This is a pleasant, bright apartment in a secure building in a quiet residential street about 12 mins walk from the Bullring. It has attractive city views. We particularly appreciated the dedicated and easily accessible off-street parking place right out front of the apartment. There was a kitchenette with seating at a bench. A washing machine was available on the floor above. Sound-proofing was good and we slept well. The manager responded quickly to our queries.

The lack of hooks and hanging points, especially in the bathroom where there was no choice but to put our clothes and towels on the floor when taking a shower. The waterproof seals around the base of the shower need replacing. The bed was fairly comfortable but sags a bit in the middle. Pillows were flat and no tea towel was provided. Front door badly needs the hinges oiled. This apartment could be so much better with a little more maintenance.

It would be nice to have some basic things in the kitchen - salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee capsules - it's pointless for people who stay for short period of time to have coffe maker, if you don't offer few capsules with it. I would also recommend some furniture for the balcony, so it's possible to sit there and chill.

Comfy beds and very clean! Modern and chic interior. Ronda is a lovely town and this apartment just made it a perfect trip. It is walking distance to both the train and bus station. The neighborhood is beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay.

Not much to complain about, just a few suggeations. It would be great if kitchen provides oil, sat and pepper. There are also stairs before reaching the apartment as well as inside the apartment which we were not aware before booking. The terrace is actually shared so it would be great if they mention in their listing.

The price was good, with private parking, 10 mins walk from the bridge. It was spacious, with good heating system and kitchen to cook. We slept well as there were no noises we would hear from the street.

Towels were washed but with stains. Floor was dirty as my baby was crawling on it and then her clothes was full of dusty stains. Bathroom would need some small reparations.

Some things did not work well… tap at kitchen sink had the lever come off, hot water took a long time to flow. Also limited glasses, only 1 mirror and no cushions Small things that could make it a bit more comfortable.

Most comfortable stay I had in andalucia. Perfect size for one or two people, clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed. Great location, and they let me check in a bit early. Also the whole town is really great.

The wifi they said I should connect to didn't exist, but I didn't give them a chance to fix it so it's not a big deal.

Amazing modern and clean apartment in a fantastic location. Having parking right outside made it so easy to use as a base. We spent 3 nights here and it was really quiet thanks to the double glazing. It also had heating in both the bedroom and living area which we appreciated as we’re travelling in the colder months. Best host we have had, responded immediately to any queries. We recommend this place!

Localisation is very nice, quite close to the old town, 110-15 minutes on foot. We could park our car next to the building free of charge. Both apartments are very comfortable, very spacious and well equipped with anything you need.

We had a problem with heating in one apartment, which was eventually solved by the host. However it was a bit stressful as we could reach him on the phone at first (but he responded via booking.com). If we had only one apartment (the cold one), we would spend most of the evenening in cold place, so I think the host should take more care about heating in colder months.

Location perfect. Very close to the centre, 10mins on foot to the bridge - puente nuevo. Lots of places to eat nearby. Parking right outside the door! Lovely apartment - as in pictures. Air con worked well. Lovely little balcony with a nice view.

Next door to a daycare centre or something so children yelling and playing during the day.
