I chose this hotel as it was very good value for a person travelling alone and needing a place for one night but would have been perfect for a coupe as well. It was large room and large bathroom. I took the cheapest option so did not have a view but did not spend much time in the room. If you are going to spend more time in the room do not take the room with the courtyard view. Communicating with the lady at the front desk was challenging as she does not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. However, she is very friendly and helpful, we managed to communicate. I would stay here again as she made the stay memorable. It is a short walk to the main sights in Ronda.

I would have liked a kettle in the room. There was a bath but no plug so used it as a shower but if not to be used a as bath then should have a shower installed instead.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was pleasantly clean, the service was excellent. If I had any questions, I got help right away. Definitely recommend!

In the future, it could be better if also be possible to pay for car parking immediately. Currently, it had to be done separately. As a customer, it would be more convenient to pay all the expenses already when booking, it would also be easier for the hotel, because they know that I am coming by car and you can reserve a place in the parking lot

Incredible value for money. Room is superb and very clean.

Not knowing when you turn up whether they are going to send you to their sister hotel the Don Miguel. The staff are very nice but don’t speak a single word of English but some sort of translation app or device would sort this problem.

The shower was amazing loads of pressure good temperature control the hotel was spotless our room was bright and well decorated the staff were very helpful and secure parking was great it was only a 15 minute walk to the bullring we had an excellent stay in Ronda

The staff have minimal English which was no problem for us they used Google translate to save any misunderstanding

Room window overlooking a patio and other rooms. Almost no natural lighting The whole room has very low lighting, too low to read Breakfast was too expensive, so I tried the local cafés. Plenty of good and cheap breakfast nearby

Location, about ten minute walk from historic town centre. Staff on reception very good, friendly. Room good, spacious, two arm chairs, big bathroom. Breakfast good. Parking underground, below the hotel, and a ten minute parking area outside to load and unload car.

Using the Booking.com phone app location on the sat-nav. It got us to the town but dropped us in the middle of a roundabout quite a way from the hotel, only roughly in the right end of town. Finding the hotel then reverted to old fashioned road name and number search, and asking couple of ladies - once I had found the right road name (and not helped by "Bar Sevilla - for sale" a hundred metres or so from the Hotel!)

The staff was friendly although had no dealings other than check-in/out. The room was clean. The location was close to the bus stop and not far from anything.

Smelled a bit musty going in, like the laundry hadn't been quite dry when the room was made up. Opening the windows solved this. The shower in our room would not remain in place and the water pressure was difficult to navigate so that it wouldn't rotate the head towards the ceiling. For whatever reason we lost all water halfway thru my wife's shower. By the time I checked with the front desk it had returned. They did have two singles for the main bed and a third single against one of the windows which made the room feel smaller than it was.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We were going through a heatwave and ensured I had two cards for the room, so the AC kept working even when I was out. Walking distance from the city center and plenty of parking spaces around the hotel. Great relation price/quality

The location is great, within walking distance from all attractions in Ronda. Free parking is available on all streets around the hotel. AC worked perfectly and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Breakfast could offer more variety, it lacked any warm meals and could be improved. Additionally, we had no toilet brush, and that is simply a must for a hotel. A street we were facing was a bit noisy in early mornings. A refrigerator in the room would also be a nice addition.

There flew queen beds I purchased a queen but didn’t get one i got two singles Back of door says 400 day , but both times I ve stayed her in summer and winter it’s been 50 a night
