schedule was absolutly not in sync with younger customers. All meals start too late and we didn't understand why there was a half-hour gap between the snack and brunch options for the all inclusive clientel and the meal time. We hated that the beds were only two single beds close to one another without the possibility of making them a one and only bed.

super friendly staff and and entertainment team great shows and entertainment options Great buffet and delicious food it takes 7 to 8 minutes to reach the beach, so we could go there whenever we wanted to my understanding, the hotel has three main areas, and each area has one or two pools (some smaller than others). There are plenty of places to sit and relax. Each area has its own bar, but when we were there, two of them were closed, and only the main bar was open. Only the main bar offers all-inclusive drinks, so if you are using the other pools, you have to walk to the main location to get a drink. Our studio was located in the apartment complex of the hotel, which we had to reach by going out of the hotel, crossing a street, and taking a lift. A tip: try not to get the studio rooms on the ground floor. You technically have to climb some stairs down to get to your room. And the view is mostly of the lift.

The main thing we didn't like was the location of our room. We had to cross a sreet to reach it. We enjoyed relaxing next to the pool near our room, but it took about 10 minutes each time we wanted to fetch a drink. There were no bottles of water in the mini bar or in our room. Every time we felt thirsty, we had to go to the main building because bottled water was not part of the all-inclusive deal. This was a bit inconvenient if you felt thirsty a bit later at night. you have to pay extra to use the safe some of the descriptions of the rooms don't match what yoh will really have, like a bidet or a safe. ( we had to pay to be able to use the safe, this should have been mentioned)

Everything! I absolutely loved being here. I went alone with my son (who's nearly 2) and just had the best time. The hotel is lovely, the swimming pools are brilliant for adults and the kids bit was lovely (though cold in April!) and the entertainment and activities for kids were great. My room (kitchinette, living room and then the bathroom and bedroom) was ideal and they actually upgraded me too, because they gave me a room that was only reachable by steps and I had the pram for my son. I got a taxi from the airport (50euros), but then got the bus back, though it took 1.5 hours. I rented a car and that made it much easier to get around the island and you can rent it from the hotel, really easily. Honestly, highly recommend, we had such a lovely time and all the staff were so helpful and amenable!

Nothing!

Travelled with husband and young child. Had a small apartment with view overlooking the pool area. Everything we needed was available. Everything was clean and as expected. Lovely big balcony accessible from bedroom and living room. On top of the wardrobe there was room for storing the suitcases, which I always find lacking in hotel rooms. Cot set up upon arrival. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Please note we were there in the low-season/off season. Always available sunbeds. Pools not too crowded. pool towels available at reception. Very close to the beach. beach very kid-friendly. Paguera in the off season is lovely to visit. tourist shops and ice cream along the main street. easy access to grocery stores.

Family resort catering to families with young children, however lunch is served 13-14:30 (all-inclusive), right during nap time. We had to take turns to go to lunch and had to plan additional food for child. This really wouldn't be an issue if the "snack" in the morning/afternoon was better quality. The food was not bad, but was "typical buffet" at every meal there was however one main item that was great though :) Hand sanitizers at every station at the buffet were empty all week long. If the kiddy-pools were more crowded in the peak season, not sure I would feel comfortable there with small kids. But perhaps you can then use the pool in the kid/day-care area.

The hotel service and staff are impeccable. Everything is as it should be 👍

Negative thing ..room 136, the mattress by the entrance door is the worst one I've ever slept on, because in the mornings my back hurt so much that I had to go to a masseur after my vacation to get rid of the pain. :( Secondly, I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but on the last day before the evacuation, we got poisoned in the stomach with our child :(
