I liked the rooftop bar, the large clean rooms, the convenience of the location and the fully functioning air conditioning

Ground floor pool was small and didn’t have enough sun loungers, loud music coming from top floor of summit bar at night and Wi-Fi was extremely poor.

Everything! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and polite and nothing was too much of an ask for them. The people working in the bar especially, really made sitting in the hotel bar so enjoyable! Couldn't praise them more! There was entertainment every night at 10pm that we always made sure we were back for as it was so enjoyable! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. New towels provided daily also. The hotel also lets you rent beach towels for 10 euro and when you return the towel you get the 10 euro back. Brilliant idea! The breakfast each morning was amazing! There was so much to choose from. There are also 2 pool areas. Both are spotless! The rooftop pool is unbelievable! The location is also unbelievable, you couldn't ask to be more central! Couldn't fault this hotel or the staff!

I have not one complaint about the hotel or my stay!

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and very well decorated to a very modern style. Facilities were brilliant, the rooftop pool was the best, plenty of sun loungers available all day. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, they couldn’t do enough to help you especially, Juan, Carlos, Raquel and Miguel. The food was lovely and there was such a big variety every day so you were able to try lots of new things. The location was ideal, on the main strip with all the shops and supermarkets seconds away, the beach is a 5 min walk.

While the room was lovely and well equipped it was a tad small, we asked for 2 beds as we were friends sharing but there was a double and a single which didn’t leave much room to store suitcases and other bits and bobs etc - but that’s just me picking as I really can’t fault the hotel at all.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with smiles. The staff in reception, the bar, and summit bar are all accommodating, very pleasant and always waiting on you. The pools are amazing and so clean.They really do give you a holiday to remember. Room was spotless, bathroom the same, shower was lovely. Balcony good size and soundproofed so no noise from outside. Could hear noise from the hallways but didnt bother us. Breakfast was also very good, lots of options. We ate dinner and lunch out so can't comment on that but restaurant was always busy. Entertainment every evening in Spanish and English, would highly reccommend. We will definitely be returning again.

The rooms were incredible! They were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in on any holiday I've taken abroad. The air conditioning in the rooms was incredible and it was never too hot or too cold. The cleaners did a fantastic job; no matter how late we left the room we always came back to a clean room with fresh towels. The breakfast was very good as there was plenty of options to suit anyone's needs. We had access to nespresso coffee machines which were a nice bonus as well. Staff were very nice! The location was just perfect. Right inside the town, about a 5 minute walk from the beach and while it says 23 minute walk from portaventura it only took myself and my partner about 10-15 minutes to walk there. We didn't need transport at anytime while we were staying there as everything was within our reach. The pool was amazing and at night the pool transformed into a very classy stage and the entertainment line-up during the evening was incredible.

If I was to be critical of anything, I would suggest having an option to buy sandwiches at the bar. We loved the selection of cold refreshments and coffees, particularly the 'Bombon', an amazing latte with condensed milk and chocolate. My girlfriend loved it immensely. If these amazing refreshments were complimented with the option of purchasing a small snack such as a sandwich or wrap it would be a huge bonus. We were a bit hungry one day and the only option was the buffet which we weren't hungry enough for. We would have loved to have an option to buy a sandwich though.

Comfy beds. Great location next to shops, restaurants, bar and the beach. The room was clean and modern. We had a balcony which was nice. There is free live entertainment in the bar each night with a different act every night. They had a room where we could store our luggage after departure.

The room was a bit warm, so we had to had to leave the aircon on, which I think gave me a cough. The summit bar was underwhelming; completely empty when we arrived and there was maintenance happening during service hours. We also told the hotel that it was my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged (just a small thing, but hotels I have worked in would always acknowledge occasions) The tv isn't a smart TV!

We stayed for a short getaway and absolutely loved it! The location of the hotel is amazing and everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. The bathrooms are lovely with good a good shower and lots of storage. We didn’t eat in the hotel so I can’t comment on that but the hotel as a whole was exactly what we wanted. Reception staff were also very welcoming and easy to talk to. The rooftop pool and bar was also lovely and very clean, the bar staff work very hard to get your drinks to you quickly and are always smiling.

The hotel is very pleasing to look at and comfortable in every area .The summit bar and pool and great chill out zones were exceptional 😎. Everybody in the staff was really polite and helpful 👍 .I would stay here again.

I didn't like the way the tea and coffee facilities were closed up for lunch and dinner 🙃. We irish people love our cup of tea at lunch and dinner, but we weren't given the choice. Perhaps if they charged for the tea and coffee at lunch and diner, it would be a better idea. 🤔

The location of this hotel is brilliant. A side door of the hotel leads straight onto a street with lots of shops and cafes. There is a supermarket right outside the front of the hotel and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The pool areas did not feel too crowed as people were split between the downstairs pool and the rooftop pool. We were very impressed with both pools and noticed that the lifeguard was monitoring if guests were reserving sun loungers. The whole hotel was spotless and felt very modern compared to the other hotels in the area.

The bedroom was a bit small and lacked storage space.

Staff were great, particularly the reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful and the bar staff in the evening were great fun. Location was great so close to everything and the hotel was really clean. Welcome cocktail was a nice touch. Overall would recommend the hotel and would visit again

The food wasn't to our taste, a lot of fish at dinner, breakfast was as you would expect. However there was always something to chose from, a large variety and the allergen advise was really helpful. Entertainment was hit and miss and lasted for only just over an hour, we felt it was aimed at an older crowd. Plenty of other entertainment in the area though.
