Excellent all inclusive hotel - exceptionally clean, lots of food and drink choice, good pools, and THE most comfortable bed!

Nowhere to fill up water bottles. Noisy around pool area at times. Queues for bar very long.

We liked almost everything. Large selection of food in the restaurant, lots of fruit, several bars with snacks and drinks on site. The kids club is cozy and with a good animator. Comfortable and safe swimming pool suitable for children and aquagim. There is a deeper one for swimming. There are slot machines and billiards. There is access to the ocean on the promenade. Very attentive and polite staff at the reception, helped in all matters. There are enough sun loungers for everyone, no need to take up seats in the morning. Towels are provided on deposit.

Several times it was stuffy in the restaurant when the doors were closed and the cook was frying meat and fish. Around the sun loungers after the rest there are a lot of spilled drinks, paper dishes, so it remains until the morning cleaning and it’s unpleasant to walk near the pool. Tasteless juices. The pina colada cocktail was terrible because of the pineapple juice. Incomprehensible animation schedule.

This is an all inclusive hotel, where all the drinks, snacks, foods are included. The location of the hotel is very good. The swimming pools are very good, water is very clear and clean. There are 5 pools in total, I like the one with 1.6 meter deep. The food is good, tasty, but lack of seafood, only have real-time cooking fresh fish, only one day lunch had mussels. The room is very spacious, a very big sitting room with two sofa beds and a bedroom with two double beds. The shower room is also big. There is a big balcony where it connect sitting room and bedroom, there you can have sea view.

The entertainment activities are less. Only two pool ball table, some electronic machine games, where you need to pay for playing. Suggest to make a big entertainment halls, where you can play ping-pong, pool ball, badminton, gym, etc.

Great experience overall - highly recommended! Few pools to please everyone needs, great rooms. Food wise plenty of choice every day for meat lovers, seafood lovers and of course for all vegans and vegetarians plenty of fruits and veggies. Coffee and tea available at all time except lunch for some reason. Plenty of milk choices. Plenty of good alcohol choice as well. The beer from the tab right beside the water tab was surprisingly really good. Area is a bit remote, however the hotel provides shuffle bus to Los Cristianos/Americanos and the Siam park and also daily events at the pool and evenings events for all ages. It has small fun zone with few arcades and 2 pool tables. Few shops outside the hotel and of course an Irish pub. Bus stop is only 5 mins away. You can rent a car, book a taxi is a day trip and all this in the reception area.

The only comment I'd have would be for the toilet in our room. It was very close to the left wall.

finally a hotel with rooms to fit a family of 5, without splitting up the family and forcing parents to sleep in separate rooms!

possibilities for (very) young children (toddlers) leave to desire: while their older siblings have plenty to do (kids’ club, climbing area), an active 2-year-old would love a little play area for them as well (a little slide and swing maybe right next to the climbing area, so they are not bored and frustrated because they cannot climb that high yet?). plus the water in the pools could be warmer, but that’s generally a problem in the area (surprisingly, given all that sun - I would think solar panels to heat the pools would be a viable option?)

The hotel staff were very friendly, the meal times convenient and the variety and quality of food was superb! The restaurant staff were very efficient. The room was spacious and cleaned to a high standard daily. Although away from a beach and a town, there were several bars and restaurants nearby and a couple of shops for essentials.

There was often rubbish blowing around the upper pool area which wasn't always cleared up, although this is more a reflection on people not using the bins. The food in the restaurant was not always hot unless cooked on the grill as you waited but it was a buffet cooked for many so to be expected. There is no local beach but nice walks along the rocky coastline

Everything was amazing, hotel was so beautiful and food so delicious,especially every day different type of paella.. Personal was so friendly,room nice clean and tidy everyday. Well done, only one negative thing was tiles around swimming pool, so slippery especially with kids. Everyday dozen of kids had fall, make sure you have sandals next to it.

The hotel is away from the most popular beaches and to me, this was an advantage. More quiet, less nightlife and crowds. I was told there was a shuttle bus between the hotel and the main attractions, but we had a rental car. The staff was very friendly. The all-inclusive package really included even the drinks at the bar that I didn't really expect. The biggest advantage to me and the kids was a big heated pool. It was a low season otherwise and the air temp didn't get above 21 degrees, but the water was comfortably +25C. The meals were good, with plenty of choices. Our room was really spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean, recently renovated.

The bed was creaking terribly loudly. Impossible to turn without waking up every time. We didn't try to change, so I can't really complain. There were two special dinners included in the price, but you were supposed to book them separately at the buffet restaurant and by the time we met someone there, the whole week was already booked. I think it's unnecessary to include something in the price if it's so difficult to actually guarantee access. Just leave it out and offer it as an extra.

The bedrooms were very nice, clean and modern with lovely design. There was a good range of food and on the whole the meals were good. I particularly liked the breakfast. The hotel has nice views and a lovely pool. As we live in Santa Cruz we sometimes like to have a couple of nights at a hotel in the south and this was ideal. We were happy to stay in the hotel and didn’t need a lot of local action like Los Cristianos or Playa Américas so this place was just the job. Quiet and comfortable.

There was a kettle in the room and tea bags etc but no milk. This problem could be easily remedied if some little pouches of milk were offered. The main problem for us was the evening bar service in the lounge . We had to queue for ages every time we wanted to get a drink. It would be better if more staff had been available. Also they should have offered table service, I have a very painful back problem and can’t stand up to queue for 15 minutes just to get a drink.

I liked so much this hotel, good reception staff, they also speak English, nice, comfortable, clean, large room with balcony, comfortable beds, bathroom in the room is also large and clean, very good meals with enough variated food from my point of view; ocean view from the balcony was also nice; even though there are no sand beaches in the surrounding of the hotel, it's nice to see volcanic stone chunks on the shore and blue water; I also appreciate the correctness of staff because I arrived in the evening at the hotel, therefore, I missed the lunch on the arrival day, but the staff told me no problem, you can take the lunch on the check out day instead. I felt very well during my accommodation time unlike in the past when I was accommodated to other locations, so, doubtlessly, I will come back :)
