Staff was amazing and very helpful in every area, from reception to cleaners to kitchen staff. A+ The pool area is excellent, breakfast and dinner, which we bougfht included were fantastic. Everything we needed was within the hotel vicinity. Also a fenced area leading right to the beach. We got a whole apartment for the family, though they humbly title it a family "room"

The only downside was that the pool was not heated and thus a little cold in the early part of the day but in all honesty, it would be insanity to expect them to heat up a pool area of this size so it's something that was not within their power!

The property was exactly what my family was looking for with plenty for the kids to do allowing the parents to sit back and relax. All staff from start at reception, life guards, entertainment, catering etc were very helpful, respectful and kind. The food on offer was of a very good standard with an abundance of choice throughout the week, there was always something for everyone’s taste, starters a mains and desserts. Very very pleased in general, a must see for any young family.

Although everything in general was to a very high standard, the only criticism was that there was only 3 lifts working from the 4 and the rooms were visibly dated and in need of refurbishment.

Everything was perfect The view from the room beautiful, Nice spacious room, bathroom nice size, The breakfast was great, so much to choose from, The pool was great, could of been a bit warmer though, lol. The Happy Team worked really Hard they were amazing, Special mention for, Lonela She is great with the children, And thanks Lonela for the Happy Team Diploma, nice I'm sure we will be back, All the staff need a pay rise You made our holiday great, Thank You.

We had a wonderful two nights at the hotel in the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The space on the terrace is huge. It is covered with astro turf and feels like a huge garden! They supplied good quality sun loungers, a table and chairs and in one area if the apartment a chair and table for relaxing and taking in the views.

The fact they were fully booked and we couldn't stay longer!

Good breakfast Great pool with slides for kids Only 30mins from airport Shopping centre only 10mins walk Aquarium only 20mins walk Rooms kept clean everyday

If you don't go all-inclusive, you can't get any lunch or snacks in the hotel, not even a sandwich or chips something small. Rooms are outdated but that didn't bother us.

The clan the rooms every day. The staff is very nice even though not all speak English they still try to help. The entertainment is great, always something happening. Great for families. Right on the beach. Aircon in the room. Big rooms. Grate value for the price of it. You have the option of late check out if needed

The card key got broken something. Not the greatest wifi connection for the rooms

We were only bed and breakfast, weather was so good we chose to stay by the pool for the day, got peckish and they wanted to charge us 14euro for a plate of chips! Bathroom tap didn't work properly, and holes in the shower curtain so floor ended up soaked / lethal

Breakfast, entertainment for kids, pool for kids, shop with reasonable prices, friendly staff, clean hotel

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, pillows had no filling and no blankets in rooms for cooler nights.

Big hotel with lovely staff, we only stayed 1 night and the food was great, I’m sure I would of been bored after a few days but that’s the same as most buffet hotel meals. massive sea view dog friendly room.

Furniture dated and seen better days but the price was cheap and the room was clean.

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent pool area. Free parking. Free good-access WiFi.we had 4tj floor room, sea view, very quiet and the beds were very comfortable and HUGE!! ( 2 X queen sized beds).
