Booked at very short notice for a long weekend - got a nice, clean 1 bed apartment with a lovely suntrap terrace. All very comfy and well equipped for the two of us. Plenty of space to relax and quiet as at the furthest edge of the resort. Pool area was nice and not busy. Zacharys restaurant was more than sufficient for the time we were there, probably a bit repetitive after 4-5 days, good portions at a fair price - friendly staff. Sam's pantry shop a very useful addition on-site.

You are going to hear aircraft noise considering location but it really isn't too intrusive. A real shame that the pool cant be used after 6pm/7pm depending on season - the lifeguard goes home and we sat thinking we would love an early evening swim! I'm not sure it is heated - felt tepid but usable. Cleaning arrangements (towels/linen) for an extended period looked like they could be costly? Didn't appear to be a lot to do off site in the area and a car would appear to be necessary to explore.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Wyndham Residences but the first time since they changed from CLC Sunningdale. Nothing really has changed. The pool was perfect, although be prepared for the lifeguard/fun police to call you out if you decide to jump into the pool or play with a pool ball. I guess this just adds to the relaxing nature of the resort. If you want to dive into pools and ball play, head to the West Coast! The pool area was lovely too, clean, and sanitized every morning as well. The restaurant Zacarys is now open and is serving amazing food. The staff is the best, esp Team Marina. They make the holiday even better when there are games/events on for kids and adults. Big mention to Javier and Llija. Great entertainers!! Our room was a studio, but it was a lot bigger than I expected. With a separate kitchen and a huge terrace. Plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spotless, with his/hers basins!!! Overall, I can't recommend this resort any higher. I'm already planning our return visit!

Nothing really. Be prepared to do a lot of plane watching as the resort sits below the flight path for all flights into Tenerife South airport. You get used to it after Day2. Plus the first flight in the morning is around 8am, so no excuse the wake up early and grab a lounger. By the way, there are plenty of. No 6am towel rush!!!

We were traveling with a baby so we took an apartment in here. It was the best decision ever! The apartment is so close to the pool and the restaurant/ bar so we where able to put the baby to sleep in the buggy and than go with him to drink some mojito or beer:) We could enjoy the trip without being locked to the room because of the baby... Important tip- write down to the hotel if you come with a baby so they can give you an apartment without stairs. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Extremely pleased with staff in all areas. Bar / restaurant staff work over and beyond to keep the customers happy and served reasonably promptly in the restaurant. Ilyas and Javi are experts at keeping the entertainment and activities flowing. Suiting both children and adults alike. Their attitude is very inclusive. The accommodation is clean and well kitted out, towels and linen changed regularly and the cleaning staff are brilliant. The pool area kept very clean and tidy.

More staffing in the restaurant would facilitate faster service at busy times. Consistency by the lifeguards would be appreciated. There are obvious rules that need to be agreed to but sometimes discretion could be used, allowing parents more freedom with their children. The pool opening hours need extending to cater for the swimmer who would like to swim at 8am and the young families who would like to use the pools til 7pm.

Almost everything. Staff extremely friendly and prodessional. Wonderfull pool area. Property very clean, all the time - we stayed 14 days. Live music was very very good, with Victor on top: great performance and interaction with guests. Staff always veryhelpfull. Sun was hot and present every day. We liked the sangria 😁 and the baraquitos 👌 thank you Fae, Santiago and Diego, and the rest of the staff, it was great to meet you all 👍

Almost nothing. Morningbuffet is simple, but sufficient, worth the money, you only pay 10€ i think. Not alot of variety, but good you could buy extra breakfast (sausages vegetarian and such). I personally would like some shade in swimmingpool f.ex. Plants/trees. At noon there is nowhere to hide from the sun in the swimmingpool (but thats just me).

Have been staying here for quite a few years. Staff as delightful as ever, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely heated pool and great service at Zacharys as always.

Slightly disappointed on this visit at lack of room cleaning whilst staying for 15 nights, Bed linen changed once in the 15 days, though towels changed twice after arrival. i am sure when we have been before,(around 5 times now) our apartment was given a clean through around every 4 days, I didn't really want to be sweeping and mopping floors , or buying floor cleaner and loo cleaner etc. to keep it in order :(

It was a nice and clean place with good service. The staff were very helpful,especially the receptionist Stefan. All the staff were very nice. I also really liked the pool which was very clean and just the right size pool. I really liked how clean the residence was as well, very good cleaning service and well maintained.

There was nothing I didn't like. I wish me and my family could have stayed more than 2 weeks here because we really enjoyed our stay 😁

The outdoor pools were very good. There were pools for adult swimming (2 m depth) and warm pool for kids playing (40 cm). The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a private jacuzzi which was great. Balcony was nice for having a lunch or a drink.

The cleaning was not very well. There were hair in the jacuzzi and basin when we checked in! The resort is close to the airport but not to any other major sightseeing or beach area. The washing machine was from an unknown strange brand which was very hard to operate and work with. The jacuzzi and its water could be cleaned up better. The toilets were not flushing properly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Wyndham Residences. I stayed at a studio, which was well equipped and a balcony viewing the ocean. Really nice :-) The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well while it was about 30° outside. Breakfast was delicious, bread, toast, different meat slices and cheese, yogurt, fruits, sweets - everything you need to start the day. The pool was also great to cool off at the end of the day. The also have daily activities if you stay there during the day. From the airport it's really easy to use the bus, and the bus stop is right at the hotel.

As mentioned before, the airport is easily accessible and really close. You will see and here arriving planes during the day. It did not bother me, and in the night it was also quiet. Unfortunately, I wanted to use the late check-out which was not available...

It's our second time there and as Arnie says " I'll be back ". The entertainment and regular activities are great fun and allow you to meet up and get to know fellow holiday makers. The lads work very hard to make sure everyone has fun. We left having made several new friends and will be bringing our own darts next time ;) maybe even our own cornhole bags! LOL All the staff are friendly, helpful and really can't do enough for you. The place is imaculate, well maintained and suits all ages from the very young, to old folk like us ! Although we didn't spend much time inside, the rooms had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were spotless, shower great and towels super fluffy ! We booked the inexpensive continental breakfast option during our stay which was more than enough with a selection of fruit, pastries, meats, juices etc which was all beatifully presented and fresh with unlimited coffee & tea etc ( more than suffice for our needs) Drinks at the resort are very reasonably priced,there is a "happy" hour ( two for one ) most days and the food in the restaurant extremely tasty and reasonably priced (I recommend the ribs) ....We absolutley loved it and we will see you all again in November.
