The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was good with superb views from the balcony.

The restaurant was very disappointing. Dinner was poor - there was little ambience as it was the same room for breakfast with no effort to change. The menu was badly translated from the Spanish to English, and all 4 of our party felt that the food was of poor quality for such a prestigious restaurant , and it was definitely over-priced.

It was a wonderful hotel, if you come via car, they said they have limited parking. If you arrive at check in time, I think you probably would get a spot. Their parking lot is under the hotel with an elevator to go to main lobby. It’s perfect. The hotel is in the center of everything and next to the bridge. Our view of the countryside was incredible and had a nice size balcony. You can watch the sunset from your balcony. Comfortable beds and towels.

We’re English speaking and not much to choose from in English, just news channels! Wouldn’t be nice to fix tv with subtitles at least.

Lovely setting and views. Room was very nice. The pool and lounging area was lovely.

When asked if we could leave a vehicle in the car park for extra hours due to change of flight, we offered to pay, were told absolute NO. The clerk did not even check if the hotel was going to be near to full capacity or half empty. When we went to the car park it was mostly empty. I understand protocol but she could have LOOKED to see if it was possible. One of the receptionists was very helpful and another "not so much" Oh, and when asked if we could leave luggage due to plane delay we were told NO and if we did it would be in the lobby and unsecured.

We have stayed at Paradors before so we know what to expect . overall the experience was good but not excellent which at previously Paradors have been . We were on our Honey moon and called the Parador at Ronda prior to booking to say we would like a room over looking the gorge we were ensured such would be available , we were in room 13 to the rear ! we booked dinner , food and service EXCELLANT , unfortunately breakfast was a bit of disorganised event ....staff whilst attentive seemed a little over whelmed. Sadly we did want to stay two nights but only Monday night available ,we booked direct . We did mention that we didn't mind moving rooms but apparently not an options , at check out told rooms available all bit too late .

see comments above basically room wasn't what we expected at booking and breakfast was a bit of a disorganised event , we asked staff but they seemed somewhat over whelmed , plus at time of booking direct we wanted two night but only one available , at check out told a room was available all little too late

You're really paying for the view here, and it's incredible! Everything else is fine if not particularly amazing.

Breakfast was truly stressful, with a very rushed and stressed team of waiters who seemed bothered by my presence. Definitely skip breakfast and grab coffee in town! Rooms are a little dated for the price, but I've found that to be true of most Parador hotels. On the last day, there was a noisy machine doing construction right in front of my $250 view. I understand these things are unavoidable but it might have been nice to have received a heads up and maybe a free drink or something.

Breakfast was lovely - a great selection of fruits, cold meats and cheeses, breads and pastries and constantly replenished. Hot items available to order at your table from the waitress. Fantastic view of the bridge from the restaurant.

At check-in I was given some time slots and asked to choose one for when I would have breakfast - the first morning I turned up at my chosen timing (9930) and there were no tables available, other than in an overflow room, said I’d come back in half an hour - restaurant was virtually empty then. It was an irritant more than anything.

We had a great suite with a roof terrace and views though didn’t really use the living room lovely jacuzzi bath and very comfortable bed had a lovely lunch in restaurant with amazing views good food and nice friendly staff

Spent some time driving around trying to find access to hotel parking better instructions on how to park would have been good Breakfast not a good experience unfriendly staff and plonked on a table by noisy service door then ignored 3 requests for cold milk to have with tea ignored and not offered the hot food on offer till we saw other people offered it Our fault for not speaking Spanish better but other people speaking Spanish offered smiles and food service

The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Fantastic views over looking the gorge and Bridge. Our room was amazing, with two floors, a lounge tv room with terrace and then upstairs a bathroom with a jet bath tub. The bedroom was lovely with great views and a massive terrace with sunbeds overlooking the Bridge and pool. Lastly the restaurant food at dinner was one of the best have ever had. (Only improvement needed to get 10/10 is more staff for breakfast to be able to order hot food, had to chase a few times to get a coffee and then again to order scrambled eggs probably just an off day... but definitely come and stay you won't be disappointed.

Lack of staff at breakfast, needs attention to guests to allow them to order food and drinks.

Beautiful hotel in fantastic location In general staff were very friendly and helpful

We had an unpleasant incident when we tried to go to main restaurant for dinner. We had not reserved but assumed as resident and hotel was only partly full. Despite restaurant being not full, we were left waiting and then refused a table. Another couple who had booked were shocked by our treatment. But did see us in the bar later and said service at restaurant was not great. We were able to eat in bar area. We had early check out and there was as no availability of early breakfast. We were provided with reasonable picnic. Anyone wishing to eat should make sure they reserved if they wish to

Prime location in a lovely town, the views are amazing and the facilities excellent. I suppose we received an upgrade, because we booked a regular bedroom but were given an incredible suite with two bathrooms and two spectacular balconies instead. Restaurant is also really nice. Obviously the place to be when visiting Ronda, it made me wish we had stayed longer.
