The view and amenities were amazing. The restaurants, shows, and events for kids are spectacular. An overall great vacation for the family.

We had one instance where one of the teens loft staff discriminated against our family. The employee specifically told us that only children from 10-17 are allowed in the area. The employee also stated that parents are not allowed in the facility meanwhile two Caucasian males were in the teens loft with their children. One of the children told our kids that his real age was 8 but our family was denied access. Complete and utterly disappointing and disgusting from their staff.

Very child friendly. lots of entertainment around the pools, water slides, plenty of daily activities. Many bars, toilets, chairs, showers, etc etc. MiniDisco was super fun for toddlers and there was also a Cool zone for teens! The Infinity pool with adults only area was a great space to get peace and quiet. The live music at the main bar was always with different performers, and great cocktails in the main bar (lobby). A very robust buffet, and 4 a la Carte restaurants, all very nice. It was also great to have the option for snacks or "burgers fast-food" type of restaurant close to the pool (as an alternative to the main restaurant). The main shows at the theatre were all fantastic! Staff very friendly, the rooms were large and very nice!

Absolutely new hotel with incredible facilities. everything is great - many pools, most of them are heated, great restaurants with variety of tasty food, amazing sport bar working till early morning, luxury lobby bar with range of cocktails, and what makes it unique- outstanding evening shows. Everything mentioned you get just for the price of a hotel stay as all inclusive package.

Planning a stay here you just need to be aware that is not a honeymoon nest but a family hotel and most of guests stay with children. Also is not a beach, but just a pool hotel. However those are not disadvantages but just things which you should know. If you are ok with those conditions your will have a good stay.

Stayed with our two kids, 6 and 2. Loads of daily activities available for them as well as adults. Nice variety of pools. Our room was nice and spacious. We thought buffet was truly great and did not got bored of it after a week: food was fresh and diverse. Special mention for the staff, wich we found exceptionally friendly and professional. Candy men were the cherry on top: thank you for the good times!

Splitting hair here: we visited in November and thought heating of the pools could have been a tad higher. Very slippery around them, as mentioned by others.

Incredible resort. The buffet was like a 5* restaurant, the rooms were really comfy and the pools were fantastic. The all inclusive was one of the best I've seen - They had drinks on tap that you helped yourself to and it was branded goods....not like a lot of places, where you just receive a small paper cup of a cheap beer and find yourself going backwards and forwards all day.

Obvious before we booked...but there are a lot of children here, which mostly wasn't an issue - they have an adults only pool etc, but.. The sports bar would be full of children running around, with parents too drunk to stop them from stealing your pool balls from the table mid game...not what you expect to see at 11pm

it’s paradise for kids .. the pools and kids club are great ! kids club have varying activities allowing parents to have done me time …. rooms are cleaned everyday .. we booked a suit and it can sleep up to 3 adults n 2 kids .. very spacious ! buffet b drinks are amazing

Beautiful hotel and our junior suite was stunning. The bar staff are great especially by the adult only pool which is where we spent our holiday!

The only negative was the food. When it came to main courses lunch and dinner were the same and unfortunately never very hot. They did have a microwave available if you needed it though. Also the staff in the snack bar in the castle at lunchtime were pretty shocking :-(

Food was amazing, even in buffet. Staff were incredible and the hotel itself felt spacious and clean!

spacious clean rooms comfortable large bed very well maintained fairly new hotel . catered for my daughter with coeliac, toaster & bread available. buffet food great quality & always hot. cooking stations for food excellent. heated pools great little sports area for football & games fantastic entertainment team for all age groups good sports bar with pool tables

Al la carte restaurants food were no better than the buffet not impressed, we enjoy sitting down to a meal together as a family, restrictions on how many times you can book, the buffet excellent food but continuously had to go look for the chef/ head waiter to order GF. needs a better system with table reserved for food allergies as the waiters took some time to come find us every meal time. the area around the pools are treacherous! the tiles are so slippery & wet needs improvement as few near falls & pulled muscles.. the check in very long cues & reception always busy. everything had to be pre booked via an app.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel, our room was amazing, clean, comfortable and spacious. The restaurants and quality of food was exceptional, the breakfast buffet was superb. The staff are all friendly, helpful and attentive, you see the cleaners all day tending to the extremely high standard of cleanliness, in fact on many mornings we saw painters refreshing any areas that had become a little marked, never before have l see this in a hotel as a daily occurrence. As for entertainment 5* yet again , the shows were top class professional and every night something is happening. l have never stayed at a Bahia hotel before but if this is their standard they will be my first choice every time in the future….. in fact we have already booked a return trip to this hotel next year. Top class ….. well done everyone
