Everything spectacular. The hotel just opened but for sure I will be an affectionate guest. Fabulous room with an outstanding view. The bathroom is an experience...to have a rain effect shower with a view on the seaside is something that makes the day.

Modern, boutique hotel. Exceptionally clean. Calm, quiet and relaxing. All staff were professional and friendly. Sun beds outside every room and plenty around the pool. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks. 10 minute walk to the marina where there are a selection of restaurants, small shops and a supermarket. Busier towns 10 mins away in a taxi. Mini bar in room. In dearest suites these are refilled daily. In other suites you have to pay. Complimentary cava given as a surprise for my birthday- a lovely touch.

For the price of the room I would have expected complimentary tea, milk and water in the room. other than that I cannot fault anything.

The hotel is in a quiet location, peaceful and sophisticated. Location of restaurant was delightful, with tables both under cover and outside. Limited but good quality buffet which was fresh and changed daily. Coffee excellent and plentiful. The cooked breakfast was very good and adapted to your specific requests. The pool is excellent and large enough for a swim. The pool side furniture is very comfortable. The private balconies are very well equipped and although on the ground floor there is not much in the way of privacy it is very useful to have your own outside space. Small but well equipped gym overlooking the pool and very useful yoga mats and blocks. Although there is no eveing meal available at the hotel, there are over a dozen different types of eating places within a few minutes stroll. We enjoyed the walk to the marina each evening and selecting the style of food for our dinner.

Only slight drawback was if the restaurant was busy at breakfast the service could be a little slow. On more than once occassion we had to repeat our breakfast order and chase up the coffee. There is a distinct lack of furniture in the bedrooms. At no point was I able to fully unpack my suitcase as there was nowhere for the storage of clothes. Hanging space is provided but drawers or shelves are required.

Feel the breakfast could be a little more luxurious and choices as the hotel is so fantastic that it just feels a bit if a let down … not much choice of fruit and meats leftover if you don’t get to breakfast before 9am … also upon checkout the reception staff hand you a card and advise you that if you rebook you can email in and get a discount … don’t be fooled no discounts are given !!! Advised that the price you pay is what is already discounted on the website so as a valued and repeat guest you don’t really have any further incentive to return … that said it wouldn’t stop me booking again

The hotel was beautiful and peaceful, fantastic for a quiet relaxing holiday. The view from our room was exceptional, gorgeous pool then followed by the sea and the marina! Great breakfast, always greeted by a hard working, smiley gentleman, not sure of his name but always made a great impression (tall with beard) and had some lovely cocktails by the pool! There is also a small gym you can use whilst looking out over the sea! Everything is just as shown in the hotel's photos. Can't wait to go back!

Unfortunately, there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel in the evening (i think after 6pm). But the hotel is a 5 mins walk from the marina that has lots of food and drink places.

Lots! Such a fine sense of quality and peace. The best sound proofing ever experienced in a high-end hotel. Spotlessly clean, high-quality materials everywhere, wonderful staff, the best sunbeds ever, marvellous breakfasts. Fruit! A top draw place - to revisit.

Not a fan of the big bathroom window - too public. Also, given the bathroom size (and the price point of the hotel), why not a bidet, tissues, a bathroom stool? Insufficient storage for a longer stay than ours. Silly bedside modules that look good but are a wasted storage opportunity. The designer may have pitched to a younger market, but Lanzo tends towards older folk? None of this would stop us coming again though.

location. very spacious new suites and friendly staff. very attentive and helpful. always going an extra mile. the chef was lovely and recommended a very nice restaurant -All Natural- which we wish we had known earlier ! walking distance to the shops literally 3 minutes

house keeping was late. despite asking for early housekeeping so that the room is tidy after breakfast and morning walk; if never was and at times waited three hours to have it cleaned ! I understand the need to prep rooms for check ins but equally those staying need to have a neat environment.!

would have been perfect with drinks served in the evenings. maybe a small bar area in reception or honesty bar or even alcohol in the mini bar.

Great location and views. Lovely room, big balcony with very comfy furniture. Very nice breakfast.

No complimentary replenishment of tea / coffee in room. I'd also like blackout curtains that fully covered the windows.

beautiful hotel in a fab location. bedroom luxurious and very comfortable. bathroom was stunning loved the bath and the rain shower watching the sea. fridge stocked daily with refreshments ..lovely touch! staff very personable and friendly going the extra mile at all times to please you and make your stay unforgettable. can’t wait to come back.

only thing that would be good would be drawers for underwear and a blind for the porthole as when bathroom light on in night makes while bedroom light.
