The location is perfect, being close to beaches and town. Adults only ensures a relaxed feel to the hotel. Breakfast options are fantastic and the bar prices are very good. This was our second time at the hotel and we love it, staff are amazing and everywhere is kept immaculately clean.

Nothing we didn’t really like, very quiet hotel aimed mainly for the older generation. More staff needed at the bar / restaurant.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and a lovely wooded area regularly used by people. We couldn't fault the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was nice with the usual variety. We ate out so can't comment on the dinner.

The inside area where the entertainment takes place could do with air con turned on while entertainment is taking place.

Second visit this year. Love it here. Not too big. Super friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Adults who didn’t put their towels out at 5am. Always a lounger available. Life guard.

The AC was a bit overworked & the fridge could be colder but nothing to complain about. They were adequate

It was so relaxing. Room super comfy. Nice views over pool. Great spa facilities. Super breakfast. Staff fab. Couldn’t do more for you. Value for money. Cava was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the poor weather. The spa facilities were put to good use!

Pool didn’t open til 10am. Inconvenient esp when sea was rough for an early morning swim. No proper toiletries in bathroom just one push button on wall which wasn’t enough esp when you are flying ryanair and can’t bring much with you. No tea or coffee items. The sea was inaccessible unless u walked down the way which was slightly disappointing… works going on near hotel. Be great to have a ladder to get into the sea when works are finished. Only small things that cd mostly be easily rectified.

Quiet environment. Very good and varied breakfast, with omelettes, tortillas and crepes made just in time. Very good and varied buffet dinner, with the meat or the fish grilled just in time. Excellent quality-price ratio. Spacious room with balcony with sea view. Easy parking. Proximity to Mercadona. Proximity to the Eulària Marina. Definitely repeating!

The ladies cleaning the rooms every day entered the room to clean, without even asking if anyone was in the room. You have to create a more efficient way of knowing which rooms can now be cleaned without putting the guests under tension.

The breakfast buffet was great, varied and plentiful. The reception staff were always happy and willing to help. The beds were comfy. The housekeeping staff were polite and friendly. The pool area was very quiet. Guests were respectful and civilised. The sea view was good and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was priceless to us as we live in a landlocked country.

The seaview was obstructed by several trees so the room description should say so. There are only 10 official and 8 unofficial parking spaces in front of the hotel which is a shame even though we always managed to park our car within a few minutes' walk from the hotel. Finally, some of the loungers by the pool are under trees and get pooped on by birds every day. These minor problems did not stop us from enjoying our week at the Grupotel Santa Eulalia, which we strongly recommend.

Buffet breakfast and diner. Both good value for money and popular. Lunch menu had plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Location is a 15min walk from town either by public footpath or along the cliff front. We paid for a sea view and got it. Unfortunately there was building work going on and we had a skip outside our room. The workmen were very apologetic. It was just one of those things and didn't affect our stay (although we didn't take many pictures from our room)! Bathroom door had bad water damage to the wood veneer. It has been like that for a while and although it works it shows a lack of spending to keep everything in tip top shape. A great pool with plenty of sun loungers.

The pool, the ability to walk out along the coast from back of hotel, the breakfast choices, the staff friendliness particularly the helpfulness of reception staff, room servicing by housekeeping, the spa facilities, the veranda bar area, lunch on the veranda, the entertainment and the other guests as it was a really friendly atmosphere.

Only minor issues - spa desk was unmanned for enquiries with no sign saying who to contact so went to main reception. Signage around the hotel not clear particularly getting to the pool when the lounge access was locked.

The property was great, interior is a bit outdated and may need a make over but other than that it offers a quiet place to unwind. A travel agent was at hand for any excursions which I did while I stayed.

No food options after late excursions or late check in. The restaurant stops serving food at 9pm and the bar has nothing. The closest restaurant is a 12 minute walk away. The gym is not equipped with any weights to work out only treadmills and some bicycles.
