We loved the size of the apartment and its layout. It had a utility room, a large bathroom with a corner bath, a great kitchen area despite no cooker, a spacious dining / sitting room area. A lovely sized balcony with a table and chairs for 4 plus two sunbeds. The pool area was nice and quiet. The views over Amadores were brilliant and the sunsets beautiful. There is also a carpark but it is a bit tight even with a small vehicle.

Overall it looked a bit tired. It sits at the top of the hill which could be difficult for some guests. The shower temperature could be a bit temperamental. The aircon was locked at 16 degrees.

The hotel restaurant staff. We have stayed here 3 times in the last 9 months and each time we have tried to get a drink we've found the staff rude and almost annoyed when we asked for service. They advertise Happy hour from 4 until 5 but when we tried to get a drink the lady came out of the kitchen ( after 15 mins waiting) and was really rude. I can understand why it's not busy if that's how they treat people. I'm not a fussy person but I work in catering and would never treat people this way.

Well equipped flat with spacious rooms. All is there that needs to be there, and then some. The only thing that could have been better about the room is the layout. There is enough space to divide the bedroom into two rooms, which would make more sense for families. But since it was just the two of us, it was all good. Staff was correct and professionally friendly, but they seem to have strict procedures and they are not allowed to cater for anything beyond that.

They gave us the room with the least view, furthest down on the hill. View was still OK, but I am wondering why they gave us that one, since the hotel was not full at all. They also did not let us stay in our room a few hours longer on the day of check-out, even though there were no guests scheduled to occupy the room, and cleaning was not scheduled for that day neither. We were only allowed to stay longer at a hefty surcharge. Was that really necessary?

Super apartment, 2bedroom with 2 bathrooms ,nr 603. Spacious, clean, well equiped. Good housekeeping. Super view, as on the website pictures. Good whirpool bath. Super heated pool, would say 25+ degrees for sure. Breakfast was good for only 8.5€, child half price.. Good wifi even for watching live videos for example..

Cant say that didnt like but have to be mentioned.. No oven, only microwave. Super Amadores beach is right there, but still quite long walk down the hill, challenging for old people. Could have more english speaking tv-channels.

Liked the spacious rooms in the apartment, the big balcony, the view, the cleaning staff. Location was good if you don’t mind walking up and down a fairly steep hill to and from the beach, about 20 minutes walk. The alternative is a taxi. Taxi stand nearby. A little shopping centre with a small supermarket nearby was handy. There was a nice pool area.

There was supposed to be a restaurant in the hotel, but we never saw activity there so we went elsewhere for meals out. There was no security at the entrance to the block of apartments. Anybody could get into the lifts from the road and make their way down to the apartments.

Everything was amazing, especially the view from the balcony! There was a great plaza of bars and restaurants less than half a mile away and everything about our apartment and stay was perfect!

Large size of apartment and balcony. Beach towels available. Good facilities dishwasher, washing machine, tumbleweed, good fridge and freezer and microwave. Regularly cleaned and decent aircon. Pool not packed easy to get sunbeds. Quiet and great view of pool and beach. Good bar called Barbacoa for entertainment at euro shopping centre about 10 to15 minutes away, good free shows evey night and nice staff.

Quite a walk to beach needs a taxi back in evening up a very steep hill. Shopping centre about 15 minutes walk up hill. Entertainment at shopping centre.

The family room is located on the ground floor and therefore a little away from even the first floor apartments,perfect for those who want some peace and quiet.There is a smaller private pool a few steps up that I loved if you don't want to go to the main pool all the time. Stunning view of the whole of Amadores on the third floor by the main swimming pool as shown in the photo shared here.I went on this holiday with one other person but there are 4 beds in the bedroom so it is ideal for families. Massive living room and fully equipped kitchen. Food in Restaurant in Holiday club Vista across the road excellent-had a burger one evening and a ham and cheese pannini and tapas wedges with bacon and cheese pre prepared to take away another day which was a great option they offered.

The only thing was the bedroom was located under the bathroom of another appartment and you could hear very clearly every time the toilet flushed or the shower was on or the tap was on etc but that's only a minor issue.

We were given an upgrade for the first three days of our stay and loved it so much we extended our stay twice .there is absolutely nothing to fault here .it's just perfect ..reception were just lovely with any question at all .housekeeping superb .view amazing .pool was perfect temperature.location ideal for us but be aware it's on an extremely steep walk up the hill but five euro in a cab does the job too X will always be first choice when we return to gran canaria

Very practical apartment with terrace with beautiful views over Amadores beach and the ocean. 2 bathrooms was great. Equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time. Thank you.

Equipment is a bit dated, but not worn out. Why on earth it has to be cold LED lights everywhere instead of cozy yellow ones?
