I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Before arriving, I was a bit concerned after reading some of them, but my experience was nothing short of amazing! The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety every day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable — everything was spotless! While the hotel could use some renovations, the all-inclusive package offered incredible value for money. Considering the price and the overall experience, it was totally worth it! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you — give this place a chance, and you might be as pleasantly surprised as I was!

Animation's for kids and adults for whole day and evening

Very Old TV 😔 and only few channel's usually Spanish language , on breakfast after 9am . missing many products , very cold water in swimming pool

Food better than last time. Pool warmer as last time freezing. People great, staff ,all helpful. The staff especially in restaurants and bar worked very hard.

Small paper cups for every drink,unless u paid for one.Cockroaches, flies, and although animation team very good equipment was poor and lacking. Dead Cockroaches on the floor for days,not a good first impression. One male holiday guest spoiled an evening by being abusive and sexually harassing some female and male guests. Nothing seemed to be done and he has been reported on quite a few occasions over the years. Surprised the hotel has not banned him, but then money talks.

Location was nice ,staff polite and helpful.Beds were comfortable and overall a nice room .Towels and bed sheets were changed twice and cleaning every day .Good entertainment and nice food

Cleaning wise as bathroom door was dirty and spider webs hanging in the corners The other thing was as we arrived late for the check-in (around 23.30) because of the flight and we did not have had any food at all .were expecting something little like a cold snack,anything really it would have been appreciated.

I love it. only just being there so long we only have news and Disney channel which puts us of going. Plus my partner and mums are disabled so the bath was a real big problem as they have no walk in showers x

No walk in showers and television plus its really dated. Cardboard cups for drinks made them taste horrible and no lighting outside after 9.

The food was excellent. Great value for money.. The entertainment staff were great and did their best to get everyone to join in their activities.

We are just back from a 3 night break. If you are looking for a cheap all inclusive getaway and can overlook the hotel being a little tired, then you honestly can't go wrong with this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are comfortable enough, food is great, drinks are great, entertainment team are great (not over the top but there if you want it), pool area is nice and staff are great. I absolutely recommend this hotel and we are looking to head back next month.

For the price we paid, there is absolutely nothing I could complain about. Remember how much you have paid and you will be impressed.

The food exceeded expectations, it was absolutely delicious. And a so many types that you just needed a little bit of everything because it was so so good. The staff was wonderful, always nice trying to help with everything and they made our stay very confortable. We felt like we knew the staff our whole life. It felt like everyone was family. The garden and plants around the hotel were beautiful. The pool was great too, we enjoyed a lot the shows&games every night. Everything was just great. I do recommend. Next time in Tenerife we will for sure book again Hotel Palia Don Pedro❤️

We would recommend the cleaning to be more through. Otherwise, perfect.

Entertainment, pool area, food

No cooling in bedroom. Pool and table tennis tables should not be outside.

The hotel is good value for money. Staff is very helpful and has lots of information on how to get to places if needed. All inclusive food is superb, very tasty meals with lots of choices. Same with drinks at the bar (it's not the most tasty alcohol but you get what you pay for). The pool is a good size and sunbeds were comfortable, people didnt reserve a bed for the whole day which was great! Rooms are spacious with everything what you need for a short holiday break. Beds are not the most comfortable, but I didnt get back pains at least. Cleaners came in every day to make our beds and bring more toiletries if needed. Because this place is more popular with older holidaymakers, after the bar closed it would go very quiet after about 11pm (we had a room right next to the bar and didnt have any issues falling asleep). I would definitely stay here again, because of it's price and location, not packed with loud tourists and plenty of things to do around the town as well as at the hotel with all the games planned by the animators. There is no wifi in rooms, apart from the main areas of the reception and the bar. We had a weak connection cause our room was next to the bar. If you need to do a work call better use your own data. There is an option to pay extra for wifi but not sure how stable and strong the connection would be. The hotel could use a little bit of TLC, but then the prices would probably increase. The walls are pretty thin so if somebody was in a bathroom next door it would sound like somebody is next to you.
