Great accomo option near the Tenerife S. Airport. It's in a pleasant townhouse complex, near San Isidro (bus access to/from airport). Comfortable, quiet, modern and helpful manager. There are a few basic eating options in the area.

If you're on foot, it's a bit of a hump from the bus stop to Kiki.

Finding the place was very easy. We walked from the bus station in San Isidro. Staff were talking outside when we arrived. Check-in was simple and our room was just of the front room. Great room with fab on-suite, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great, our room was number 101 and had a superb fan on the roof, we also had a small fridge in the room was so handy. We used the terrace in the evenings to have some dinner The place was very quiet and about 5-7 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, you could catch a bus to El Medãno, great beaches and a fab little town to wander about, this stop also catered for Los Cristianos and Adeje . The main area of San Isidro was about 15 minutes walk from the accommodation. In San Isidro there are numerous shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, main bus station for north and south of Tenerife and Airport. Breakfast at Kiki Vivienda was fab, juice, coffee, bread, cheese, ham, etc. Was eaten in the terrace. A good variety of cheeses, we stayed for 6 nights. Really enjoy the place and the proprietor. Clean, quiet, comfortable, a lot of space in the room. Nice guy who ordered for us taxi and made breakfast - not very big but delicious. Close to the airport, so taxi is not expensive. Poor mobile signal but working wifi.

The only thing I could complain about is lack of kitchen utensils - there was only a kettle and disposable cups.

The room is small and simple, but very comfortable, logically arranged, functional and above all everything is very, very clean. We stayed only for one night and felt very good and rested. Although it is a small room, there is enough storage space. It even has a mosquito net! The bed is comfortable and big enough for two tall people :) Only thing we would recommend are bigger pollows, but that's it. The breakfast was also very nice, prepared by the owner. Eggs, ham, cheese, butter, jam, croissant and tea/coffee - very nice and tasty. The owner is great, friendly and helpful. Although we arrived very late, he welcomed us and helped us with our bags. All in all highly recommended!

The room was clean and fragrant, towels and duvet on the bed, every few days the room was cleaned and towels and sheets were replaced with new and fragrant ones. Downstairs in the common room you can make yourself coffee, tea, an electric kettle and a microwave oven are available, breakfast is plentiful, perfect to start the day. The owner is nice and polite, he doesn't speak English, so we had no problem getting along with the translator. The location is great, there is a delicious pizza nearby, I recommend it to everyone, accommodation close to the highway, 10 minutes from/to the TFS airport

I booked this accommodation based on the price, proximity to the airport, and reviews from previous clients. It exceeded my expectations. The large room/bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful. He organised a taxi to the airport (€10 for the taxi) and insisted on waiting with us until it arrived. He also offered us breakfast despite our need to check-out before the official breakfast time. The accommodation is located in a very quite area, but only a 15-minute walk to San Isidro where you can find lots of local bars, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend this accommodation when you're flying to or from the south airport.

I'm grasping at straws here - extra pillows would be nice for watching a bit of TV before bed. Otherwise it has everything.

The staff were so kind and helpful, really made me feel welcome. The place is very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay going to or coming from the airport.

Regarding location, at the airport they said it was too far to walk from a bus, but it would have been easy, less than 10 minutes- although uphill. I didn’t realise till later that it's only 15 minutes walk to the San Isidro bus station, with shops and cafes, so I wasted my evening waiting ages for buses to El Medano to eat and use an ATM.

I had a downstairs room with a bathroom. All the bathroom fittings are new and the decor very good. The room is quiet with a window onto a side street. The house is on the edge of San Isidro. It is about a 30 to 40 min walk from the town centre with the main bus connections and about 15 min to the nearest bus stop with less bus options. It is about 5.5 km from the airport so in theory one could walk in about an hour. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is served in the small front garden. There is a kettle in the lobby for the use of guests to have a drink in the garden. There is a very good restaurant, Restaurante Casa Ita, 10 min walk away with a normal range of Spanish dishes at reasonable prices.

Very close to Tenerife Sur airport and it is located in a residential area - I felt safe and comfortable. Room is clean. Hairdryer and towel are prepared for guests. Breakfast - fresh and good! The owner is very kind and helpful. My flight was delayed for about 1.5 hours, but he waited for me late at night. Also he took me to the bus stop (and Pizzeria near the accommodation!) - Thank you very much for your kindness. It was a good start of my travel in Tenerife. I want to come back again! The accommodation was at a really nice little village and close to the bus stop (7min or 20min walk) to get to other towns. The room was very clean and the host was super helpful and friendly. Comfortable double bed and private bathroom.

Our room was located on the reception floor, so it was a little bit loud in the morning, but nothing too bad. Breakfast is not suitable for vegans, but there are many shops with good vegan products nearby in San Isidro so you can still buy some breakfast.
