Hi, I was in D section (apartments are spread out in large area) , so quiet and cozy. Big pluss is restaurant- food like in good 5 stars hotel:-) Nice and friendly stuff. Nice area around. Hotel super for families with small children, but also ok for couples. In general I am very satisfied- good place to spend holidays.

Studio with stinky bathroom - seems like some problems with shower drainage/vantilation. In general studio in 3 star finish, not 4. Would be nice to have better soap/shower gel supply- it was almost impossible to use it + shall be balsam (as standard in 4 stars hotels), but no problem as shop is close to hotel so we bought everything. A bit noisy aircondition.....so that was on - ,but nothing special to make big haloo :-)......

The accommodation is located on a vast area with a very beautiful interior environment (numerous apartment houses). There are several well-maintained green courtyards with pools. The staff is very helpful and friendly; they assisted us with everything, and the cleaning staff was also very accommodating. We had half board, with a buffet breakfast and dinner. The selection was wide, and the dinner options changed daily, with a thematic touch. Although drinks at dinner require an extra charge, the waiters were very kind, and when we didn't feel like having soft drinks, they served us tapwater for free. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. As far as we observed, there were regular children's programs, although we spent most of our time at the beach, but we had no complaints about the pool either. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the amenities were good.

The pillows were small and too soft, so I had to fold them quite a bit to create a headrest that was comfortable for me. On the first day, both toilets were dripping, but as soon as we reported it to the reception, the repairman fixed it the same day, so it only bothered us for one night. The shower adjustment knobs were a bit difficult to operate, and it wasn't easy to set the water temperature correctly. The sink was slightly clogged, but there wasn't a severe blockage. These are minor inconveniences, but despite them, the room was still quite enjoyable. At night, the guests above us were rather noisy and returned after 11 PM, starting to party, which we weren't too happy about, but there wasn't much we could do (it was just within the threshold where I wouldn't file a complaint).

The hotel was amazing, cosy, comfortable, full with kids activities and nice evening shows. The apartment was big enough, modern and well-equipped. The food selection was great and tasty. You have also a supermarket just in front of the hotel. The beach is quite close and it is also amazing. The staff were super kind. We always found space around the pools as well. There are also some playgrounds in the area which are great fun on the way to the room and back from breakfast and dinner. Even in rainy days you can get into the indoor playground which is also amazing with some fun activities. You can also rent fantastic bikes (even with child seats) at the hotel for fair prices. Also there is Wattzer e-rollers at the hotel to rent. The hotel is at a quite place, but with a nice beach walk you can get to the city center or catch a horse-drawn cart. The only thing I regret was ending the vacation. :)

Very large resort with lots to do, much bigger than I was expecting! The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfy. All staff were absolutely fantastic, the kids clubs and mini discos were superb. Perfect for young kids.

Rooms need a bit of updating for a 4 star Hotel. The floors in the rooms weren't great, the instant they were slightly wet they were super slippy so we wore shoes most of the time. If you weren't all inclusive the prices were extortionate, over €5 for a glass of coke! It was also bugs galore, I appreciate bugs can't be helped but I've never known anything like it. Our room was covered in flies when first arrived (which staff did sort out when told), but the swimming pools were also covered in dead bugs. My 4 year old refused to go into some of the pools for the amount of dead bugs floating around. Not sure how cleaning of the pools worked but they never seemed to disappear.

The apartment we stayed in was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchenette was equipped, and the AC was doing its job. The resort itself was really nice, including the staff as well. The outside showers that we used after our checkout were very clean and nice. Also, the location is great. The beach is a short walk away, less than 10 minutes having enough sunbeds and free space to put a towel down. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, and stores nearby.

Spacious grounds, spacious rooms. Many pool options, kitchen met our needs, friendly staff, close by to beach and other amenities. We went end of April, so I guess it was the low season and rather quiet, but i can imagine how it could get very lively (or noisy) when it becomes very busy.

Sound insulation not the best, even though we were in the 'serenity area' - could hear people shouting in the middle of the night on the streets. The soap provided in the shower was impossible to use; hair dryer not the best also - best to bring your own.

Staff very friendly Very helpful especially the gentleman didn't get his name unfortunately helped me so much with my flight check in for returning home and printed out the boarding pass I'd have been lost without him he had a great sense of humour also very cheerful

WiFi in block D not the best signal came and went The position of the air conditioning vent in the bedroom not in a good locatuon as I couldn't feel the benefit of the coolness even on high not cool enough for me I definitely wouldn't have managed if I'd been there july/AUGUST

Actually everything was great. Location, weather, hotel surroundings, cleaness, especially good food, pools, parking, children activities.

Drinks are too expencive. 5.5 euro for a glass of cola is way too much. Especially when all drinks are 70% ice cubes... And one more suggestion - do not allow kids to take food or ice cream by themselves, because afer 5 minutes it becomes uneatable mess.

Loved the location of this hotel and the breakfast was amazing. You could have continental, freshly made omelette, churros, pancakes or a wide range of cooked breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and there were loads of pools to choose from. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and bars and restaurants. It's also only a minute walk along the beach to the main town.

There was a slighty drain smell in our bathroom come the end of the week and the walls are pretty thin so the room could be quite noisy, particularly when you're trying to get an early night - this was only a problem on the last night when we had to get our flight early morning.

We loved everything. The staff were so accommodating even before we arrived (special requests were no problem). The room was lovely, clean and plenty big enough for the four of us. The pools and entertainment staff were brilliant and the food was excellent - choices fit for everyone. My daughter became unwell on the last night and the staff were so helpful - they helped us get a Dr and also arranged late check out. Location was fab, you could easily walk to all local beaches, shops and several attractions. We also hired a car and exploited further afield. Can't wait to come back

Nothing. My only teeny gripe would be that sometimes the food could have been slightly warmer.
