From the very beginning of the booking everything was just like it should be. We had some questions that were answered to us immediately through booking messeges. The room was perfectly clean and neat with everyday housekeeping. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing and everyday something different. In the price was also included the gym and spa area. Everything you need from supermarkets to coffeshops is nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel, it was amazing 😁😁😁😇😇😇🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰

This is an amazing place with the most lovely staff which we have ever met. The room is very large, extremely clean with very good air conditioning system. The food is also excellent and very delicious. The location is perfect, 3 minutes to the bus stop and 7 minutes to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation, you will not be disappointed. Gracias!

This is wonderful hotel! We had a 5 day holiday there and we enjoyed it very much! Everything is very clean, great pool area, with jacuzzi, there were always free sunbeds for us and beach was about 10min walk. Alcudia beach is beautiful with white sand but very crowded, so the poolside was great to relax by! Never seen such a dedicated serving staff!Thanks again to them for being so caring, helpful and made our vacation great 🙏 We had half pansion and food was excellent! Meals changed every time, always had a choice of different fish and meat dishes + salads, fruits, ice creams, nothing was missing! Would recommend this hotel to everyone and would be happy to come back 😍

The hotel is conveniently located - in a calm area with restaurants and the beach within a short walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff super friendly.

We had one of the two rooms on the ground floor. Great access to the pool but you could here everything that went on in the bar and table movements in the early morning. The doors to the bedroom and bathroom were only sliding doors that do not fully shut. When being in the living area, you could literally hear everything that went on in the hallway. Luckily we did not need the sleep function of the couch as the room was not that spacious.

Single beds were really narrow and sheets not wide enough to tuck in sides which was annoying.when you wake up you think you had been in a hurricane. But bed comfortable but very creaky every time you move.take note all you passionate types. Also they need to put hotel signage on side of the hotel as it was easy to miss depending on what direction you came.

Fantastic stay. Brilliant location, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and huge. Gym was a great addition. There were always sun beds avalible, pool bar was great and the pool itself self was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great hotel, renovated, excellent service. Clean rooms, clean restaurant, corridors. Willing and polite staff. Great restaurant. Excellent breakfast, great dinner. The hotel has a lift to the 1st floor. Barrier-free. Silent. No noise from children and ill-mannered guests. My shower broke during my stay - it was ready that day. After the previous guests, the toilet was clogged - it was ready immediately. I travel often - but I haven't had such great service for a long time, while I know that in Mallorca it is very bad with hotel service. Congratulations! Very good management and employees.

The internet appeared. Weak, poor quality connection. It would be advisable to redo it - completely. Tax fees - could already be included in the price when ordering. The amount increases unnecessarily.

Very clean, perfect for couples wanting abit of relaxing time & location was perfect to shops and bars.

Food was lovely but did get abit repetitive but that’s just personal and next time would probably go self catering just so we could eat out. But that does not affect the hotel it’s self we would go back!

I just loved this hotel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We really felt good during our stay. Room: The room was perfect. The airconditioning is something we really appreciated during these hot summer days. They came and cleaned the room every day. Facilities: The swimming pool was warm. There is also a gym, welness and indoor pool. Food: There is always something good in the buffet. We really loved de variety of food that was served. Drinks: The drinks are pretty cheap and the best we had during our stay on this island.

The staff was amazing, always trying to give you more than you expect. Everyone from cleaning ladies to reception and bar staff was great. The rooms were spacious. The rooms were cleaned every day, fast and tidy. Once I forgot to close the safe - nothing was stolen, so I can also add security here. The beach is great in this part.

Probably only one little drawback is the noise when the cleaning ladies start their duties (around 8 am I think) - if they are cleaning the room above yours you can hear that, as they move the furniture. Some bits of the furniture could be renewed. But that's if I need to pick on something. The hotel is a little bit far from the port where the majority of restaurants are, but we knew about it and the beach is much better in this location (near the port it's a bit shallow as we read). So once again, everything was amazing in general.
