I honestly could not fault my stay. First off, can I say a huge thank you to the male receptionist who was so friendly and gave us various recommendations for food and sights to see. It was so nice to feel welcomed by a local and given genuine recommendations. The room is super clean, ours way sooo spacious (the superior double), and it was in the most perfect location to explore Ronda. There is a lovely park across the road that has an amazing sunset view, and you are within easy walking distance to everything (approx 15 minute walk to train station). Definitely book here if you are thinking of staying in Ronda!

It was a little loud at night because there is a bar downstairs and while we visited there was a stage performance going on close by, so keep that in mind. Maybe just consider bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! There are restaurants everywhere so it would be impossible to find a place that doesn't have a little noise at night.

The overall experience is positive: + Located in the very city center + The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable + The bathroom was even more spacious with a good water pressure + I didn't sleep very well, though the bed seemed to be comfortable + No problems with Wi-Fi + Good breakfast (would be good to have some veggies to prepare a salad for yourself, though) + Fast check-in and check-out + Friendly staff

Some things can be fixed, but some are just given: – Water was not draining well from the sink which was annoying – Since the hotel located in the very city center, you can park your car only in a narrow parking garage in 5 min walk – The tables and chairs at the breakfast zone looked a bit old and dirty – It may be noisy because of the restaurants nearby, if you have a room with windows to the small street nearby

The location was perfect for me. Was basically right next door to the bull firing, next to a park, less than a block from the main street to the bridge. Bridge & Old Town we’re probably a 4 minute walk. Jose was wonderful! So helpful, accommodating, and informative. He spoke great English and went above and beyond trying to make sure that I had a good stay. Haleem (spelling?) and everyone at the bar went above & beyond as well. Couldn’t believe the service I got!

The ONLY thing that I didn’t like was that my room was directly next to the elevator (16). so people checking out woke me up. That’s the only bad thing I can say about this hotel.

Great breakfast in the Spanish style. Lovely hotel with local vendors close by one of the lookout areas. We bought an olive wood sculpture there. Hotel was fantastic; REALLY friendly staff. Clean. Loved it. Would recommend to anyone. The front desk clerk told us about all the sights in Ronda, and also directed us to several local towns of interest in the region ( I can't remember the name of the place with the overhanging rocks).

Nada. It was just a great hotel. Cannot think of anything not likeable.

The location was fantastic! The park across the street had beautiful sunset views. Close to everything. Room size was great! Reception upgraded me from single to a double. They were also very accommodating my late checkin due to schedule changes from the train to the bus.

Walls are very thin. Could hear everything - conversations, doors closing. That might have more to do with the individuals in the hallway being disrespectful and less about the hotel.

We had a lovely room on the third floor , with a beautiful view of the mountains ,and the square with the bull statue . We stayed for two nights . The bed was very comfortable ,and the room was a decent size . It had a mini fridge ,with two bottles if water inside . The bathroom was nice and spacious , and the shower was quite powerful . Great air con ! The reception guy was very friendly and welcoming .He was very knowledgeable about Ronda ,and gave us great tips of where to go for great food ,and the best way to see the sights . We had a buffet breakfast , which was not huge ,but adequate . The staff were extremely accommodating . The location was perfect ,to be able to walk to wherever we wanted to go .

There wasn't a strong box in the room . Everything else was as expected !

Excellent location, 100m from the Ronda bridge, just next to the arena, where the main shopping street starts but still very quiet at night. The lady at the reception (who also arranged for the breakfast) was fantastic, extremely helpful and kind. Although the hotel does not have parking, it is always possible to stop just beside it for short stays to pack and there is a garage a short walk away, where there are reserved places for the hotel for 12 euros /day.

The location is good. Close to center, but not on the main road (makes it harder to find, though). The room we got was on the top floor, making it quiet from the also quiet non-central street. Some furniture was from massive wood, hm! The staff is the top thing on the hotel though, Veeery helpful, described us what to see in Ronda, helped to store the luggage, etc.

The breakfast was rich, but only cold meals. Still, you can make a toast there and that with a warm and rich coffee, will keep the stomach of the spoiled warm ;-)

Front desk receptionist Jose and his Kitchen manager Fouad, both were so helpful, friendly, attentive and always smiling. The hotel location cannot get any better. They could improve on the breakfast though. Now it’s continental, by adding just eggs it will earn some browny points. It’s the best bang for the buck.

It’s a nice place and you gottta like it

The location is perfect, with all of the major sightseeing points nearby. Car parking is close, and the hotel offers a discount for 24h stay. Receptionist was super helpful, since he drew a small route on a map so that we could visit all Ronda. Good value for the money

Since we were there only for 1 night it wasn't too much of an issue, but our room was extremely cold, and luckily there was a heater that we could use to warm ourselves up. It could also be that not too many people used the room this season before us, and that the cold stone wall requires a couple of days to warm up.
