Grand 5 Star entrance to a very lovely Hotel. The Bars and Food were inexpensive considering we were paying rather than all inclusive, Happy Hour makes it even cheaper still. The Pool area seemed to allow ample space for families and adults to enjoy at the same time. The surrounding area is very serene and the location is near the Marina. Very picturesque. Lot's of Pictures taken for Facebook. Local Irish Bars, Supermarkets and restaurants are all very cheap. Excellent location and close to the South Tenerife Airport without being too close. The Reception Staff were very helpful and hard working, polite and courteous.

The decor in the rooms felt a little bit dated but it wasn't too bad. If I went back I wouldn't want to be on the ground floor as the multiple doors opening onto Pool side made me worry about security. No issues in that regard though.

Everything .it is a lovely hotel .needs'a little updating but the size of the rooms and cleanliness is really good . You go there a stranger and leave a friend .Miguel maximo is fantastic .amazing. such a nice man ..makes your stay there special with his games in the day and entertainment at night .I have stayed in lots of hotels in tenetife ..but golf plazza is my number one ..there is a good bar across the road and 2 supermarkets near by .I love it so much there

staff were amazing couldn’t have done any more. cleaners were excellent wish they could come to my house every 2nd day ! it is definitely in a quieter part of the island but suited us perfectly. we spent 2 days at Siam park which was 20ish euros each way. hotel is excellent value for money.some of the things could do with a wee re furb however did not effect our stay at all. have stayed in 5 star hotels before that look the part but fail with cleanliness and staff. we will definitely be returning. we weren’t all inclusive so can’t comment on food x

Very attentive, helpful and friendly staff. All the facilities such as arcade room, mini store, pool table, ping pong table, pool. Good food for breakfast and dinner buffets. Superb views from very spacious balconies.

No extractor fan in bathroom, Internet stopped working for 3 days, but engineers eventually fixed it. Sofa beds were a little hard, but still slept fine. Not specific to this hotel, but make sure to close balcony doors in the evening to stop mosquitoes coming in.

Our room was very open and big and it was perfect for us because we came with 7 months old baby and we had enough space for all equipment :) Big bathroom and sweet kitchen was just a bonus 👍 Everything what we needed we have found! Food in the reastaurant was colorful and always fresh. Location can not be better - 8min from airport👌 We already recommend this place as a must-see-place to our friends and familiy in Vienna. 👍 We will be more then happy to come back again!

Accommodated my family at very short notice after a flight cancellation until the following day. Our overnight stay was just what we needed and location ideal for airport transfer. Wasn't there long enough to comment on lunch/dinner. Pool and hotel grounds very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend.

I thought the place was very expensive,€170 per night, I explained I wouldn't be eating/drinking there but all I could get was all inclusive

Location is great, several small bars snd restaurants nearby. Room was clean, spacious and had everything you need. There was a great choice every morning for breakfast.

Rooms are looking a bit dated and location wise there are no beaches.

The hotel is beautiful, and the apartment was spacious.

Maybe to add a sweeping brush, dust pan, and pegs. I love to keep my space tidy than to wait for cleaning staff Also, add double beds in some apartments, especially for those who book as couples.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful swimming pool surrounding. Delicious buffet breakfast as that's the only thing we had there and quite reasonably priced. Hassle free WiFi connection with no dropouts. Checkout time was midday and that was great. Breakfast was until 10.30 for the late risers. The apartment has the basic kitchen facilities but without an ironing board.

The TV had Spanish channels , majority of them and only 4 English UK channels that were very boring.
